I know we you know we have spent on my credit card. I don't even I don't pay attention to it or have my team do it, but there's a misconception that you have to have fucking dozens or like eight, 10, 12, 20 ad accounts, right? Right. So let's talk about that.

I mean, if you're a whitehead, right, if you're not worried that you get taken down, there is no reason to, if you do Legion for Solar for Home, if you do e-comm, if you do like legit affiliate offers, right? You don't have to be scared and have 20 backups. And the offer was really good. We found ourselves scaling really, really hard. These conferences helped us a lot, and we're still practically uh the only proper provider that does zero spend fees.

It's not about money for flash, it's it's freedom, right? You can I travel like crazy, and I haven't I have someone on my team that really pretty much runs my business when I'm traveling. But it's just beautiful to have the freedom to go with your kids. I went with my wife uh a week cruise on Houston, right? For a whole fucking week from Monday through Friday. I was with her in Canada writing dogs, dogs. I don't even know. She books that I go, right?

Because I know I can work from anywhere and make money, right? We broke the matrix. We did. Uh we figured it out. It's just crazy, and it's amazing to be with like-minded people. Honestly, we've tried the booths, we've tried them. Um, what made the most difference for us is creating experiences, so sponsoring parties, sponsoring uh events. We do a lot of eco meetups all over the world. We did one with Phoenix as well, two days before your party, and it was incredible. Um, when you create experiences, when people remember the night uh with your logo on it, it's way more powerful than a booth. That's why we kind of, you know, we kind of tone it down with the booths, and we did we just do DJ stuff, right? Yeah, yeah, DJ. Yeah, bro. That's what they remember at the end of the day.

It's true, man. There's a lot of people that don't like to hear that, but it's that's how fucking business gets done. My bet it's funny you say that. I spent so much money, and I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna like listen, there is a value to having booths. I think it works well for SaaS products. Yeah, something we have a recurring, but anyway, with that being said, I spent money. There was a time and place to that, but the most money I've made in this industry has been at the after parties, has been at those events. I don't know what it, I don't know, because people are maybe they've had a few drinks, or it's dark, they're they're more loose, but they remember those experiences more. I think when you're here, it's like it's so fast.

At the end of the day, right? A lot of people uh in our industry just sit behind the computer all day, do their stuff, right? Not all day, right? But a lot of the day, right? It's uh sitting behind the computer, making sure stuff gets done. Finally, they have the chance to relax a little bit, right? Let loose, get a few drinks. Yeah, that's when you make the best conversations by far, 100%. Uh yeah, when you have an open bar, when you have a filtered list of people that are good at what they're doing, right? That's when you make the craziest connections, and that's where we want our logo to be in, right?

Networking As The Real Insurance

It is it is you gotta have your friends, you gotta have and and by the way, those that don't have a crazy network, though that those that aren't in the telegram pools, those that aren't put them, those that don't put themselves out there are way behind. Because in this business, everything gets fucking wrong at a certain level. Like, you know, your head account gets shut down. What the fuck do I do? Right? Who do I talk to? You need friends that know the the right plugs, the right people, the right, you know, when it comes to payment processing banks, so many factors can go wrong, right? That if you don't have the right groups and the right people, if you don't come to these events, you'll be left behind, man, when shit goes wrong. And it does, it does more often than not. Unfortunately, it's a reality of entrepreneurship, especially in internet marketing. It nobody cares about you. Yeah, um, and nobody cares about you. You're alone, like uh it's you versus you, and then it's you versus the wall. It's like yeah, it's uh no, you need your friends, you need your people, and in ad revival specifically, we're also like trying uh to have a place inside the dashboard, especially. There's a place called the toolbox. If you need connections to fulfillments, to payment processors, to affiliate networks, to tracking, to whatever. Since we have so much spend and we we went all over the world five times by now, like this is our second year going to all conferences. We're very connected, so clients can utilize our connections, um, and and also you know, find there's the solutions that they need completely fulfilled.

I think it's uh uh you're creating value, and because you're creating value, you're growing really, really fast. Um we add it to your ad account, and then you can run ads that you couldn't even dream of. Like it's e the ads that talk about your dick not working, right? All of a sudden running like butter, which is crazy. This fucking legit script tag, right? Essentially, you're selling medicine, so you can sell these kind of claims. It's true, it's true, right? If your dick doesn't work, then either the Viagra report.

Yeah, I appreciate it, man. I appreciate it. And just the misconceptions are killing me, right? Like people think that agency head accounts are magic, right? It's gonna fix your CPMs, it's gonna be fix your fucking CPAs, you're gonna make uh, you know, um a hundred percent RI no that's complete bullshit, right? A lot of people say uh agency ed accounts are gonna cut your CPM by 50, they're gonna be way cheaper now, bro. What's gonna cut your CPM, what's gonna make you profitable are good ads. You gotta fucking pump great ads, you gotta be a great copywriter, you gotta be good at direct response, and then you'll have you'll be profitable. Yeah, there's no fucking magic solution out there. Definitely not. Agency head accounts are for stability. You can just make sure that your ad account won't go down, right? But it's not like a magic solution that all of a sudden your CPMs will be 50% cheaper. Uh, that's uh, by the way, that's a marketing angle a lot of agencies use, and I never use it. It's complete BS. Uh, that's why most of our clients are professional people, they know what they're doing. Yeah, they just need the stability, they need the peace of mind that their ed account will stay safe.

Hiva, it can be bronze, gold, and platinum. All right, and all of agencies claim that since their BM is Hiva platinum, then you're gonna have crazy, massive, incredible performance. It's gonna be like 80% difference between a regular ad account and an AGC ed account. Yeah, the only thing Hiva does is make sure your ad account doesn't go down. If you want to be profitable, don't try and search for fucking insiders, don't try and search for a magic pill solution. Just focusing on creatives, focus on the things that you can control and don't fall for the marketing bullshit that other people say, you know. Let's just say, bro, uh, when an e-commer guy says a supplement, he says, Hey, this supplement can uh can make you lose 20 pounds in uh 24 hours. It's the same marketing tactic, yeah, just used towards businesses, you know what I mean? So just don't fall for this. Be logical with yourself. If your ads don't work, just focus on yourself, it's cope, you know what I mean? Just focus on the stuff you can control, be a better marketer, right? Yeah, um, yeah, that's that's the biggest misconception that annoys me the most, man. Like people here um have claims in their booth that hey, my ad account is magic, it's not, it's not, nobody can cheat the auction. In fact, nobody's nobody gives a fuck about you in meta, nobody gives a fuck about the 100k a month you spent, all right? No, they don't. Um, that's so just focus on the output, focus on the creative, focus on being a better marketer, and don't fall for the marketing jargon, bro. And uh he's dropping sauce, man. He's dropping fucking sauce. I'm opening corners with competition, man.

They just focus on their team, man. They just focus on what they run. Um, so yeah, that actually the the the worst ones I've met are the ones that constantly ask me, yo, my my ads aren't profitable. What the fuck is going with your ed account? They're you to be the socialist. Oh, sorry, I'm gonna call Zach real quick. I'm gonna fix your ed account. He's gonna make sure your CPA will be that's ridiculous, you know what I mean? And people genuinely believe that. I don't mean the telegram groups, I see them talking about that. It's a it's a shame, it's a shame.

You said look at it internally and you realize, hey, like you said, let's be focused on building my media buying team. Yeah, let me work on that and do whatever. But uh, it happens very often. But that's the difference between success and failure, like you said, you know, there's a big thing. Uh quota heard that bigger buys better. Right. Someone spends two million a month, they don't they don't talk to you. But is the person's doing you know 2,000, whatever, like they're fucking they live in. I I don't take on small clients because I don't need a motherfucker worried about every oh this leave didn't work. Don't fucking waste my time here. Take your money back, right? So I train my team on that shit because it's not worth the fucking time and aggravation.

Service Model And 24 7 Support

Like they're waiting, bro. That's awesome. Yeah, yeah, that's customer satisfaction, right? You know, they have a good experience with you, they're gonna stay with you. And you know what a lot of people get wrong. I and I saw this in solar, and I see that a lot of companies they focus so much on sales, getting a consumer in, but then once they get them, they forget about them, right? And that's fucking stupid because it costs so much to acquire that customer. Why not spend some money on keeping that customer? Because then you keep it for a longer, longer LTV, they refer other people, right? So that's a thing that I feel like too many people are too short sighted when it comes to that.

What allowed us this incredible growth, 450 high ticket clients in one and a half years is word of mouth, yeah, right? You you said it by yourself. We don't do a lot of advertising. We've had booths here and there, but it's not like uh, you know, we we try our best to appear in every conference. And meet people that you know we already know. But at the end of the day, what made the biggest impact for us is word of mouth. Right? Hey, uh I used to pay 10k to this agency, now I'll pay uh 2.5k and make that like with uh cashback and points. Uh it's it's a no-brainer, right? Uh so just have a great offer. But once again, you're right, man. I mean, if we had dog shit service, I mean everyone would have left.
