The tracking platform you choose can be the difference between scaling profitably… or burning your budget without realizing it until it's too late.
In this episode of The LFG Show, host David Stodolak sits down with Shaun Hall and Joey Hinkle from ClickGo to discuss why the future of performance marketing belongs to platforms that provide real-time intelligence instead of yesterday's reports.
If you're an affiliate, media buyer, lead generator, agency owner, or network operator, this episode is packed with practical strategies to help you make faster decisions, eliminate wasted spend, and scale winning campaigns with confidence.
We dive into why many legacy tracking platforms have fallen behind, how ClickGo was built for today's performance marketers, and why speed of insight has become one of the biggest competitive advantages in affiliate marketing.
Shaun Hall explains the philosophy behind ClickGo's modern tracking platform—bringing everything into one clean interface without endless dashboards, spreadsheets, or workarounds. Instead of reacting after campaigns lose money, marketers can identify issues while they're happening.
We also cover:
• Click-level analytics
• Advanced fraud detection with intelligent risk scoring
• ClickShield filtering to remove bots and crawlers from reporting
• Real-time alerts that notify you before campaigns go bad
• Automated actions that can reroute or pause traffic automatically
• Hands-on onboarding and migration support
• Postback setup, tracking variables, and offer configuration
• Hot lead generation verticals including telehealth
• Where the affiliate marketing industry is heading in 2026
Joey Hinkle shares how ClickGo makes onboarding painless by helping customers configure offers, tracking links, variables, and postbacks with real human support—not just documentation.
Whether you're spending hundreds or hundreds of thousands per day on traffic, this conversation shows how the right tracking platform can directly improve your ROI.

Cold Open And Big Claims
SPEAKER_03Hell yeah, it does, because that's how we designed it to make sense. And so Clico came to be like we've been working on this project, and this is tried and true technology built by people from the space, people who like to make fucking money.
SPEAKER_01I'm here with Sean Hall, I'm here with Joey Hinkle. They are disrupting the industry right now. Media buyers, affiliates, they need to focus more on, and the ClickO kind of gives them that visibility to focus more. And you see kind of like common thing that they missed.
SPEAKER_03I possess two characteristics that I think every successful person in this industry possesses. I am the laziest person you'll ever meet, and I am the greediest person you'll ever meet. So when you put those two things together, I want to make the most money possible while doing the least amount of work possible. Some would say that it's not laziness, that's working smart, not hard. That's kind of the mindset that I had. So I think like one of the biggest selling points for us so far, and again, we're only a few months into this and we've already grown exponentially.
SPEAKER_01How much money you gotta spend on developers and this and that. You buy it, but then you have to spend all this other fucking money. I'm eager to see, you know, what's the onboarding process with you guys on this?
SPEAKER_04I go with the onboarding calls and make sure that you know how to use the entire platform before the call is done. I'll even go in there, I'll set up an offer with you, I'll sign it to an advertiser, sign it a vertical. We'll place your tracking link and I'll help you with those variables. I'll make sure that you're sending the click ID properly. You request it back in the right spot in the postback.
Sponsor Break Ringba And ISell4U
SPEAKER_01Ringba is the leading inbound call tracking and analytics platform for marketers, brands, and paper call teams. It gives you real-time reporting, intelligent call routing, and fully customizable call flows backed by global telecom access in more than 60 countries. With enterprise-grade reliability, a powerful API, and no contracts or set of fees, Ringba has become a go-to platform for performance marketers worldwide. To learn more and to sign up, check out the link in the description below. Get goaded and let's fucking go. Huge LFG show love to our sponsor, ISell For You. Listen, if you're an e-com or you know anybody running a brand, you already know the dirty little secret of this game. The money isn't lost on cold traffic, it's lost after the click. Abandoned checkouts, miss upsells. Customers who bought once and you never speak to ever again. That's not a marketing problem, that's a fucking sales problem. And most brands don't have anyone actually selling. I sell for you is the answer. 700 agents on the phone work in your back end. They recover abandoned checkouts, they run your upsells, they run your cross-sells. And the part that no one else does, they actually build a relationship with your customers. Real conversations, real humans, the kind of magic touch that turns that one-time buyer into a lifetime buyer. And here's what makes this a no-brainer. They charge a straight percentage of what they close. No retainer, no setup fees, no monthly minimums. If they don't make you money, you don't fucking pay. That's a pure performance deal. I know that's the kind of shit our LFG audience fucking appreciates. You stay focused on the brand, product, and the offer. ISO for you turns the maybes into closed deals and your buyers into repeat buyers. They only win if you win. So if you're running an econ brand and you don't have a back-in sales engine, you're leaving stupid money on the table. So go to iSell4U.com. Tell me you heard about it on the LFG show. And let's fucking go. Make the fucking e-com money, guys. Boom.
Why Legacy Tracking Holds You Back
SPEAKER_01Yo, media buyers, super affiliates. It's 2026. You guys need modern performance. It's 2026. You need modern performance. Stop fucking with that legacy shit. Legacy shit gets legacy results. I'm here with Sean Hall. I'm here with Joey Hinkle. They are disrupting the industry right now. And I'm hearing nothing but good things about the performance tracking. People are making good money. They're getting good attribution. They get better insight on their campaigns. We're here to fucking make money. Let's fucking go. No money, no honey. Sean, talk about Clip Go, man. I can't, I'm so excited for you. But first of all, you know what? I do feel in a lot of the SaaS products that are out there, there are a lot of legacy systems and they've done good. And they're they're they're good up to a certain point. But again, it is 2026. There's a lot of changes going on, there's a lot of disruption going on. I mean, Meta's been nuts the last few weeks. I'm sure your people on your platform have seen it, right? So you need to have these insights in order to make money. It affects a lot of my campaigns. I mean, my income went down dramatically last two weeks because of the issues. We're getting back on track. So I'm excited because at the end of the day, people watch our show because they want to make more money. We got super heavy media buyers on this. I was just in Brazil. This guy's doing $500,000, a million dollars a day. So how the how are you gonna help them make more money, man? Wow.
SPEAKER_03Uh, I mean, with an introduction like that, I mean I I could almost pack up and go. Uh, you said all the good things. No, in all reality, like there's nothing wrong with really the legacy platforms that are. It's been fine. But what we found over time is just like they weren't efficient enough, right? Because in this industry, we move quick, right? I need to get in, I need to get the data I need, and I need to go back to making money, right? I don't want to spend all day in my platform waiting for reports to reports to load. I don't want to get in there, have to look eight different places to get the information I need. I just want all the stuff. So we weren't, I like to say that the beauty of ClickGo is we're built by people watching the show, like people like Joey, people like myself, people like Jake Coffin, people like Chad French. We've done your jobs. We've sat in your seats and we've worn your shoes, right? So when we developed ClickGo, it was like, how do we just do this better? And a lot of it started with just you know what would be really good? Hey, you know what'd be awesome if we could do this, right? And we really wanted to deliver a platform that was just good out of the box, right? You don't have to create workarounds, you don't have to use APIs to do a bunch of things and band-aid on top of band-aid, like it's a good product out the gate. And so when we've been showing the demos and we've been doing things, people are like, this just makes sense. And I was like, hell yeah, it does, because that's how we designed it to make sense. Yeah, and so ClickGo came to be like we've been working on this project. I've been involved for about two years now, give or take, year and a half, somewhere in there. But the bones of this platform, we might be new to the industry, right? We launched publicly at March 1st, but the bones of this go back 10 years to the Express Revenue days, right? So we're no new SaaS platform. We didn't just start vibe coding this out a couple months ago and just here you go. Like this is tried and true technology built by people from the space, people who like to make fucking money.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, exactly. And you get it. And the also the other thing I like is that listen, you've got a great both of you guys have a good reputation. Your whole company does. I mean, you've won multiple, you want AFI awards, right? You want multiple awards. You got everyone in the industry has nothing but good things to say about you. Still a reputation, and and you've been in the weeds on all the sides as a media buyer, right? On the biz dev side and in numerous verticals. I think you probably touched every vertical from e-comm, neutra, you know, white vanilla, white hat, leaf and stuff. You do you've done every hat, I could imagine, right? So you get it, right? And Joy gets it from the Express Rev Days, uh Max Web Days, like all that stuff, man. So it's like that's that's kind of what you need is when you have somebody that can speak the language of the media bar and knows your pain points. Because without that, like what the fuck are we doing?
SPEAKER_03Exactly. And we weren't built in some boardroom somewhere. Yeah, we weren't some developers that figured out how to reskin a Looker Studios dashboard. Like it's honest, real technology that's laid out in a common sense way. I always say, like, our demos are the best thing ever because it's so user-friendly that it's just me kind of just showing you the highlights of what we've got because all of the actual functions, literally, somebody brand new could log in and go, how do I add a new publisher? How do I add a new advertiser? You click publishers, add. You click advertisers, add. Yeah, right? Like the whole thing is laid out so user-friendly. You don't need a certification, you don't need to brag about, oh my gosh, I took a certification course. Now I can use a tracking platform. Why? It's like getting certified to ride a bike. Yeah, it should be easy, it should come natural. So I'm excited. I'm fired up about it.
SPEAKER_01Uh, you can tell you you hear it. I feel the energy up. I think it's and and again, there's there's people, I'm not gonna say names, but there's people in the industry that uh we could we I've known we've known each other for a good while, right? And and I know Joey a bit here, but I think we really I started to understand your product a lot more when you sponsored the uh the affiliate, uh, the the affilly high rollers event that I do with Vic with the LFG show, right? And um from that, people have come to me like, hey, that was a good partnership because that product is good. I like their product, man. And I'm talking about people that are not just media bars, people that are running networks and from all sides of the spectrum, which I think is great because you the proof's in the pudding, right? If and trust me, if I heard negative stuff, I want to have you guys on show because it's my name's on the line too. If I'm paying someone on the show that's has a be half-assed product, it's not gonna make sense.
SPEAKER_03First of all, that event is great. Thank you for having a part of us.
SPEAKER_01Uh, we're actually in talks to do the uh the next one, too. Yeah, we're doing guys. We're doing one at Philly Summit, by the way. Register so soon. This one could fit all of our events go way over, man. The one in Miami had like 450 in New York, the one at Cosmo had like fucking 300. I think you've only we're only supposed to have 50 people in there. I'm surprised we didn't get banned. Uh yeah, that was crazy. I think we had 250, 300 people at one point. It was fucking crazy. It was it literally the event name High Rollers was exactly who showed up to that. That's what it was, man.
SPEAKER_03It was insane. So thank you for having us before.
SPEAKER_01Or to thank you guys for sponsors, the win-win at the end of the day. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03But I'll say this though, like, I wouldn't be sitting in this chair right now as fired up about this product if I didn't personally believe in it. Yeah. Um, I've been really good over the last 15 years in the space of keeping my integrity solid, right? Now, you'll talk to some people that said I'm the greatest person they know, and you'll talk to other people that say I'm the biggest asshole they met. And you know what? They're both right because they both got the side of me that they deserved, right? So as I sit here today, I have never been more excited about a product, mostly because I had a you know hand in help building it. But also, it's just like finally the industry gets something that it's needed and that it's basically been crying out for for such a long time.
SPEAKER_01I love it. So
Case Study Uplift And Click Fraud
SPEAKER_01what's uh what's some good case studies? You have what do you have? Like, is there something some so something sexy? Someone that joined your platform that they were having issues with this, and then they came and then you fixed those issues, those pain points for them, and they were able to scale.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so we've got one case study we've published already, which again, we just started, you know, basically bringing people on March 1st. So we're still developing a lot of other case studies, but uh brand new network starting from the bottom up, right? And so coming in, they had, I forget what solution they had just prior to us, but it was one of those $50, $60 a month kind of solutions.
SPEAKER_01So by the way, guys, you get what you pay for. You do? I mean, it's and I learned that the hard way back when I started my business in 2016. I was trying to save money on uh what like a like a lead distribution system, and I say it was cheap as fuck, but guess what? I I thought I was making, you know, fucking, I don't know how much. I remember my third first day I thought I made a thousand dollar profit. It turned out I didn't make shit. I lost a thousand because the leads weren't going where they're supposed to go. I think that week I lost like six or seven grand, which sucked because I'm I'm I'm like I finally finally turned the fucking corner, and then before you know I got punched in the nuts. I'm like, you know what? Fuck this platform, get a better platform. But so guys, you you get what you pay for, trust me.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, and you're 100% correct, and you'll like this being a call center guy, right? You know what I say to those people? Well, what's the goal? To have the cheapest platform or the most effective one? Exactly. That's an old uh call center line from back in the day. Yeah. Um, but no, so they started a network from scratch, basically, and the case study basically says that they saw an increase in their overall performance EPC conversion rate by about 35, 40%, right? Something like that. Um, and then they also saw that the amount of affiliates that started working with them was higher because it's a legit reputable platform, right? I'm sure you know as well as Joey probably knows. As an affiliate or as a media buyer, I look at the tech that the people I'm running campaigns from are using.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Right. Because if I if they went with the cheapest option, are they gonna pay me?
SPEAKER_05Correct.
SPEAKER_03You know, like I got to trust them with potentially tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. I don't want to know that they just grab some band-aid thing. The attribution's not gonna be accurate. I'm not gonna have good reporting, right? So coming to us, especially starting from where she started from and growing to where she's at, like saw that uplift. She saw the ease of reporting, but more so we actually have the ability to identify negative clicks, whether it's fraud, whether it's bots, whether it's VPNs, all of that stuff at the click level earlier than any other platform out there. So not only because I mean, without being too nerdy, right, if I could just nerd out for a minute, we don't believe that traffic is binary and that it's either good or it's bad, right? There's levels to it, especially in 2026. So we actually have uh four different risk scores that we give each click that comes in that tells you this is really, really good, this is really, really bad, or it's somewhere in the middle. And then we give you the ability to toggle how lax or how strict you want to be with it, right? So somebody like her who's just getting started, you can't afford to miss out any extra revenue possible. Yeah, so she might be a little bit more lax on some of the things like you know, maybe there was proxies, but maybe it was still a residential or a mobile IP, right? Yeah, she might want those through so she can make the extra dollars. So we're seeing things like that. We also have a really, really I don't even know if I want to divulge this. Uh, we've got a really cool product called ClickShield. So what ClickShield does that no other platform is doing it. Thank you. It's uh, you know, marketing jobs. Well I can't take credit for it. Um that's actually uh Joey's uh Joey's thing. Um but and I to my knowledge, no other legacy platform does this. In 2026, you should be able to identify the different agents and bots and crawlers from the different traffic sources, right? Yeah, like Meta has a ton of them, right? So what we're able to do with ClickShield is not only identify those, but we actually filter those out of the reporting because they're not people, they're not ever going to convert, they never were going to convert. So we filter those out. And when you filter those out, you actually get true reporting and how the performance is on those campaigns. You actually can see how those affiliates are actually performing, right? And what that's gonna do is give you a lift in EPC and conversion rates.
SPEAKER_01100%.
SPEAKER_03And that is gonna help people make more fucking money.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and it comes out of visibility at the end and proper visibility. And like like I said, when I was trying to save money on this platform, I thought my my I thought we were making X amount and we warned you. Like you can't, you can't scale your campaigns that way, you can't scale your company that way, right? So you need to have that. And another thing you mentioned too was the like the fraudulent leads, right? The the I remember I don't know what the stat was. I remember I kept hearing about this two years ago. There was an uptick in like uh those those bot farms or something. They were like, you know, fake leads all the time. I don't know, I don't know if that's still I haven't heard as much about it. I'm sure it's still prevalent, but it was bad for a while, right?
SPEAKER_03It was bad for a couple of years, yeah. Um, we were kind of in the the throes of kind of putting this together as that was happening. And so we really kind of spent the time to develop some proprietary technology that we have, but also find some really good third party partners to help enrich that so we can kind of give you the best information that we can as it becomes available.
SPEAKER_01Yeah,
Risk Scores And ClickShield Filtering
SPEAKER_01that's cool. So, what what is a I don't want to call a KPI or metric or a KPI or metric? What's one key KPI and metric that you feel like a lot of media buyers, affiliates that they're they're not fully that they need to focus more on, and the click go kind of gives them that visibility to focus more on there. It's something that they're they're missing, they're not that you see kind of like common thing that they miss.
SPEAKER_03So I will tell you, um, and Joey's heard me say this a thousand times I possess two characteristics that I think every successful person in this industry possesses. I am the laziest person you'll ever meet in your life, and I am the greediest person you'll ever meet in your life. So when you put those two things together, I want to make the most money possible while doing the least amount of work possible. Some would say that it's not laziness, that's working smart, not hard, but that's kind of the mindset that I had. So I think like one of the biggest selling points for us so far, and again, we're only a few months into this and we've already grown exponentially, is the ability to I mean, listen, it's one thing to be able to get really accurate and detailed reporting, right? But reporting in most legacy platforms, they're really good at telling you what happened after it already happened, right? So what we wanted to do was empower those media buyers, those affiliates, those networks, those AMs, because Joey was an AM for a while, I was an AM for a while, Jake was managed affiliates. So we all have that in common. But what if I'm not watching every clip come in? What if I'm sleeping and things happen? Because we all know that's the worst. Nothing happens between nine to five. You wake up to a disaster, then it ruins your morning, right? Um, what if we're on a 12-hour flight and there's no Wi-Fi?
SPEAKER_01Oh, that's the worst too. I went to Brazil and then thank God I went on a Saturday, so it wasn't so bad, but fuck what fuck flights without Wi-Fi.
SPEAKER_03Well, and especially the ones that promise Wi-Fi, then you get out.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that's when you want to kill people, man.
SPEAKER_03So what we developed was we actually have a custom alert feature.
Real-Time Alerts That Save Campaigns
SPEAKER_03And what this will do is you can set a bunch of different triggers. So if you have, let's just say you want to set an alert. So maybe if an affiliate sends five bad clicks in that hour, you could have it send you a custom alert. And that alert could be on email, but we're not always in our email. So we could text your phone, right? Because you're on your phone, my phone's there, I could see it just to make sure. Um, we could also send a Slack message or a telegram message, or if it's really bad, all of the above, right? So that way you're allowed to get the alert in real time, make decisions in real time, and maybe you prevent 500, 1000, 2,000 bad clicks from hitting the system. And then you got your advertiser calling, he's mad, right? Or the network's calling, they're mad. So we give you that ability in real time to make those decisions.
SPEAKER_01I love that because you know what, especially when you're uh even now, like my team's growing a lot, but you need a especially and I feel like you you could agree with that. I'm sure you agree. A lot of media bars, super philosophy, they they they're like lone wolves, right? They like to, they don't, they like to sit in front of the computer all day. They have small teams, one, two, three people. And then they excuse me, what they need more is more multiple eyes. People watching stuff. And what I've created in my companies, I have a lot of those people on my team, right? That that catch shit. We're trying to integrate AI with that. But it's so true because you can lose campaigns so easily. I've had so many freaking hard conversations where I almost lost uh campaigns. Like I'm talking about big campaigns, people that spend you know millions of dollars a month because we have some fuck-ups that we didn't catch. We were just too reactive rather than proactive. So, yeah, it's 2026. You got to be as proactive as possible. And by doing that, you're gonna already have an edge. Where the game, this game has become so competitive. You've seen the margins, especially on White Hat stuff, have gotten so thin. You need to have whatever edge you can get. And that's really what it comes down to. And you guys, that's an incredible feature. I never heard anybody have. It's amazing.
SPEAKER_03I take it a step further. Yeah. Now, what happens if that alert comes in while you're on that 12-hour flight? Okay, that's a good point. Yeah, you're still waking up, you're you're landing with the same problem. So we actually develop custom actions that when that alert hits, we can actually take an action. So maybe we can redirect that affiliate off of that offer. Maybe we could redirect that affiliate from the camp or from the advertiser's offers altogether. Maybe we want to send it to a different campaign, maybe it's a 404 redirect, or maybe it's just an invalid or dead page. Yeah. So we can go ahead and set that up. And you can even set custom hours for that. If something happens between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m., go ahead and take this action. So that way you land, guess what? Hey, we saw five bad clicks come in. We redirected the traffic, everybody's happy.
SPEAKER_01You protect yourself. That's huge. I think that's an amazing feature. So, what's onboarding look like?
Automated Actions While You Sleep
SPEAKER_01Let's say I someone from watching this or myself, I onboard and I'm gonna have my team look into this for sure. But let's look what's that goal? We we decided it's onboard, like how long does it take? What's the process like the hand holding after you get onboard? Talk about the whole thing.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'll uh I'll let Joey elaborate a little bit more on this because Joey is our chief strategy officer. Okay. So he's actually the one in charge of all of the onboarding, all of the migration, all of that. Uh, but he probably won't give himself flowers for this. So let me uh let me uh wax poetic on my boy Joey for a second. Joey has an inerr ability to connect with people, feel their pain points, and solve them better than anybody I've ever met in my entire life. There is nobody I would trust. You work at 11 at one point, man. You get trained over there. What's he might as well for the training curriculum? So he actually makes the process super easy as far as doing that, you know, the onboarding part. Because when we started, we knew that one of the biggest headaches we were gonna have would be migration, right? Because that's a bitch, yeah.
SPEAKER_01It's because other platforms it's scary. Yeah, it's scary when you leave one platform to another because this and even when I even that platform was shitty, I was fucking nervous. Am I going to a worse one? You don't know, man.
SPEAKER_03Well, yeah, and then a lot of the legacy platforms basically say, cool, welcome to the team. Here you go. Oh, yeah, you're off on your own, right? And so if you have 15 years of data with one legacy platform, yeah, you're stuck there because the thought of just even being somewhere for two years, the thought of moving something over is just like I ain't got time for this, right? So we knew that. So we actually, like a Joe, you'll elaborate a little bit. We actually built out an internal tool that automates like 99% of that whole process. And then instead of here's my own my own pain point, right? I hate SMR.
SPEAKER_02I hate when I need help with something and somebody sends me a link to a fucking wiki page.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah. I hate it. Yeah, sorry, mom, for cussing. Well, I love the whisper technique by the way. It draws you in. I know a sales guy that would use the whisper technique, but we did a there was a Mormon sex abuse campaign, and people would be at work, right? And I remember told them telling the sales reps in Columbia, like whisper's like, hey, I know I know we called you about that. I know there's not big that and bro, it worked. That whisper technique worked. That was fucking fantastic. First time someone used a whisper technique out of the show. Hi fire, bro. That was good. That was good. Look at Sat we're getting we're getting you fucking free sales sauce right here.
SPEAKER_03I uh I went to the Yin Yang School of Uh Sales and they uh they taught me to whisper. I love that.
SPEAKER_01But you're right, I get the point because it's not personal, like it's lazy.
SPEAKER_03It's very lazy, it's very unprofessional. And you know, like I've always been one on we're in the people business. As cheesy and as cliche as that sounds, we are in the people business, and we need to meet people where they are. So
Onboarding Migration And Human Support
SPEAKER_03we don't have a chat bot. We don't even have a wiki. Right? You have a problem, you can reach out to myself, to Joey, to Jake, to Chad, any one of us, because typically we're in the same support group on either Slack, Telegram. We even do WhatsApp. I refuse to try to do Teams. I will do Teams again, but PTSD on Teams. Just hearing that noise in the back of my head that it would no. Um but we want to help you where we're at. So a lot of times we'll walk you through the process to you know solve your problem. And then most times we'll actually film a video, a little Loom video with the steps that we can then send to them so they have that.
SPEAKER_01That's smart.
SPEAKER_03Because we're in the people business, right? At the end of the day, it's one person talking to one person, managing one person. Yeah. And I think companies that grow too big, they they remove the people element because it's not the most profitable solution. Right. So that's kind of what we do with that. But again, I'll let Joey elaborate more when he uh when he comes in to talk about that because that's his that's his baby.
SPEAKER_01I sell the car, I don't service. Oh, listen, it also again, it's 2026. And I wasn't, you know, I said that as like laughing or whatever, but it's true. It's 2026. You got to get with there's so much technology out there that you got to harness, take advantage of. And this this industry is moving so fast. Things are moving so fast. You have all these different changes going on, and you got it the people that get ahead of it and stay ahead of it, they're the ones that are gonna have that edge. You need just the slightest little edge to stay ahead in this industry, especially now more than ever. Margins can fucking compress big time.
SPEAKER_03And I'm glad that you said that because the way that we charge, we don't charge on a Rev share. We're not trying to dip into your margin, right? That's your money, right? I don't care how much you're paying auto affiliates, I don't care how much revenue you're making from advertisers, we don't want a dime of that. We charge solely based on the amount of clicks that we're tracking. That is it. We're not trying to reach our hand in your like your wallet. I would reach into because I think you're sitting kind of because it's so fat back there.
SPEAKER_01I would I would reach into that one. I don't even know. I don't know about the day. We'll see.
SPEAKER_03But I put it all serious, no, like we're we're very conscious of where the industry's at right now. And with margins shrinking, especially with the move to more white hat, there it just isn't the margin. Yeah. Right. So again, we're in the people business. We want to service you know, the people that are out there that are in the trenches because we were all in the trenches. Yeah, right. We're not the only legacy platform to say that we were built by operators, but we're built by operators that actually have relevant operating experience in the last 10 years.
SPEAKER_01I can say one thing from knowing you, you have your ear to the ground. I we have uh so I have a client of mine in Chicago, you know, Robert, you know, right? Guy's amazing, man. These guys are big home improvement companies, spends like three to four million a month on leads, has great, everyone has great things to say about you. I'm I'm talking about from media buyers to people that are in tech on the on the on that side to people that are AI to people that are direct advertisers, like home improvement companies. And the point is that you it's because you understand that, right? You've been, you've run these campaigns yourself, and I can't emphasize enough that makes such a big difference. One reason why we were able to have success as a startup back in 2016 is because I was in call centers my whole life. I was running calls, I was running sales teams, and I knew how important leads were to them. So when I found good lead sources, I would go to the call centers. I knew solar like a back of my hand, and I they knew I couldn't fake, you couldn't fake the funk, right? And I was talking to the game and I knew their pain points, I could talk to it. And because I did that, they blew up. I had a company that sold for almost a billion dollars that we're and he's on camera saying that we're a big reason why he was able to exit for that much money. So that can only happen when you have synergy, and and that's almost like perfect synergy at the end of the day. So there's so many companies that you know they might have one element of it, but they don't have the other elements. I feel like you guys have all those elements, man. So you know, hats I'm happy for you. You seem really super jazzed up, and I feel like it's a perfect timing.
SPEAKER_03And just to touch on that point, uh, first of all, Robert and I go way back. Yeah, since we were both just nothing T on AMs at some well, he was at one network, I was at another network. But you know, I've always made myself available to help people. Yep, right? My opening line, and I think I talked about this last time on the show, is how can I help? What do you need? And over the last 10, 15 years of being in the space, people reach out to me all the time. Hey, do you know a guy for this? Like, yeah, I just connected somebody yesterday to call gurus because they reached out to me, hadn't talked to them in three years. Hey, bro, do you know any good call centers that are out there? Right? Connected a dot. Didn't ask for anything, didn't talk about ClickGo, just said, here, here's what I know, let me do an intro, right? And so it's that kind of service that you put out there, right? Because this industry does have a lot of greedy people like myself, but I also need to give back a little bit, right? So I've been able to kind of use that. And what I like about Clickgo is I'm not the only one that's been doing that. Joey's been doing that for years. Jake's been doing that for years, right? Um, I actually met um uh I forget his name now, and I feel really horrible. Uh, the first one of the first times I met Jake was in Barcelona at one of the parties they were throwing. Um, I knew Bart really well. Bart got me in. I ended up meeting like a really good native media buyer there, and I was just starting the native journey, and so he gave me a lot of tips, right? That was uh you know a big win for me that came because somebody sent the ladder down for me to come up. So we're all that's kind of one of our core tenants is being able to do that for people.
SPEAKER_01I love it. And I feel like, and you guys are gonna be you're gonna do a whole European tour. Are you guys gonna be at Aphilly World? Yep. Would we gotta see if we dropped this before then? But you're gonna be in Budapest. Yep, you're gonna be in ATO Barcelona, and then you're gonna be in New York, right? For ASC. That's gonna be your tour.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, those are our next three. Yeah, uh, we have a booth and we're sponsoring uh all of those shows. So um stay tuned for that. ATO, we're the massage sponsor.
SPEAKER_01That's great. I missed it last year. Oh, we had a little massages are important. You you go to the events, man, like it's it's amazing how much you walk you off stressor. Like that, it's horrible. I'm gonna take advantage of that. We got to get some content. I'm taking advantage of that this year. Yeah. So especially after those late nights.
SPEAKER_03So we're yeah, you walk a lot of those shows, but the real reason I like to be the massage sponsor is this is how tracking should feel. It shouldn't be stressful. You should feel like you're getting a good massage, you should feel relaxed knowing that you've got a platform that's not only giving you accurate and detailed reporting and attribution, but that's also guiding. You have to go deep.
SPEAKER_01You go deep, the deep tissue should go deep with their campaign.
SPEAKER_03We do, man. We go deep. So you want deep. Yeah, we go deep. Let's fucking go. So so yeah, that's where I'm at. But I would love for uh Joey to be able to elaborate on some stuff here. And all
Joey On Fast Setup And Postbacks
SPEAKER_03right, guys.
SPEAKER_01We heard from Sean Hall, y'all, talking about Click Go, how they're disrupting, making making you guys much more money. Now we're here for Joey Hinkle. He's more like, what do you say, the tech guy?
SPEAKER_04The no, certainly not the tech guy. Certainly not the tech.
SPEAKER_00But we were talking about onboarding and with how how do we how do we use this thing, man?
SPEAKER_04I help people get set up, uh, you know, bring them through the pipeline, get them set up, get them rolling. Um, I made a joke today uh during an onboarding call. I was like, this is where I would hand you the keys to the car. Uh, and it seems like you know how to drive it, you know? Yeah. That's uh But let me tell you something.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna go back to uh Salesforce, right? I I have a buddy of mine. I I I consulted for him, I helped him put build a call center in the health space in uh New Jersey, surgical space, uh physical therapy space. The guy's blowing up, he's crushing it right now. Anyway, I remember when he got Salesforce, bro, it was such a fucking it's like a Ferrari they give you, but you have to assemble the fucking Ferrari yourself, right? And my God, it was like it was such tiles and tribulation. I know some a client of mine, I mentioned before, the solar company that blew up, and they spent over a million dollars building out Salesforce, and then they gave it like a fucking, I'm done with this thing, right? My guy spent a lot of money too in the healthcare stuff, but he still got it's running real smooth. Like he's so happy with it because he feels like it really helped him grow his company, right? So I feel like there's there's two things for it. It shows you the Salesforce, obviously, what are they worth $100 billion, something stupid? Their market cap is high for a reason because the shit works, but it's not easy. Like you gotta hit, like you said, you do you need to help people in it. And that's one thing I I was disillusioned with because you don't realize how much money you guys spend on developers and this and that. You buy it, but then you have to spend all this other fucking money, right? So I'm eager to see you know, what's the onboarding process with you guys on this?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I mean, the onboarding process isn't as difficult as you may think because the platform makes it simple. Um, like Sean hinted at earlier, if you need to do something with a publisher, it's in the publisher dropdown. If you need to do something with an advertiser, you guessed it, advertiser dropdown. Uh, and my goal with these onboarding calls, obviously, after a client's signed and they, you know, they're gonna move on with us. Um, my goal with the onboarding call is to make sure that you know how to use the entire platform before the call is done. I'll even go in there, I'll set up an offer with you, I'll you know, assign it to an advertiser, assign it a vertical, we'll uh we'll place your tracking link and I'll help you with those variables. I'll make sure that you're sending the click ID properly and that uh you know you request it back in the right spot in the post back. That is uh one of the most confusing parts of the tracking platforms is the postbacks and the variables. Um even back in the day at Express Revenue when I was leading the AM team, um, I told them, I was like, you know, this this is the part that's gonna take you some time. It's okay if the variables are confusing, you know, um, and bringing it back in the right spot. But um, no, the calls are fun. It's uh honestly one of my favorite parts of uh what we're doing so far is because I show people how to do something on the platform and their eyes just light up. It's kind of like uh that's it, that's all I got to do. Now the offer's set up, now the affiliate's ready to run. That's all I have to do to grab their link. Um, it really is all simple. And uh yeah, there's always that hand holding. They can always pop in these support chats, ask us anything they need. Um, like Sean hinted at, you get the whole team of uh experienced veterans. We've all got you know 10 plus years in this industry, and that's who's answering your questions. It's not a link to uh, you know, a wiki or anything like that.
SPEAKER_01So how I let's say I signed a contract today, right? How long does it usually take? I know every case is different. Every, you know, some people are super novice, some are more advanced, but what's generally like the range in terms of like when can you go live?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, no, I mean we move at your speed. If you wanted to sign in the morning, get on the onboarding call at uh lunchtime and get your affiliates to sign up at night, we can do that for you. If you want to migrate, obviously there's a little bit more of a process there. But um, no, we we move at your speed. Like I got on the demo yesterday, uh, they signed in the afternoon, and I was kind of hoping they'd say, like, let's do the onboarding call tonight. I want to do the whole process in a day. Um, so like I said, we move at your speed. As quick as you want to get set up, we can uh we can facilitate that.
SPEAKER_01I love it. And I asked Sean for his perspective, what's been the best case study? Uh what I'm I'm sure you might, you probably have a different. What's been the best case study or the thing that's made you more uh it doesn't have to be the best case study in terms of numbers, but what's been like the most uh like someone that like made you feel like really good about like wow, this is fucking great. You get that warm and fuzzy feeling, you know?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, um, you know, off the top of my head, I'd have to say early on in the demos, you know, we launched in March. So uh Sean and I went off to the races hitting up everybody we know. Hey, can I show you the platform? Can I show you the platform? And uh those early demos were really eye-opening for me because, you know, one, I was learning to give uh a demo of a tech product. I had never done that before. But um, even with my novice experience at demoing, people were still blown away. Like, wow, this is way more robust than I thought it would be, you know. Um, so I guess it's not a case study, but that would be probably the most eye-opening for me, was just uh early feedback. And the feedback hasn't changed in in the last three months. It's uh overwhelmingly positive.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, I heard good feedback too from everyone out there, and that's why I was excited. Again, we we really got to connect more from the We paid them for the feedback that they were but we I really heard, I heard good policy from numerous people and again in different seats. Not everyone was a media, there were some media buyers, obviously, which is important. There were people running networks, affiliate managers running networks, and they were like, I love this product. This product is good. You got they they were like, you got to get them on the podcast. Like, bro, we I we're gonna get them on podcast. We've been trying to do this for like a month or two, right? And I'm glad, hey, and I'm glad that we did it before. I was thinking, hey, maybe let's do it at the shows, but let's let's try to get this out before the show so we can put it out there and people learn. Because you go to these shows, right? There's so many booths, and you you get there like your head coming, you're fucking hurting, man. And then you then you're drinking, you go to these events, like it's nonstop, it's like a blur. So to get this out, and that's one of the goals with LFG, is to create this ecosystem, this community of you know the best people in the industry. And there's because there's so much snake oil out there, right? And again, like like Sean said, I mean, you've seen the industry's hurting a bit right now. I mean, margins aren't where they used to be. I mean, it was like, man, it was like a lot easier to make good money, I think, for I don't know what period of time, right? Like there was like, I think a five-year stretch where it was like the fucking golden age, and you thought it was never gonna end, right? And now it's reality's coming in, but and you're seeing people, the the survivors here, right? But now you have to be more cost conscious. You gotta look at where you're putting money in, not only the cost, but what is it returning for you?
Product Roadmap Driven By Users
SPEAKER_01Are you spending a lot of time on bullshit, putting out fires, or is this thing working for you to be proactive? I love the feature where you know you can be on that 12-hour flight, you could be sleeping, and you could create custom rules so that you don't wake up to a freaking headache. Because I think one issue is that a lot of these platforms, they're too, they allow a lot of room for error and they allow for reactiveness rather than proactiveness. So as a business owner, because bro, I've had so many fucking vacations fucked up. I had a honeymoon, I fucking sent my honeymoon in Greece with my wife. I sent $19,000 to the wrong fucking person guy in China. Thank God I got that. Dumb shit happens when you're running businesses, right? That pull away from your family, that that grieve you fucking gray hair. So the the less of that, the better. And that's it seems like you created solutions for those sort of things.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, absolutely. You know, uh, you hit the nail on the head when you said, you know, proactive versus reactive. That's a big thing over here. Um, and you don't even have to set up like a custom alert. We have 40-some templates that uh we designed ourselves, you know, alerts we would have used back in the day. The alert system is a little newer than uh Express Revenue, but uh a bunch of different templated alerts that we've set up for things we would have wanted back in the day, like publisher gone silent, EPCs dipping on this offer, this affiliate, uh, really whatever you need. You know, there's good templates in there, and you can we did the math one day. Uh you can set something like three or four billion different alerts using our custom alert feature. Obviously, there's not enough time in anybody's lifetime to set that many alerts or use that many alerts, but uh I want to emphasize that it can alert you of anything you need. And then as Sean hinted at, you know, you can take an automated action based on that alert as well. Um, so I don't want to say run your business for you, but uh, you know, do a lot of the heavy lifting for you so you can just come in when you really need to.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's robust. And where do you think, like, where do these ideas come from? It sounds like you Sean's still alluded to like maybe for your pain points or maybe listening like to what's going on in the industry. Like, where do you guys get those in? And I'm sure it sounds like you guys are willing. Let's say I I I'm on the platform, right, and I'm I'm having this issue. And like it sounds like you guys are willing to adopt, to adapt, right, and implement once if they make sense, right? I mean, you guys are flexible with that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, no, I mean we love to. We uh we are 100% letting our clients guide our roadmap. We're not just ideating in a you know in a boardroom, for example, and uh deciding what we want to build next. It's it's based on user feedback, user needs, user requests, and all of that. Um but you asked, uh, sorry, what did you ask again? I want to talk about it.
SPEAKER_01I was like, well, how do you come up with these ideas and to help you guys implement new ideas? Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Right. How do we come up with these ideas? So obviously, not all of these ideas we came up with in the last three months, a year when we were building it out. Uh, some of it comes from the Express Revenue days. This was the platform we built that network on. Uh, when I say we, I mean Jay Kaufman and I, uh, he was the founder and CEO of Express Revenue. Uh and we decided to build rather than buy when it came to the tracking platform back then. Um, and I think that was obviously a good decision. Um, but what it allowed us to do was it gave us a lot of freedom. You know, if I needed a page to do this, I would go into you know a different room in our office and I'd talk to our devs about building it out. Um, and some of those ideas still live on the platform today. So we've um, like I said, we've really worked on this for over a decade at this point. Uh, some of the ideas were just born out of necessity back in the day, you know, back 2016, for example, some ideas back then uh still live on the platform. And then present day, you know, like I said, user feedback, user request, and then just all of our minds being together on a call, you know, riffing back and forth, uh, some fun stuff gets uh ideated on in our Slack channel or in our Google Meets.
SPEAKER_01So how how do you think again? I I had I had met you a long time ago. I wanted these affiliate world cars. I don't even know which one it was. There's so many of them, and they all they're all blurred now, but you know, it's damn. I can't believe it. My first affiliate world was in Bangkok in 2017. It was like a fucking blurred.
SPEAKER_04Oh, my uh my first was ASE 2017.
SPEAKER_01That you know, that that was my no, that was my second, that was my first ASC. My first show was LeedsCon 2017, but yeah, it's just it's just crazy that the evolution of everything. But you know, let's I I really think from your express rev days, the max web days, Sean's vast experience in the industry, like it really gives you guys an edge, man. And so, you know, what did you learn at those let's talk about those days? What did you learn? And man, let's talk about how the industry's evolved since because man, if you can just I I've looked back to 2017, man, shit, that's like fucking dinosaurs here, man. And it's not even that long ago, right?
SPEAKER_04But you know, it's funny. You talked about the last five years and how they were a bit of a golden era. Yeah for the last five years. I feel like people were talking about the golden era before that.
SPEAKER_01Uh oh, so you know it wasn't. I really didn't it it didn't take off for me to like 2019. Yeah, your prior there was like like this, and then it fucking took off. So I had like a four-year, oh maybe three, three to four-year-old where it was like, I thought I I was like, man, I'm in heaven, man.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, no, I mean industry's always adapting. Um, you asked what I learned, and it's a tough question to answer because everything I learned came over the last uh 10, 15, 10, 12 years at um Express Revenue and Max Web, everything I've learned. Um, main thing I've learned is you gotta put people first. You know, there's a person behind the screen. Uh they have goals and maybe they're lazy and greedy. Um, and you gotta you gotta meet them where they're at, like Sean said. Um, so yeah, just putting people first, um, you know, leading with kindness.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I love that. That's a great answer. You know what's like it's not it's not a complicated hit simple, right? We I think we kind of overcomplicate shit, right? There was a book I talked about yesterday. Someone sent me a picture of it. I'm gonna buy it. Don't do business with dicks. And you know what I'm talking about because you when you do, you know what I think it makes sense because when you do business with dicks, you're gonna get fucked. And the bigger the dick, the bigger you're gonna get fucked. Right?
SPEAKER_00It's it's so listen, it's simple. You don't want to do business with pussies either. Oh, damn, you're right, you're right. Uh damn. Who the fuck do you do business with? Yeah, yeah, this is definitely on silence. I don't know if it should look sad. But you get what's happening.
SPEAKER_01But listen, it's simple, it's not complicated, that's not overcomplicate shit, man. I mean, I love that philosophy. You you you you put people first, right? Mm-hmm. And then the shit's gonna work. So you listen to them, you guys come from the industry. I think it just gives you that it accelerates time frames, collapses time frames, is what it does at the end of the day, right? And again, that's why we've heard. I've heard so and I can I was excited to get you guys on because I mean, you guys have been very supportive of the show of the events that we're throwing, right? And uh, and it seems like at the Vegas show, you guys, you got some good feedback. And I think that's what it comes down to. The industry, people are looking for ways to save money to make more money now more than ever. And I think before, you know, I'm guilty of this, I would just throw money at shit and see what will happen, right? Because things are going so good. But when things are going the other way, you gotta put an extra focus on. I look at the expenses every month. Where the fuck, where can we save some money on, right? And uh, it's amazing how much money you can save when you look at it, right? And it's not only just about saving money, it's also about you know, how what's it gonna do for you? How can you get even more? I'll pay more for stuff that's gonna give me a better ROI. I don't mind paying double or triple if it's gonna make me double or triple, you know? That's what it comes down to, right?
SPEAKER_04I mean, we uh I don't know if other people do it this way. We save our pricing for the end of the demos because that is kind of the final and uh most profound wow moment. Um, you know, you see everything the platform does, you're constantly in your mind the whole time on the demo, comparing it to what you've got now. Um, and then to see, you know, a third of what you're paying right now for the price at the end of the call, um, it's a dagger. So yeah, we don't we don't want to win on price, but we do win on price.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. You told you guys Sean and Tony. I'm not gonna say, but I was I was I was I was pleasantly surprised. I I didn't I had expected maybe a number that was 50 to 100 higher, you know, and uh the model makes sense. So I think it's it's really a no-brainer. Well, that's what people are used to 50, 100 higher. Yeah, so yeah, she got a surprise. And guess what? L of G Show guys, you're gonna you're gonna get there's a special for you guys as well. We're now as well at the very end. You know, no money, no honey. Fuck around here. So good. So yeah, any anything else I missed you want to add?
SPEAKER_04No, man. Just uh happy to be here. Appreciate being on the uh let's fucking go podcast.
SPEAKER_01I want to say, I want to ask one more thing you guys maybe think about. So
Hot Verticals Telehealth And Hiring
SPEAKER_01I I feel like, you know, for people that are selling leads for brokers for networks, you and one thing I've always been good at, I've always been good at finding the hot shit before we get stopped. We were talking about some markets right now. I mean, they're kind of more like gray area shit, but the the bottom line is like what's when you see where the money's flowing, right? The people that got into like I got into solar in 2016, that gave me a leg up because when it started to blow up in 2019, I was there, right? Uh, got into home improvement early, got in like all the line, people got into ACA early, right? They did very well, Obamacare, Medicare, whatever the fuck you want to say, Spanish market. So, what what do you guys see right now? What's what's popping right now in terms of verticals that if someone was trying to sell leads, like where would you recommend or where you guys seeing the money flowing?
SPEAKER_04Um, someone's to sell leads, lead gen, uh not as not as certain, but I know I've seen a lot of traction going into telehealth lately. Um I know it's a big thing, especially with the way Nutra's being run. Uh, people are kind of pivoting, doing a full 180 and going more towards the white hat side of things. Um, I I think it makes sense. You know, you don't need to sell the product, you just sell that you have a quicker, easier way to get the product. Because everybody knows what these uh what these GLPs and and uh the telemedicine, everybody knows what it does. They're already sold on the product. So I think it makes sense to just be, you know, get it, get it quick, get it easy. That's that's the whole angle. Yeah. Um, rather than needing to explain how this root within this uh supplement uh cures your cures your ailment.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's true. Listen, I I I've seen people that are I think in our industry pivot to such a big word, right? I'm gonna be talking more about pivoting on LOG and a lot of speeches that I give, but um in this industry, there's nothing more uh relevant because people are always gonna be online clicking on ass. That's not gonna stop. And now they're you know, the the the the AI is chat GPT people just adjunct on there. Like it's it's always migrating, it's always money's flowing, right? It's like Wall Street. Money market could go down, but there's always a bull market somewhere. Money just rotates, right? So I feel like um it's the abundance mindset, yeah. It's the abundance mindset. It's out there, you gotta get it. It's out there, you gotta get it, but because Consumers are consumers, right? And at the end of the day, they I know point I'm trying to say, I know guys that are massive in solar. They shifted to home improvement. Now they're fucking crushed. They've been crushing telehealth for six to nine months. They didn't want people to know six to nine months ago. I feel like the cat's out the bag now, right? But they made their money and now they have a leg up, right? So you always got to be uh looking for stuff like that. And and you know, a good question, a good thing I want to say too is like where do you keep up to date with like where you're like you got to keep up to date. And I think going to the shows, you keep up to date, going to the speeches, you keep like listening to podcasts, you know, John Castle, good podcast, bulletproof scaling, affiliate marketing show, our podcast, LFG. We try to do that, but how else do you get industry information, man?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that bulletproof chat.
SPEAKER_01That's a good chat. That's a good one. But you've got like 2300 hats, so I'll be with him in a couple weeks in uh Medagine.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah. No, I love that chat. That's a good one. Um, I mean, just keeping up with you know, my contacts, everybody I know in the industry, just having you know, refresher calls. Hey, how you been? What are you gonna get into? Um, just keeping my ear to the to the ground. Yeah, um, you said something, you know, telehealth's been big, six to nine months or whatever you said, but um I don't think people have missed the train. And and this is uh agnostic, it's not just about telehealth, but um, if you if you're seeing a vertical scaling, you know, if you know people that are scaling a vertical, it doesn't mean it's too late. You miss the boat. You don't have to be the first mover. There is a first mover advantage, but you know, success leaves clues as well. So if you see someone scaling something, try it out. It's clearly working. They wouldn't be pumping all this money into ads if it wasn't working for them. So I mean, I I think people need to also consider that fact to just lean into what's working, what they see working, because you know, success leaves clues.
SPEAKER_01I I agree. Uh I went, you know, Geek Out has very good events. They they were they had one in Miami. Well, you guys had the telewealth one, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Telewealth.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that was a good one. I mean, I I got their I missed a good chunk. I had an issue that day, but uh anyway, man, I was it was a lot of fresh faces there, some old faces I knew, but I love going into events where there's fresh faces and you get to hear their perspective. I like like Gen Z, man. We we're talking a lot about Gen Z on this, but bro, there's a lot of other Gen Z guys in Televet, and they're they're fucking killing it. They have different, I think what it is too, they have different angles, different perspectives, different ways to look at things and know how to speak their own. And you know what's crazy? A lot of these young guys, their fucking testosterone is fucked. I mean, I was with one guy yesterday. I mean, I'm 20 years older than a guy. My testosterone is double his testosterone, and I'm not on fucking testosterone. But uh, so he's thinking about getting on it. I think you probably should, man. But anyway, with that being said, there is uh they understand and then they speak a different way and they know how to reach those customers, right? So I think that going to these events, paying like that's not that's uh I don't know what the ticket is for that 2,000 or 3,000. It costs money, but you gotta you gotta invest in yourself, man, is what it comes down to. And and and be around different mindsets and different people making money in different ways. Well, I went there and it left a good impact on me, man.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, no, I mean you gotta spend money to make money. Yeah, I think Gen Z, I think they're uh they're unique. You know, they grew up around influencer marketing, they were 12 years old being influenced too. We were not, um, so they they do have a different angle on it, different perspective on it. They were ingrained in it much earlier in their in their life. Um, so I think that helps. That's a competitive advantage for them that we just won't have. You know, they grew up on Instagram and TikTok and all of this, so they they really do understand what uh what stops you from scrolling and what engages you're gonna do.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, they get it. It's crazy. Let me ask you, you guys are looking to hire, right? Yeah, absolutely. Please you want Gen Z guys? What you want? We got a lot of Gen Z listeners. We're getting more.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah, yeah. We'll take some Gen Z people. Please come on over. Uh sending me. Uh I'm not gonna give my email, but yeah, come on, come on over.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, guys, I mean I can't emphasize enough. I've been very fortunate to be part before I started my own business to be part of companies that just blew up. And that gave me the template for how to sell leads, how to work with people, how to manage campaigns, right? And that's you, you you get these skills that they don't teach you in college, and you get paid for it as well. And when you're part of a good dynamic environment, both you guys are good guys, you know, and you get to learn with veterans like this, I think that's that's irreplaceable. You don't have a lot of opportunities like that. So definitely take advantage of that. And because we know we know a lot of people listen, not not everyone here is a media buyer of running their own business. We have people that are affiliate marketer, I mean sorry, affiliate managers or biz dev. And people are there's companies going out of business. It's been shocking. You've I know guys doing nine figures, shut down doors, right? And verticals that you thought were evergreen. Like, wow, this has been the last 12 months have been shocking to see. SAS has been going on for the last two or three years, but especially the last 12 months. So there's a lot of kind of displacement going on, but that it creates opportunities to work with companies that are growing. And SaaS is great. I mean, SAS is uh it's reoccurring too, you know. It's like the problem with Lee Gen, you hunt, you kill, and then you got to keep doing that, right? With SaaS, you can kill and but you can still get in pay and you can still, there's other opportunities, right? So I would say definitely, guys, if you're looking for that uh career change, hit these guys up. Good people.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, no, it's so refreshing working with a team like this. I've been waiting to uh, you know, be surrounded by people, like-minded people that are as motivated as I. Um and yeah, it's refreshing. I I wake up energetic every day where I wasn't always feeling that way. You know, I'm I'm excited to see what was done last night at 8 p.m. that I haven't caught up on yet, and who's got new ideas for today and all that. It's um really great culture here. And you know, we can only go up.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I love it. I love it.
Special Offer Email And Closing
SPEAKER_01Sean, you want to get in here? Let's uh yeah, come on over. So, Sean, man, this is this has been a great I I when it comes to the SaaS and stuff, I'm not, you know, I'm more like the the sales rah rah rah guy, but this has me excited because I know you guys too, and I know that the and hearing all the features and at bells and whistles, and at the end of the day, the whole point of LFG is like let's fucking go, let's let's find ways to make money, let's let's build this community out, get good people together. So I feel like we've accomplished this here, and then I'm really I'm really glad you guys made it here to make the podcast. And I'm excited we're collaborating on these future events because the more people learn about this, the more they're gonna be able to grow. And that's what we want. We want to keep building this community, man.
SPEAKER_03No, absolutely. And you know, we're happy to partner with you guys on these things too. Um, but I am gonna take a moment to give uh shout out to Jake Kaufman, our founder and CEO. Um, that cat that cat has been hustling in this industry since he was 12 years old. He's a visionary. Um, more than that, he's probably one of the only people I know that's better at seeing around corners than I am. He knows what's coming down the pipe, he knows how to position himself for it. And even the fact that he had the idea at Express to build this out then. And then when he exited to retain the rights to that, not many people would have the foresight to retain that, right? To retain that and then know that there was a better way to do it. Like we wouldn't be sitting here today if it wasn't for his vision, and he's the most humble human being I've ever met or worked for in my life. And so without him seeing the talent in Joey, seeing the talent in Chad, believing in me, some wayward industry guy that's been a journeyman for the last six, seven years, and saying that guy's got what I need and to let me do what I do without a leash, all the props go to him. And then to have a guy like Chad French, you know, on our development side, who built Purefly, right, to a hundred million dollar a year company. That's amazing. Right? The fact that I get to wake up every day, work alongside these guys and a few other talented individuals behind the scenes is amazing. And it's a testament to what we've built because behind every good company are the people behind it. And I will say this, I will put it out there to all of you. There are no better people at a SaaS company in this industry than you're gonna find at Click Go.
SPEAKER_01I love that. Again, that's successful use clues. People say good things. And this is a business where bad news travels fucking fast. Good news moves, but bad news travels faster. And I have not heard one bad thing about you guys, heard nothing but great things I get from multiple people, right? And I think it's also because we're doing these events, get people like, oh, this is a great partnership. This product's great. I started using it, and uh, it's great. And and guys, LFG show, you know, you're part of the community. You guys are listening. We got a special for you. Can you tell me what are LFG? What's the audience gonna get here if they they sign up with you guys?
SPEAKER_03Well, first of all, if you're interested in getting a demo of our platform, right? Um, I'll give my email. I don't care. I want all the emails to come through. I'm filtered, I'm not worried about it. Getting nervous. Uh I'm sure chance will find a way to put this on screen, but it's Sean S H A U N at clickgo.com. Email me. I would love to talk to you. Answer any questions, show you the platform, all of that. Now, because I'm a two-timer here at the LFG show. Let's go. Uh, you know, I I want to be generous. Um, so if you take a look at Clickgo, you do the demo, you're like, Sean, this is for me. I see tremendous value. Because if you don't see value in it, I don't want you. I want you to stay wherever you're at. But if you see value in it, you're like, this could benefit me, benefit my business. We're gonna go ahead and give you half off of your first month, right? And we always do this anyway, but I'm gonna say this always free migration. We don't charge for that, we don't plan on charging for that. It's something that we do to help you out. So all you gotta do is mention the LFG show. If you don't mention it, you're not getting the deal. No money, no honey, right? No LFG show, no deal.
SPEAKER_0150% off. That's a lot. Uh depending on which package, it could be very sizable. So no inflation, L show, just in your bank accounts. That's right. Buying products here, 50% off, baby. That's deep. That's deepflation or multiple, guys.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, that's uh that's keeping our prices appropriate, which is what we want. We want to be there for the people. I love it. We're a group of the people. So I appreciate you guys so much for having Joey and I in. Uh, chance, the greatest producer, photographer, videographer, husband, father, all around great guy back there behind the scenes. Um, you know, just incredible work. Uh, and then to you, you know, for putting this on. I mean, I'm just glad uh we could still associate now that you're a keynote speaker, influential world traveler, industry influencer. I mean sponsored by Whole Foods, man. Yeah, sponsored by Whole Foods, sponsored by uh Mountain Valley Water.
SPEAKER_01Mountain Valley. We're getting there, man. We're moving. Fellow Affy Award winner. Boom. That's a podcast. No, I love it, man. Which all appreciate the the their reciprocity and the the kind words, man. Listen, get it's about getting good people together. Guys, really take advantage of them. Take do the demo.
