Traffic Is The New Oil ft. Rezono CEO Nilufar Usupova
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Paid social can change overnight.
Accounts get flagged without warning. Platform policies shift. A creative that crushes on Meta can completely die on TikTok or Snapchat.
Live from Affiliate World Budapest, The LFG Show sits down with Nilufar Usupova, CEO of Rezono, to break down what media buyers, agencies, and advertisers must do to stay compliant, protect their accounts, and continue scaling in an unpredictable performance marketing industry.
Nilufar shares what it takes to launch and grow a performance marketing agency with credibility—from building legitimate platform partnerships and developing strong operational systems to creating a team that understands the unique differences between every advertising channel.
In this episode, we discuss:
🔥 Why agency ad accounts may receive stronger reputation signals
🔥 How account history and credibility can impact stability
🔥 Why diversification across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat is essential
🔥 TikTok pre-approvals and what they actually protect you from
🔥 Advertising in restricted and newly opened verticals
🔥 Opportunities in licensed iGaming
🔥 Snapchat tracking, attribution, and pixel setup
🔥 Why some advertisers incorrectly assume Snapchat does not work
🔥 Leadership under pressure
🔥 The Women in Affiliate Marketing panel
🔥 Why asking for help can become a competitive advantage
Nilufar also explains why a one-size-fits-all media buying strategy does not work. Every platform has different users, policies, tracking requirements, creative styles, and enforcement systems. The teams that understand those differences are the teams positioned to scale.
When margins are tight and competition is high, better technology, stronger partnerships, cleaner attribution, and platform diversification can make all the difference.
Whether you are a media buyer, affiliate, advertiser, agency owner, or performance marketing professional, this conversation is packed with practical insights you can apply to your campaigns.

SPEAKER_01Guys,
Meet Nilu At Affiliate World
SPEAKER_01I don't I don't know how I did it. I don't know how I pulled this off. I don't know, I don't know how we made this happen, but I got it. I got Nilu Yusupova, and I said it right. I know I said it right because I've been practicing. CEO of Rizona. It's not Italian, though. No, it's not like that, but everyone is asked to it's not Rizzona, but you know, it it's got a ring to it, and we love it. And it's got a catch. People love Italians, they love Italian stuff.
SPEAKER_03I love that too.
SPEAKER_01Nilu, thank you for coming on the show. Thanks for having me. It's a pleasure to have you, right? You've been crushing it, you've been busy. You just got off stage. Uh talk to us about affiliate world. Talk to us about what we're doing. What are you doing here?
Launching A New Performance Agency
SPEAKER_03Well, it's actually um it's my first time here with a new company I'm representing today, Rizono. Basically, uh Affiliate World is the first conference where we're exhibiting. And uh it's always uh such an excitement because you know, I've been in the industry for like what, 10 years now? And every time you come to the show, it's like all the familiar faces, you know, they know your company, you know their company, you've worked together, or you still work together. But when you're exhibiting as a new company, uh it's always a such a chance to meet new people or to share with your friends, existing clients, or to share with the community what the fuck are you doing now? So for me, it's um such an excitement because it's new, it's a new thing.
SPEAKER_01I I wouldn't even have thought it was a new company, just and I guess I guess it's because you've your experience, because you're comfortable in this industry, because you know what you're doing, right? But you guys are hitting the ground running and it looks great. I see you on the socials, I see you putting out content, you know. It looks like uh you've been here before. So, how's that experience helped with launching, you know, the new company and everything?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, the uh that's the point, actually, because yeah, the company is new, it's one and a half years old, and for a company, it's a new thing, right? But everyone who's uh working in the company, they've been in the industry for some time and they know what what they're doing. I know what we are doing. We already got uh our partnerships with directly with Meta, TikTok, uh, newsbreak, Snapchat, and uh smart news. Um, this is what we do. We help media buyers and advertisers to launch and grow on these channels. Uh, usually people call it an agency like or agency accounts. Uh we call it a marketing performance agency. So um, besides assets that we provide to our clients, we also help them with performance. We also help them to run campaigns on those uh social channels. And uh to do this, you gotta know what you're doing. Uh, you gotta know what's meta, what is the difference between campaigns on TikTok and campaigns on Meta? Because, you know, um, when TikTok appeared as a new uh platform several years ago, all um campaigns and approaches they were like kind of stolen from Meta and it wouldn't work on TikTok. And right now, um the similar situation is happening with Snap because Snap is also growing uh significantly over the years uh lately. And uh all these little details, it's something that most um affiliates they don't know because Meta was always top uh uh top top channel, right? And right now we have all these uh platforms growing and competing with each other. Who would thought that uh TikTok would become so big, right? And right now everyone's like, okay, let's uh let's record some video content.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think I think Gary V said it. I mean, years ago he knew it was gonna be
Lost Merch And Leadership Under Pressure
SPEAKER_01big. We got socks. Yes, talk to us about the socks. I seen the socks on the socials yesterday. So I hope some of these socks are for me, by the way.
SPEAKER_03These socks are actually for you. And this is quite a story because uh we uh were supposed to have uh three types of merch for this conference: lip bones, um hand creams, uh like little hand creams, you know, they uh like uh little cute, little cute, yeah, hand creams, lip buns, and socks, and the campaign uh would be like we get you covered, right?
SPEAKER_01Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_03But instead of everything, we only got two types of socks yesterday. And like so, all all of our merch got lost, and we only got one box of TikTok and newsbreak, and this we received 30 minutes ago. Nice, as in that this was delivered 30 minutes ago, it's almost the end of the conference, and this is the strategy for for all exhibitors, you know, to exhibit at the conference with no merch at all, or with like uh two types of socks. So we made a kind of a branding violation actually here because we have meta socks, and then we have snap. Like, look at this.
SPEAKER_01Look at this cute snatch, yeah. I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_03Uh TikTok.
SPEAKER_01Shout out to Ryan Ludlow. Ryan Ryan, I'm gonna be the I'm gonna wear them before you.
SPEAKER_03Actually, that's true, because I'm bringing him uh the newsbreak socks uh to Barcelona when I you said Barcelona, you're and you're in Spain, but you're not you're not from Barcelona.
SPEAKER_01Yes, thank you so much. Thank you, thank you.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, we are based in Alicante.
SPEAKER_01Alicante is uh sorry, which one should I wear first?
SPEAKER_03You can you know what?
SPEAKER_01I recommend you to wear different different different like let's go we'll go Snapchat newsbreak. Is that what you mean?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, no, I think that newsbreak and uh TikTok. Newsbreak and TikTok because it will be like white, red, red, white.
SPEAKER_02And oh some of you want to think we could kind of make it work with these colors. Right? Oh, you're taking the blue keel kind of situation.
SPEAKER_01What's what's going on? So talk let's talk about that then. So you had to go through some adversity. You didn't get your lip balm. You didn't get your you didn't get your creams, you had you had some socks. You're like, how did you work with what you had? How uh what what did what did you do? What did you tell the team, CEO? Well, well I'm I'm sure you barked at someone first, but I didn't.
SPEAKER_03Actually, I didn't because uh to be honest, I don't at the moment, I don't have a full-time uh uh marketing manager who would uh be responsible for this, and I cannot kick anyone's ass for this. Okay, this is about ownership because right now we work with a company that provides marketing services for us. And uh, when I say marketing services, I mean SMM, just like posts and tech like uh creatives for social media or PR activities and merch. Because like because this year we are exhibiting at three conferences. It's affiliate world and it's affiliate grandsome in Rome. I think when we get to Rome, they will be like Rizzono, no risol, no.
SPEAKER_01I like this Italian company. You're gonna get a lot of business.
SPEAKER_03I mean, yeah, and then it will be Bangkok. So for three conferences, I thought um maybe we could just hire this uh agency, and they already got experience with conferences, with social media promotion for companies like us.
SPEAKER_01This was this was the first time you used them for a show, right? So they they did they lose your business? Can we talk about it? Well, uh I mean are you gonna give them another chance?
SPEAKER_03Uh you know what? Uh I of course I will give another chance. You know why? Because at the merge we ordered it was from Ukraine.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_03And like a couple of uh days ago, and like right now, it's a pretty tough time uh for Ukraine in terms of sky security, let's call it like that. And um and I know another company here, I shared uh my situation. I said, We only go to types of socks, and they said, you know what, we lost seven boxes of merch.
SPEAKER_01And uh so again, you you you think you got it back, and then you know, there's people out there that have it worse, right?
SPEAKER_03So yeah, yeah, yeah. So it's not it's not a big problem. I mean, we are exhibiting, it's not a big problem, it's just merch. This is a bonus. Once when I was um exhibiting in um Bangkok, it was probably like six years ago or something, we had a booth and three managers with three managers, and one of us, um yeah, the girl, she got really sick and she couldn't uh come to the show at all. She got like fever, but it was violent, so uh she got fever and she couldn't attend. And imagine, like we were too busy with our um uh business meetings and also new clients. But since one of us she couldn't perform her meetings and come, the conference for us was a disaster. It was too busy. We we couldn't even go uh to lunch. I mean, it was so busy we didn't catch.
SPEAKER_01I didn't eat, I didn't eat yesterday. I mean, I left here and had a great meal.
SPEAKER_03But imagine, I mean, it was a disaster. So uh merge is a small situation comparing to what could have been, and um human resources like people, people are always more important than stuff.
SPEAKER_01I think uh it probably was a year ago we went to like a home improvement show, me and David and our booth didn't come. Like like the the wall didn't come. We had a table, we had a table with a little drape or whatever, but you know what? We made it, we made it work at the end of the day. Right, like yes, this is a great booth. Shout out to affiliate world and KJ Rocker for making us the official podcast of Affiliate World. And yes, the berries. This you that's uh to the second person that said that. I'm gonna start telling people yes, it is. But yeah, I think you know, we kind of identify as each other. Um, but it's not it's not the lip balm, it's not the creams that are gonna get you business, it's the people, it's your team, it's your leaders. So you know, talk to us about you, your team, and how you guys pulled together and how the show's gone and the direction you guys are going in, because I I'm feeling good energy here. Yeah, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, thank you. You know
From Dating Offers To Agency CEO
SPEAKER_03what? Um my story starts um years before. So uh I started in the industry working for a like one of the biggest dating advertisers, and I've been in like dating industry for probably six years, and then I decided to switch to payday loans, you know, because I wanted to try something new after six six years in dating, especially adult dating.
SPEAKER_01I mean it's a little overwhelming.
SPEAKER_03You wanna it's not overwhelming, it's just uh you you come at the shows, you look uh at all these people doing different stuff, and you're like, Yeah, we are doing dating. And then next year, uh, what's new? Well, uh online dating. And then what's new? Well, uh same old, same old. Yeah. So somehow for me personally, it was not the uh the it was the point where I have to move forward, and I was really interested uh in in opening new verticals for myself. And um I thought, okay, maybe maybe payday long would do, you know. And I worked for payday long industry for a year. I moved to Dubai, I I opened the company and uh worked there for uh some time and then and then we split with uh my business partners, let's say, and then I was like, okay, but you know, anyway you're narrowed down to a vertical. How can I work with all verticals? I thought. How can I work with everyone in this room or at least with a half of the room?
SPEAKER_01And apply some of the all the things that you learned into everything, right?
SPEAKER_03Right. And marketing agency, it's something that is first closer to business, closer to traffic. Because when I was on the offer side, it's uh it's a product, it's still a product, it's it's processing, it's building, it's um features. But I was always curious about come on, we are in affiliate marketing, we work with traffic. So traffic is the new oil, basically. And I really wanted to be closer to traffic because when you're an advertiser, uh you see the numbers, uh, you see how your product converts, but you don't understand where exactly this traffic comes from. Because your affiliate can say, oh, well, this is SEO, but you know, like you probably this is not, but you're never sure. And um I wanted to be closer to Meta, I wanted to be closer to Google, I wanted to be closer to Snapchat, to TikTok to understand how this engine works, how the uh algorithms work, and also they change so fast. I mean, uh the the industry is so dynamic, and I thought, okay, and just agency is something that combines everything, uh, that combines traffic sources, and uh this is the place where you can actually build something big with uh almost everyone you know.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely.
SPEAKER_03So this is now um this agency entered to my um life, and uh we started building this. I entered the company uh five months ago as a CEO. And um after I entered, I started building uh slowly and acquiring more and more clients. And well, first of all, I figured that half of their clients they already had, I knew half of them. So for me it was easy to enter, to adopt, and to understand because before I didn't have any agency expertise. Imagine that.
SPEAKER_01But you had but you had agency you had an agency network because you were just going to just dating shows. Like when like affiliate world, there's a lot, there's dating companies here, but there's you know 20 other different types of companies too, and different people walking around. So you built you built a network.
SPEAKER_03Of course, of course. And also uh curiosity would do a big favor here too, because when you're curious and when you don't want to narrow down to one vertical or one traffic source, um it's uh the place where you can grow as a place where you can expand your not only network, but like your skill set, uh, your knowledge. And um I think for me personally, it was the time where I gathered expertise and experience, and I wanted to build out make more money out of it, let's say. Let's say let's be uh transparent about it, make more money about it, because all this knowledge and experience you get and you don't monetize it.
SPEAKER_01What are we doing? What are we doing here? What are we doing here? We're not we're not we're not here for the socks, right? We're here we're here to make we're here to make some money.
SPEAKER_03That's that's exactly I saw someone yeah, I I love your logo by the way.
SPEAKER_01You like that? Yeah, with the the the fist full of cash, like that's what we're here.
SPEAKER_03That's what we do. I mean, we are not charity, right? Uh yeah, we are here for good, but we are here to succeed, to make money, to make some value, and uh why not? I mean it's a good thing.
SPEAKER_01And if uh as long as you provide value and you do good by people, you'll make money in this industry. It's not it's not that difficult. There's there's plenty of it to go around here, right? Always say that even with competitors, yeah. There's competitors, um, there's other agencies out there, right? But we we may compete, but we're we can all be successful.
SPEAKER_03Manual the the competition is too is very high. I think in agency business right now.
Why Agency Ad Accounts Matter
SPEAKER_03Well everyone is doing agency accounts. Like ask everyone agency accounts, agency accounts, it's uh and you know why it's uh the business is growing because the reputation of agency accounts are higher, of agency BMs are higher than the separate ones, you know, for Meta in the case. In the eyes of in the eyes of Meta, yeah, if you are just a business and you create a business manager and you start running campaigns, uh Meta is like, okay, let's see. Let's see who you are. But if you are an agency if your BM, if your accounts were created under the umbrella of an agency that's already working with Meta or TikTok, they're like, okay, this is the agency's client. So that's why the reputation there on default will be a little bit better or sometimes much better than the random account created in some country and with a unknown business. So that's why many companies they because you know uh meta accounts um and all like social platform accounts, they're very unstable. It could be really unstable. And um agencies is something that for for the eyes of meta, for the eyes of TikTok, uh something more predictable. Um they know they know what this agency does, they know all these clients, and like for keyc and this kind of stuff, it's it's easier for them. So that's why many companies switch uh to working with uh agencies.
SPEAKER_01Makes sense.
TikTok Pre Approvals And Compliance Reality
SPEAKER_01Um talk about how building relationships with these guys and and doing things like this is so important. Like why you know you didn't put your logo on here, right? Oh no, we did. You got you got your logo right there.
SPEAKER_03We push we we push our um we push our partners first because uh we we push our uh services first, then our name, basically. So that's why we sell TikTok first, then Rizzono. We don't sell rezzono. We sell our values and services, what we are good at. For example, we sell TikTok pre-approvals. Do you know what TikTok pre-approvals means?
SPEAKER_02No.
SPEAKER_03Okay, cool.
SPEAKER_02Break it down.
SPEAKER_03So what um TikTok pre-approval means is TikTok pre-approval is a process where we take the creatives and the lending pages of our clients and we send it to TikTok, and uh TikTok says, Okay, okay, like you can run this, but they put it into their system. The policy team puts these uh creatives and uh lending pages into their system and it allows them and it's a manual job, it's not automated, and it's a manual job, it takes some time. And we have, for example, we have premium TikTok.
SPEAKER_01And you can only do this if you had a relationship with TikTok to be able to read. Of course, it's it's a pre-appro yeah. You have the TikTok play.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, of course. And uh uh people ask uh like, oh, if if you pre-approve it, it will not ban? It will not get banned. And I say, no, it will. I mean it it could get banned, but it will be more uh rare, and it if it will happen, we of course appeal it. And after we appeal, we of course say this uh this was pre-approved, blah blah blah, and uh the account comes back.
SPEAKER_01Boom. No, yeah, boom. I mean this is something it's not what you know, it's who you know sometimes, and having those relationships and those plugs.
SPEAKER_03A lot of companies they think no pre-approval is they think that it's a compliance process, and um they think that okay, TikTok will say yes or no to my creative, and that's it. It's not about that, it's about putting your link into the system of TikTok because, for example, uh recently TikTok has opened officially iGaming Vertical. Officially. Uh so uh if you're a casino brand, if you're a social casino brand or betting brand with a local license, you can officially run traffic on TikTok. But they have opened it recently, uh, and uh still algorithms of TikTok, because TikTok is a big, big machine, right? And uh there's a lot of algorithms that are deciding uh are you gonna get some money out of your uh campaigns or not. So those algorithms they haven't adapted yet that i gaming is allowed. So um so we share these insights with our clients saying that look I know you're a casino brand. I know you have a local license. You can run uh run
Going Global With Language Gaps
SPEAKER_03openly without clocking on on TikToks.
SPEAKER_01But it it requires some time because the algorithms are still learning and they're still adapting and your accounts will get banned but then if they come back because TikTok pre-approvals and TikTok pre-approvals is something that's um very useful for restricted verticals like dates like IDMI it's like um uh lee gen like finance lead gen it's it's finance I mean uh so these kind of restricted verticals that are plenty here at the show and there will be plenty in uh Philippine Slam in Rome and in Van Kog I mean uh they they're all um verticals that are not easy to run it's not the commons it's not the commerce we gotta go to Brazil too all right you know what I've heard uh we just went last month and wow yeah yeah but I don't know Portuguese okay you know English but do they know English you know uh you you can get we we actually hired uh we actually hired a translator while we were there and sh we she really didn't have to do anything because everybody a lot of people is spoken oh really yeah because to have a translator at your booth wouldn't hurt but though you know those guys are crushing it over there yeah but you know I I thought about the translator and I've heard about Brazil I've heard that in Brazil I mean Brazilians are killing it absolutely I feel they're they're absolutely killing it and maybe I was thinking maybe it's even better to hire someone with Portuguese or someone from Portugal because how can you uh translate clocking right yeah or how can you translate some terms we we ran an ad we ran an ad um we we hired a girl to trans like we wrote the script out and she said e-commerce uh I I don't think that they uh it was something like how it was written she was like I don't think they would understand it but she was able to change you know a couple of those words or whatever to to make it make sense and she knew nothing about our industry but I think you're right it makes sense to hire someone who wants to make uh you know a little bit of extra money shout out KJ Rocker in the building right there right uh and and get them get get some feet on the ground in in in Brazil but yeah no for sure that's where you should uh you got you gotta think about it the thing is you cannot even check if they're uh translating it correctly or not you can you because I remember one time when we were in um Bangkok one of our top affiliates the guy the Chinese guy he wouldn't speak English at all he was running only US of that he was running US or wouldn't speak he was running US making millions monthly like it was crazy times when uh dating was like pretty pretty huge especially on meta and then meta decided to uh launch their own brand and they decided that they don't need competitors but uh yeah we keep it here if we keep it here let's not go there yeah yeah that's not uh so they're partners right so uh but it was like back in the days like many many many years ago and so the guy the Chinese guy he was with his Chinese translator she would speak English with us she would translate and I was like how do you do this I mean you run single geo USA you don't speak the language at all and um he was like pretty successful in it made it work right made he made it happen captain with no with no lip balm no no hand cream say about excuses right I don't know this I don't know that look at look at the good the guy without with the zero uh English running US drawing you know do you have any uh that that's a that's a good kind of case study for inside do you have any good case studies for people that you work with being able to take someone from zero to a hundred or well yeah actually um uh I have a really great case uh at Snapchat so snapchat uh as a platform they're actually growing rapidly um uh the recent years they have changed well they just started coming
Snapchat Growth Through Better Tracking
SPEAKER_01to the shows too right it's like we never think about it people have been doing you've been doing this for how many years and Snapchat just yeah popped out and they're yeah they're being very heavily invested into the the the space now and I'm I'm so happy about it I mean to see that these kind of players on our shows and also Google and also TikTok there's TikTok Vietnam over there there's Google over there it means that uh uh this game is getting big bigger and bigger more serious it's not about the medians anymore it's about billions I mean with a B with a B man Elon Musk just became the first trillionaire so I mean oh yeah it's crazy yeah I think it's too much I think it's too much yeah it's a little it's like uh what are you doing here what are you doing he's not even a human anymore I mean the the this amount of money he's not a human anymore he's a system he's uh he's a system wow like but okay let me back back to the case study let's be share the case study so uh Snapchat has recently started updating their algorithm and make it making it better and better to run ads uh that's why they're they're growing the amount of traffic they are getting they're growing the product and it's amazing but they still got some issues with uh tracking with passing the click ID and this is something that not every advertiser or not every media buyer can handle because uh Snapchat is a new platform for for them and they they want to use their approach like a meta approach but uh sometimes they they got um issues so uh we as an agency we already launched several clients on Snap and we we already we help them to set up tracking properly we explain them how it works and what they should do and also we help them ourselves because every client for example in our company gets two account managers one is a technical account manager and second is a performance account manager.
SPEAKER_03So our technical account manager he got so skilled with Snap and with tracking and everything that uh right now for example we have a uh client an advertiser who runs Snap directly and who runs with us and with us significantly higher volumes than directly because the pixel the the tracking was made brilliantly correct that it works it performs better and we help them to set up a tracking uh for for their uh private accounts direct accounts like because uh we want our clients to succeed we can help them and we know that okay we can help them uh with snap no problem and um but since they ran with us longer than directly of course the performance is much better shared with us so right now they do around one million and quarter on snap and it's pretty good i mean that's pretty dope that's just it's just snap I mean I

SPEAKER_03want to talk back uh you did a you did a panel you did a panel today okay yeah how did that go who who were you on stage with what'd you guys talk about it's my third time uh as this particular panel here is called women's panel okay we men women in affiliate marketing that's let's put it this way uh women in affiliate marketing is something that's necessary uh to support all the girlies in the industry because it's a boys club for sure absolutely at the boys club and um and somehow every time we get uh several guys attending supporting us of course with the questions and uh and it's always great and the first time I was uh there I was moderating the panel and uh this year and the last year I was a part of the of the panel and um we share this expertise with with each other of um what are the what is the skill set that's necessary right now to to build up something and what uh what soft skills uh are necessary what uh what hard skills what's going on in the market how did we enter the industry and how to and um everyone that's uh part of the panel uh CEOs like C levels founders co founders and like not a lot of CEO females who say and it it's it inspires it inspires me so much especially when I see like a co-founder or a C level girly or a CTO I know a CTO a girl he's a badass I mean it's something that it's all about stereotypes of course these kind of things but uh we gotta empower this approach because there is nothing wrong in uh a woman building a career but for women it's still more uh difficult because uh if you are going to build your families to have kids uh for women it's much more complicated because uh women are more children need the mamas children need the mamas yeah but uh I also want to build a career I want to build something big I want to build a big company and become a sister so you you have to become a sister and become a must are so you have children no but I got married two weeks ago okay yeah so I got married two weeks ago actually and I'm on my honeymoon right now we are actually we are actually laughing about it that it's our honeymoon because I said to my husband look there is this conference I understand we gotta go to our honeymoon but there is this conference just one little favor and then I says look just a second little favor there is another conference in Barcelona like go and yeah yeah yeah so you know uh the I understand like priorities but also sometimes uh yeah he he knew what he got himself into right CEO you know strong woman you know what you got yourself into and he's of I'm sure he supports that you know what you got yourself into so yeah yeah yeah so it's good but it's and I understand that for example for a woman who got one kid or two kids it's pretty tough to to do something because you have to be dedicated.
SPEAKER_01Yeah I'm I'm so heavy that I work uh remotely because I couldn't imagine uh being so flexible if I would go to the office like from uh nine to six how how is that possible like kids and uh and a job uh on site especially if you drive like for one hour or 30 minutes to an office and then you go back uh it's impossible and I'm so happy that we are living in this world with AI way in the my dad is a homeschool so homeschool wow how to so I was so against it like I I was and I'm sure there's a lot of people that still are uh I was so against it because I knew some strange weird kids growing up like in the neighborhood they were homeschooled they were not really talking to people they didn't communicate they're a little odd right they're odd children um and that could still be the case but it it really go like it goes back to the parents and there's uh you know there there's so many programs now that you can get your kids involved in I love it I absolutely love it now uh I've got four kids I've got four bidets right and I fly my wife out to Venice tomorrow so we're doing Italy before Barcelona I'm going on a little honeymoon myself because uh we got a two year old so she hasn't really been away from him um bravo yeah but no I I I love it like and yes you do have with children in the future that you've got you've got uh you know your hands tied in some situations and I'm sure we'll see uh in like another year or two you have a stroller at the booth and with baby with little meta socks on and it it's gonna be cute.
SPEAKER_03You'll figure it out like you'll you'll figure it out but this is the perfect industry to to to be able to uh multitask uh sorry I interrupted you but I I remember the story where our one of our top affiliates they they had a baby and uh you know I was um I was so excited somehow I was so excited about them having a baby and I made a little merch uh a little t-shirt for the baby with a little logo of our company that's a super pooper affiliate it was so funny absolutely super pooper you sell that on TikTok shop super pooper yeah yeah so so they come they come right now they well they are they're uh dating affiliate so they usually go only to dating shows usually and uh they brought their baby well baby toddler to the show it was uh so cool you know to see that uh amazing people uh making more people well yeah I I see uh not not this show ironically but uh you know most most of the shows you at least see one one person like bring their kid you know I I think that I think that's awesome because uh what a great industry to be able to share pass down to your kids and say hey guys you don't gotta go to college to you know to be to be a a system actually actually not at uh at this conference but I have seen um several kids doing uh affiliate expo in Milan in Italy and you know italian people they're very like family uh close uh people and I know that uh my friend was speaking at the show or he was moderating the show and his father came his father came several times to the conference to hear his son performing and this is uh typical Italian stuff they bring they they might bring their grandparents they might bring the for example he uh breaks his leg and he goes to the hospital with with every relative and they're like uh supporting each other and um this is and I saw them bringing uh babies as well and and in Italy for example uh Italian affiliate expo for me was surprising because they would also note down everything because here um at this like well on the main stage yeah there's a lot of people but like breakout stage war workshops there are less people of course and usually everyone is networking networking is always full but keynote sessions they're not always full somehow and uh but in Italy I was so surprised that they would all the networking zone because we were exhibiting as exhibitors and the networking zone was empty and we would be like where are the people and then you go to this like the scene where these uh keynote sessions are uh held and everyone was there noting down with hands literally noting down everything that's major support like it's it's a different approach because they would share case studies there from the stage it was not a sales speech it was the proper uh case studies on how to run on meta how do I set up my campaigns of how does the targeting look like and it was like sharing with community the real uh business cases that they would note everything down they would take pictures and it they would sit from the very beginning to the very end this is this is the quality imagine I'm excited I'm excited for Italy man great people great Peter great food great pastor right we're going to Italy too after uh we go okay all right there's so there's so many great places in Italy when I was like trying to figure out where to go I'm like wow like I didn't realize all these places were in Italy but so might have to do a round round two for sure next year.
SPEAKER_01Why
Choosing Partners And Diversifying Channels
SPEAKER_01should people work with you? Why should people choose Rizzona?
SPEAKER_03A lot of competition out of there tell the audience why why you why rizona uh the the thing is uh we're not trying to like compete compete because when you're in the industry for a long time enough you understand that you definitely need to diversify right and many companies they work with several agencies they get accounts from different companies and uh they they launch them simultaneously and they all perform differently all those accounts they perform differently also uh there are some channels that uh some companies are better uh on meta some companies are better like with tick tock for example we would have a premium tick tock aboard that's why we can provide better service we know what we are doing also we help with tick tock shocks and uh recently um mid-June uh TikTok has launched several new locations for TikTok shop because uh TikTok shop us is uh like old news you know they have launched it they're very successful but for Europe it's something new and recently TikTok's uh shop they launched several geos uh across Europe like uh I think Germany was there and uh Poland and uh other countries so right now we also help our client to launch those TikTok shops to set up and launch and we can run it's a great great time to be at affiliate world with all these new launches. Of course and like with iGaming news as well it's it's all these news they came uh one month ago two months ago so it's you guys are there at the at the front and the foundation of it it's awesome so it's only it's only up from here. Definitely and uh Snapchat too I mean some some companies are more efficient uh with Google we're probably more you know efficient uh TikTok snap and meta is good too but meta you know um for many companies working with meta is uh challenging not for many for all of them like for everyone meta is uh pain in the ass people people are complaining a lot as of recently in quite and it's changing uh dynamically uh all the time all the time and that's why you gotta diversify you gotta test and uh this is uh that's why there's a lot of uh companies working on the market uh still I mean because you never know where the performance will be better and also with like little margins that are thinner and thinner gotta uh you gotta be very accurate with uh who you work like how how do you run here if they help you not only with accounts but also with expertise because for example we have a lot of uh dating clients at the moment or legion clients just because I had uh hands-on experience with these verticals that's why I can help them with the offers with advertisers you know I can help them with the campaigns and our performance managers they can help uh can help them with advice on how to run once because we already we had hands-on experience in all of those uh verticals and uh this is what sells you're vet you're OG any any advice while we wrap this up and do you want to give the audience any advice for maybe newcomers or just general advice for people already in the industry what's one thing that you want to want to tell the people and you know one thing uh it's hard to highlight one thing but um I think that uh everyone who is watching your video uh is probably a person that is that wants more for himself in his life right for her for herself thanks and it means that the person is looking either for I don't think it's about entertainment but it's about knowledge and I think that you are um everyone who's watching you're in the right way on the right channel to get more and don't stop look for more you will get more ask questions and don't be afraid never be afraid to ask for help for advice for anything and you will get it we will definitely get it I got so many times held I asked and I didn't ask and in our industry it's uh very common we're willing to share we're willing to share knowledge uh partners and uh expertise and it's uh significance for everyone very true um and we talk about that all the time a lot of our guests are very open very accessible uh even at Adam Adam Young you know Rima he talks about it like he he they're at these shows they've got Instagrams they got LinkedIns you shoot them a message ask questions you're absolutely right those people who who want to soak in more knowledge and that's why you're watching like comment and subscribe how can the people find you what's the best way to get in touch with you they want to sign up with Verizolo how do how do
