Surprise!!! In this episode we are joined by our very special guest, Rick McCurdy. Brother McCurdy is a faithful minister of the Lord's church in Christiansburg, VA, and we are excited to have him as part of our discussion of the Book of Ephesians. In this episode we cover:
- The nature of "predestination" according to Ephesians 1, and what that term really means according to the New Testament and God's plan for salvation.
- The relationship of grace, faith, and works as described in Ephesians 2, and what the New Testament has to say about the place of each in God's plan for salvation.
- The unity that is found between Jews and Gentiles in Ephesians 2-3, and how that same unity is found in the church today.
- The process of learning to "walk" as a child of God as mentioned in Ephesians 5, and what that looks like in one's relationships with God and others according to chapters 5-6.
