Ep #58 - Defending the Faith - Jude

Hey guys! Welcome to the GraftedIn podcast.
Not many people can claim to be of royal blood. Even less can claim to be an heir to a royal inheritance. But VERY FEW could claim to be blood related to Jesus!…And in a society where your status and standing depended on whether you were the first born or blood related to someone and therefore the a beneficiary of inheritance and wealth, one could easily imagine that being the closest relative to ever exist to the Son of God, the Messiah, the “Son of Man”, it may leave you feeling some sort of way about your chances of being accepted into heaven. Dare I say, it could make you believe you were to be specially absolved of sin, or specifically sought out and chased by God.
That’s absolutely NOT what we see here from Jude, the half brother of Jesus in his letter to the Churches.
A measly 1 chapter book, full of wisdom, insight, warnings all covered in humility and reverence to his Lord, there’s alot to be extracted from this short text!
So we hope you guys enjoy hearing about how the lads found diving into the Book of Jude!
P.S. there’s no coincidences as to why this book comes before the Book of Revelation…
