But if you were to have like an additional case"},{"startTime":438.05,"endTime":441.818,"body":"study that you want to live on your website that's not included in the download,"},{"startTime":441.914,"endTime":445.546,"body":"that's where the SEO would really help. Okay, so now that we have that context of your case studies being a"},{"startTime":476.926,"endTime":480.758,"body":"download, I love that. So how do you find that? Case studies help people"},{"startTime":480.814,"endTime":484.614,"body":"along in the. Customer journey in a really big way. Like I"},{"startTime":484.622,"endTime":487.702,"body":"was saying, we look at other people to help make decisions,"},{"startTime":487.846,"endTime":491.654,"body":"right? So when folks come to me, a"},{"startTime":491.662,"endTime":495.044,"body":"big part of why they end up downloading my case studies is to see. See"},{"startTime":495.132,"endTime":498.388,"body":"what's possible and what's possible when they work with"},{"startTime":498.444,"endTime":502.212,"body":"me. It's kind of like the sequence of thoughts. That's a topic for another day, but it allows you"},{"startTime":618.976,"endTime":622.76,"body":"to showcase different types of clients. And this is brilliant with you having"},{"startTime":622.8,"endTime":626.536,"body":"the download because then you've got all of your case studies right there. Someone can"},{"startTime":626.608,"endTime":630.136,"body":"like scroll through, check out the different stories, and there's going to be someone"},{"startTime":630.208,"endTime":633.96,"body":"or some situation that they relate to more than another. And one thing I like"},{"startTime":634.0,"endTime":637.472,"body":"talking about is like, the reader needs to be able to put themselves in that"},{"startTime":637.496,"endTime":641.28,"body":"desk chair of whoever the person is that you're supporting and then"},{"startTime":641.32,"endTime":645.168,"body":"therefore be able to see you as their guide through this process. You talked"},{"startTime":645.184,"endTime":648.336,"body":"about reflecting. I think of it as like, all right, you're going in the car."},{"startTime":648.408,"endTime":651.584,"body":"This is your journey, this is success that you could be having. And I mean, we're talking about this now. Will definitely"},{"startTime":695.122,"endTime":698.642,"body":"integrate like two or three case study emails just breaking down. What are the"},{"startTime":698.666,"endTime":702.37,"body":"testimonials? What have we done? How were they feeling when they got to us? What"},{"startTime":702.41,"endTime":706.082,"body":"changed? Da, da, da, da. Like just really breaking it down. And then of course,"},{"startTime":706.106,"endTime":709.89,"body":"you know, screenshot of like, results and"},{"startTime":709.93,"endTime":713.714,"body":"what the client said and like all the raves that they sent us in the"},{"startTime":713.722,"endTime":717.442,"body":"DMs. We will usually do that because you just can't"},{"startTime":717.506,"endTime":721.164,"body":"beat it. Even if we don't notice like an uptick"},{"startTime":721.212,"endTime":724.284,"body":"in sales, because I usually track daily sales in my clients"},{"startTime":724.332,"endTime":727.804,"body":"launches. Naturally with an Evergreen funnel, we will"},{"startTime":786.284,"endTime":790.052,"body":"typically. Now this is not always the case, but don't think you're the"},{"startTime":790.076,"endTime":793.716,"body":"outlier. You will typically see a drop in conversion of like 50%."},{"startTime":793.788,"endTime":797.444,"body":"That's just what we see. And that being"},{"startTime":797.532,"endTime":801.2,"body":"said, we know that the messaging, the launch event,"},{"startTime":801.34,"endTime":804.936,"body":"the tactics we use, the order in which all of this was structured,"},{"startTime":805.048,"endTime":808.792,"body":"we know that it works because we just launched it. Right. We know that the"},{"startTime":808.816,"endTime":812.568,"body":"conversion has been created. We know people said yes. We might do a few edits"},{"startTime":816.296,"endTime":819.816,"body":"in like the actual launch event, whatever that is. But the bodies of the emails, especially"},{"startTime":823.632,"endTime":827.426,"body":"for a case studies email, we don't usually change because it's"},{"startTime":827.458,"endTime":831.202,"body":"just the formula is so simple and we just know it"},{"startTime":831.226,"endTime":835.01,"body":"works. So we use it throughout the Evergreen funnel"},{"startTime":835.09,"endTime":838.082,"body":"and that I will say we don't drop all of them all at once. You"},{"startTime":838.106,"endTime":841.57,"body":"know, like in a launch you have a specific open cart period and"},{"startTime":841.61,"endTime":844.882,"body":"usually you might want to do case studies closer to the"},{"startTime":844.906,"endTime":848.658,"body":"end. I've seen a lot of people do that. So in the last week they'll"},{"startTime":848.674,"endTime":852.402,"body":"send like three case study emails of like a two week Hoban cart. I like"},{"startTime":852.426,"endTime":855.882,"body":"to spread my case study emails out a lot more. So I might do like"},{"startTime":855.906,"endTime":859.482,"body":"one at the top, one in the middle, one closest to the end. And I"},{"startTime":859.506,"endTime":863.338,"body":"would do the same thing in an Evergreen funnel. I love that.
