Kai Cenat’s Pivot And Vivet Hype
SPEAKER_00Kai quit streaming, supposedly, came out with a quitting video online saying he quits, but I think it's more like he quit. He quit the box that people put him in. And that's like some deeper meaning. If you watch the video of him, it's actually more deep. And I wish I hope everyone watches that YouTube video because I think it was like a great YouTube video, great talks, great spiritual, and great embrace moment. I liked it. It was a humble moment.
SPEAKER_05It was a very good uh it was nice because you get a perspective what what his mindset is, right? Not that he's hit the pinnacle of what streaming could be because he is the pinnacle at this point. So not that he's hit that, he he probably feels seeing the video, he probably feels like that's it. You know, now I'm gonna either be continue to be known as a Twitch legend or streaming legend, or I can evolve and do other things, and that's kind of what he's doing. And I'm I'm pretty excited for that. We'll see where that goes. Me personally, I'm more excited about the clothing brand. What's it called? Vivet. Vivet. Vivet. Some Latin in there. Vivet? Is it Latin? Yeah, it's Latin. It means uh something who doesn't die or something like that. Can you speak Latin? No, no, no. Uh when I was searching up the name, it said it's it's Latin. The vet.

I don't know if the industry will ever take him seriously, but his fan base is definitely gonna take him seriously. Without a doubt.
SPEAKER_00No, his fan base is gonna buy whatever he was gonna make no matter what. If it was gonna be a t-shirt or a hoodie brand, like Ray started a clothing line and all his fans bought in and sold out. So, like, I think he's thinking more of trying to get to the Louis, Gucci, Prada. He's trying to get to more of that status. Like, like his fans will be outbid. Like, like I think his stuff will be around like $500 to $600 to wear his stuff. To wear V Vett will cost you five to $600. Once V Vett, as the clothing brand hits the stock market, I will be putting a lot of money in that. For real? It's Kai Sanet, and if he does this, it will be as big as Louie.
SPEAKER_05For a while, probably, but it's more about consistency because you know, Louis, Versace, all those companies, they have time and history.

SPEAKER_05I'm pretty sure it's gonna, those stocks are gonna be real high for like a year or so. You know, eventually it's probably if he doesn't keep it going, like if it doesn't have a strong name as the company itself, it might start, you know.

SPEAKER_05No, but that's what I'm telling you. Like, like I my perspective on it is something like Prime, right? For for two, three years, it was the biggest thing everywhere. Like everybody wanted it, but it's not a stock, but it's like a big name. That's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_00It's still a bit no, that's what I'm saying. Like, if Kai's doing what he's doing, prime is worth some amount of money, but to get a prime bottle is worth three to five dollars. Everyone can spend three to five dollars to be a prime to say, ooh, I got prime to get Vivet, to be on that Vivette type of stuff. That's that thing that I walk in here, Buck, and you're like, Why do you wire that? And why do you buy that? Why do you have that? And I'm saying, it's that Vivette. Like, how I be coming in here and say, It's that Louis, it's that Prada Kai's mine. We going this is Vivette, and I'm ready for Vivette. I'm ready to swag out in Vivette. I don't know what kind of brand Vivette's gonna be, though. Like, I really hope I really hope he doesn't go for pants or actual clothing type of stuff. Like, I kind of want Vivette, like it, like it's not my per it's it's Kai shit. I'm gonna just personally tell you if I'm gonna buy it or not. But like Vivette, I really want Vivette to be a bagging to jacket to man's wallet type of brand. Like, if you have Vivette, like you want a Vivette belt, a V Vett wallet, a Vivette bag, a Vivette jacket. I like I'll I'll be more I'll be more impressed with more Vivette luxury items than V a Vivette hoodie or a V Vette t-shirt. I'm 100% like Kai, I'm 100% I'm treating Vivette like Louis now. I'm no longer treating Kai as a streamer TV shower. He said, yo, I started that, but now I'm going to luxury items. Now I'm going to treat Vivette like Louis. Like, how do I treat Louis? How do I treat Gucci? I want him like that. Like, are you gonna be prodded? Are you going for glasses? Are you going for luxury clothes?
SPEAKER_05There's definitely a lot of merchandise to be used for that type of uh ecosystem. So, like you said, I mean, if if he does take it seriously, and if he does like not only stop at jacket and pants and stuff like that, there's a lot of stuff that you can take advantage of, especially if you do have like a good branding, you know what I mean? Like Gucci and stuff like that. Yeah, they make some stuff, but what else did they make? Belts and wallets, and they make shoes and clothing, so it's all over the place.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, I'm rooting for I'm rooting for Kai. I was wondering where he's been through. I really do think Kai, like watching the video, I know Kai's went through a lot. I don't know what it is. I personally don't want to get into it because when it comes to that like streaming drama, I don't partake in it. I will talk about it if it's funny enough news, but I'm not gonna partake into like the serious seriousness of whatever happened to what happened when he's been gone for the last four months. But what I'm gonna say right now, Kai, stay on your shit. Let me get that B vet when it comes out. I'm on pre-orders, and then also good luck. Shit, good luck, bro. You're ready for the next step? FaZe Fallout And “TV Streamers”
SPEAKER_00Did you hear about FaZe?
SPEAKER_05No, we're having a phase now.
SPEAKER_00I guess technically either they split up or got quit. Okay, so like just to make all it make sense, FaZe became a corporation. Like, you know, FaZe became a brand, a figure, a corporation, right? So the people that were in FaZe didn't really have control of phase, they were more technically called em they're more employees. So, like the numbers and whatever they were doing with their contracts wasn't working out, and all of the phase employees left, which we all know as FaZe. FaZe clan. So now they're gone. FaZe is still a thing, but they just have no members. All the members left and quit FaZe, and now they gotta do their own thing. Like, do so, like, what is your take on that?
SPEAKER_05So, I mean, they they definitely had like a lot of big streamers, but the last couple years, FaZe really turned, or from what I saw, right, from an outside perspective, not really a big streaming fan as a whole. They started signing celebrities and stuff like that. So they went from their base, which was at some point gaming and being an elite clan of gamers, and then and it just it just became a lot of like who's the biggest streamer, or who's the most popular, or who's a big celebrity that streams? I know Snoop Dogg got signed for sometimes, and Snoop Dogg games, sure, but what is what is Snoop Dogg doing in the most prestigious gaming clan? You know what I mean? Like, is he that good? I mean, I'm pretty sure he's good, but is he that good? And I know they did it slowly become a shareholder company, and they kind of hit like the big leagues, and they were worth a lot at one point. But from what I rem from what I saw, it looked like a lot of the numbers were a little more inflated, and then obviously you had a fallout, and everybody just kind of went their own way. They had a lot of big streamers anyway, so they would do fine on their own, but it was the name that kept them together.
SPEAKER_00Now, let me tell you, son. What have I been talking about in the last couple of podcasts?
SPEAKER_05TV streamers.
SPEAKER_00TV streamers. This is what I've been telling everybody, but hey, let me just see what y'all think. What happens when the TV promoters say you are no longer a TV streamer? What happens when you have to start paying for all the bullshit that you so-called say, hey, this is my life, this is streaming, this is IRL. No, it ain't, bro. That was TV. You were paid. Am I wrong? No, am I wrong? That's where they're at now. So now I get it right now. Like, I understand what's going on. Y'all don't, but I do. But I will let everybody know right now. The promoters said, yo, we're gonna pay you this so-and-so to for these many episodes. Those streamers that thought they were streamers and didn't realize they were streamer TVers, they were like, What do you mean you paying us this? We make this, we are this, and then they were like, No, you ain't. And they were like, All right, we out.
SPEAKER_05They became employees, huh?
SPEAKER_00$40,000 a month for rent. Was it 40 or 80? I don't understand, I don't care how much it is. You gotta pay your rent now. All of those monitors you gotta reimburse yourself now. All of those 100k watches you were just throwing in the pool, all those gotta be reimbursed by you now, all those vacations reimbursed by you now. There, like that's what I'm saying when the TV starts coming into play. Like, everyone's starting to see it, and I understand it now, and I don't hate on TV streamers. Everyone thinks I hate on TV streamers. I'm not a hater on TV streamers. Get your bag, but don't call yourself a streamer when you know you're a reality TV show on stream. That's really what you are. Reality TV show on stream, and you ain't gonna make me feel sad that you got your reality TV show pulled. Y'all are all good, talented acts. Y'all are all gonna be great streamers, but that TV streaming bag just got taken away from you, and you're like, what just happened? I that's sort of that's all I see in this, right? Am I wrong though? No, I mean it was a it was a big, big growth to a very fast collapse, and everything just kind of turned on them, and now phase clan is no, they revitalized phase Lacey, all of them. They revile their bro, there was no phase without those new members. That's what I'm trying to say. Enough, like streaming became so big that now there are like more parts of it, like people are saying, Oh, the only streaming is the gaming streamers, the streamers that behind hide behind a IRL stream and blah boom, and then the real IRL streamers that's just outside doing their thing, and then the TV streamers, bro. Like, you're telling me right now, speed in Africa, touring around the world of Africa, showing the whole world is not a TV show, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Basically, it's that's a whole around the globe type of show, right there.
SPEAKER_00Kai's Marathon, DDD, DG, DDG, my bad, DDG. Respect, my bad. DDG's love show. These are all TV shows. These are shows that back in the early 2000s they will be on MTV.
SPEAKER_05I I feel like give a time, they'll probably start being called now. They'll they'll probably fall into their own category, you know what I mean? It just happens so fast. It happens so fast.
SPEAKER_00I mean, because I dropped my phone, but I'm about to call it out though. Like, you ain't about to come up here acting like you're a streamer, though.
SPEAKER_05Technically, you're still streaming, you know what I mean? So so on the basic level, you are a streamer, but on a traditional level, you're a tele, you're a TV star now. You're you're hosting shows now.
SPEAKER_00I this is what I always tell people. I love streamers and I love streaming TV. It's one of my favorite things. This is like my brand. I love y'all. But think of this: do you go somewhere to broadcast your stream? Do you sleep in the same place you stream? Do you have a whole production studio meet you there every time you stream? You might be a TV show, dude. You might be a TV show. Like, hey, y'all think I'm going after all the big streamers, and like, oh, he's a hater because he's going after the big streamers, bro. Tim the Tabman's a streamer. That bro just sits in his bed. I mean, sits in his studio, has his modders in another place modding his shit, and just playing video games all day with other streamers. That is literally what streaming was. That's a real streamer. It's just it's just gaming, casual streaming. Like, I have no hate on all streaming. I'm just telling you, the TV production stuff, no one should try to compete with that because that's not your lane. You might eventually get to TV streaming lane where you can choose to take that lane, but you ain't a TV streamer.
SPEAKER_01That's what the numbers are at. That's what everybody wants to be.
SPEAKER_00Oh, 100%, but you don't have the money to go out and do some dumb shit every fucking day. Or have a celebrity. It's not even having a celebrity, bro. Like, you don't have the money. All right, let's put it this way. Right now, let's say in a week, we have a good amount of viewers and where we sit recorded to go live and people will clip while we'll go live, right? We're about to go live. We have, let's say, about 100 viewers and about 200 people watching, right? And I just set a firework in the shop right now. No, no, no. I'm being real right now. Being real right now. If I set a firework in the shop right now, and then boom boom boom, it went boom boom boom, it clipped and it went live, right? Do we have the money to do that? To buy one fire? No, no, no, no. To do that, no, it has to be dope. Like, you know, it has to be where we run out the room.

SPEAKER_00Like, you know, something speed up. So, like, that's what I'm saying. Do we have the money? Even though we have the production studio, even though we have the everything to do it, like the actual TV streamers and the actual people that have the production money to do this, like Mr. Beast and all of them, even low time streamers.
SPEAKER_01Can we afford to do that? No, because if things go wrong, we're both going to jail.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Or both dying.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Or getting arrested because you know, fireworks are illegal, but there's a whole lot of possibilities that we don't have enough.

SPEAKER_05Well, if we go to jail and we come back, the boss man is probably gonna take away our studio. So no, that's fine.
SPEAKER_00Not even worth it. That's fine, but if boss man comes first, I don't know if studio is the only thing we're worried about. You feel me? There's a lot of sharp things here.
SPEAKER_05We might get beat up pretty bad.
SPEAKER_00Okay. We'll come back to that. You'll let us do it someday. Maybe. Like, that's when we have studio worth blowing up income to do it. Yup. But that's what I'm saying. Like, you don't everyone won't have the money to do what all of what everyone can do. You should just do what you need to do. Like, enjoy what they're doing, like, enjoy phase what they're doing, enjoy speed, enjoy AMP, enjoy Cinna, enjoy all of them. But don't act like you need to copy them because you're not gonna do it. You're never gonna catch up. It's too much money. Unless if you're hooked to a girl and get famous off the back and someone just throw 10k at you to do it, then you're a one-hit wonder, yeah. Maybe, maybe you got a chance to become a youth TV streamer right off the back. But those are the instant famous that everyone's trying to catch. That's like winning a lottery ticket.
SPEAKER_05You know, people say she's irrelevant, but I feel like we talk about her all the time and we're keeping her relevant.
SPEAKER_00We bro, she will always be irrelevant. Like when we come back to like the 2020 era, like she will be there for two weeks. But it'll be that it'll be there, it'll be there, it'll be there. It'll be there. But yeah, that was just my little rant. But FaZe clan, they're no more, they're all gonna be separated. I'm definitely gonna keep Keep up, keep my tabs on them and see how they're doing. Right now it all looks good, but like, you know, they're real they're realizing that streaming TV is pricey.
SPEAKER_05You think it's gonna well, I mean, they're all fairly like pretty interesting personalities, but you think now you think that now they're not part of FaceClan? You think they're gonna have like a harder time either keeping their fan base or or just you know, people that would rotate between the clan members?
SPEAKER_00Think think of this, bro. What happens when what happens when an all-star player says I'm quitting? They're gone. What happens when an all-star player in the league says they're quitting a team? People still keep up with them.
SPEAKER_05And they follow them and they're loyal.
SPEAKER_00And they join another team.
SPEAKER_05Oh, I don't know what the hell you're trying to say. Y'all see what I work with, people? See, he's supposed to I'm supposed to read his damn mind. Read my mind. You're always going left, and I'm thinking you're going right. I don't know. Like, I'll just wait for you. So then hit a left. I hit a right right there. Then try a left. They're gonna just make bigger groups or make their own group, and then that becomes big. Like I said, there's a like because they're so famous now, when they remake their group or rename their group or rejoin a group or do whatever they want to do, it will just re they will re-enter streamer TV. None of them are out for the count. I'm just telling you that there's a difference of paychecks to do what streamer TV does. A month marijuana, like, dude, imagine if we had to do a marathon for anything.

SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah. But like, that's just where we're at. You know, this is the beginning. I'm gonna wonder if the shift is changing, right? Because you got iShow Speed, who's a well, we'll we'll start calling them reality TV streamers from now on. But there's iShow Speed doing reality TV. There was Kaisan Nat doing reality TV. There is some pure gamers, but most of these new streamers, or at least the big ones, are kind of like, in a way, reality TV. They do games sometimes, but they're mostly focused on what's gonna bring the biggest amount of views or what's gonna be a moment that blows up or gets people talking. So I feel like now with people like you who are big streamer fans kind of waking up to that to that reality, I wonder if that's gonna change the way a lot of streamers either go all in or decide to take a step back.

Games Talk And Streaming Plans
SPEAKER_00Peanut. Peanut's now everyone falls in love with, and all he does is play Arc Raiders, which get into Arc Raiders. Why the hell is Arc Raiders so popular? That's a great question.
SPEAKER_05But like it brings back a little bit of life to that.
SPEAKER_00I played it for two weeks. Very fun. After I lost all of my legendary shit, I was over it. The second I lost everything right when someone killed me and then like said some bullshit to me, I was like, alright, this is stupid. When I was doing it, it was cool. It was a problem when you did it though.
SPEAKER_05I feel like people love that type of grind game, you know. Because that's that's kind of what our grey is.
SPEAKER_00It's not a grind. Oh, it is a grind game.
SPEAKER_05It's it's completely grind. Like, yeah, you could lose everything if you take it with you. Or if you find anything, you could lose it too.
SPEAKER_00But bro, it got like it almost has like 400,000 players, and it's almost been like three months.
SPEAKER_05Well, because you know, it's a good game that that comes out at a moment where people need good games, and there are none. And there is there is no games like they used to be. And obviously, you had what was it? Call of Duty came out at that time, it got bodied, Battlefield also came out at the time, and Arc Raiders were competing at the same time. Arc Raiders and Battlefield were doing great. Call of Duty got absolutely trashed, but that was a great moment for shooter games and people that grew up playing those games back in the day. You know what I mean? I'm not I'm not really like a big multiplayer type of guy, so I I I personally don't play them, but I can see why people like them. You mean random people all the time?
SPEAKER_00I I don't understand it, but whatever. Hey, a lot of people I think I think it's more that streamers get a lot of content from it. So, like how Fortnite is, like you could play with streamers, make a lot of funny content, and I feel like that's why it's a lot of hype around it. Plus, they update like shit, so I'll give it to them.
