Hello Everyone! Welcome to The Game of Life Podcast; I am Alexandria Burek and I am your host.

This year we are on a metaphysical magic carpet ride: diving deep into each of the twelve laws of the metaphysical universe.
In today’s episode, you can expect to learn about the energy WE all have and interact with daily, how to raise our vibration and attract what we desire, and explore some real life ways energy plays into our human experience.
Before we get into the thick of it, I will kick it off with a very brief personal update.
Personal Update:
So- Last week I did not post this episode according to plan or schedule–which is why there are two episodes released today. As I mentioned in episode 60, my grandma suffered a bad stroke, and then another. Which led to my grandma ultimately passing away this past Sunday. I do not have much else to say or share other than that. If you would like to honor her passing, please consider listening to episode 21–she was a guest on this show, which she loved, and it was recorded on her 95th birthday.
With that, we will move into the law of vibration.
The Law of Vibration: What it is, Core Principles, RL Examples
What is the law of vibration? What are its core principles? And where do we see this in real life?
Before we can move into the law’s core principles and examples in real life, we must first understand the law. The law of vibration exists to explain that the universe is made of energy; EVERYTHING is made of energy; our thoughts, our intentions, our emotions, physical items like our clothing, our bedding, our plants, our pets, our food, living or not, literally everything is made of energy, all vibrating at different frequencies. The law of vibration dejects that “things” are static, they are not, everything is in constant motion despite the way it appears; everything is vibrating at a specific frequency.
If you take ONE thing away from this episode, know that the frequency that something or someone vibrates at, determines not only their nature, or their interactions in the world, but also their manifestations in the world.
In order to attract what you want, you need to align or calibrate your frequency with what it is you wish to attract. If you accept this, and embrace the ideas of this law, you can evaluate and improve your own energy. You can become a magnet to the things, and the emotions, and the experiences you desire to have in this lifetime.
The Law of Vibration is a fundamental law of the universe. It is paramount to understand the law of vibration, if you want to benefit from using the law of attraction. The law of vibration explains the HOW behind ATTRACTING what we desire.
Core Principles
SO- now that we know what the law is, we can explore the core principles of this law.
The major theme of the core principles we will cover, is that energy is the common denominator. Living and non-living things, are made of energy. Our energy influences our frequency which directly impacts our experience.
The four principles of the law of vibration are: Energy is universal, Our Frequencies Determine our Experience, Our Emotions and our Thoughts have Frequencies, AND Frequencies Align with like frequencies. Now what does this mean on a deeper level?
What does it mean to say, “Energy is Universal?” It means that everything is energy, vibrating at different frequencies. Energy is the common denominator. Over time, we have developed many different scientific systems to measure these frequencies– we will talk more about these scales of measurement in the next episode.
How does our Frequency Determine our Experience? Your vibrational frequency affects the types of experiences, people, and opportunities you attract. SO if you are not attracting the people, experiences, or opportunities you desire, it is likely you need to fix your energy / frequency so you can better align and attract what you want in this world.
Yes, it is true that emotions and thoughts have frequencies we can actually measure. I believe this principle is WIDELY underestimated. When we experience and emit positive emotions like joy, gratitude, and love, we vibrate at higher frequencies, which allows us to attract people and situations that lead to better opportunities and outcomes. On the other hand, when we allow emotions like anger, fear, and sadness to linger, those emotions resonate at lower frequencies which will attract MORE to be sad about, or fear, or be angry about. I was struggling with this right after my grandma passed. That said, I am lucky because I am VERY mindful of the words I use to describe my current situation and experience. I do not want to get in a loop of negativity–I am breaking out of this. Despite the challenges and “low vibe feelings”, I am still finding 3 wins in my day, and 8 things to be grateful for (another topic we will dive more into in the following episode), because I believe that will help turn this experience around. Think about it like this, each thought and feeling is either a vote in the positive or negative column, helping to increase or decrease your vibration.
Frequencies Align with like Frequencies. This is why it is fundamental to the law of attraction. When your vibration matches the frequency of what you desire, you are more likely to attract it into your life. My favorite trick, or hack, is to “act as if” and ask yourself, what would you do, feel, think if you already had or achieved what you desire. Then go do, feel, and think AS IF it is already done.
Real Life Examples of the Law of Vibration
OK- now that we know what the law of vibration is AND have a clear understanding of the principles of the law, we can look at the real life examples of the law of vibration.
Unlike the law of divine oneness, the three real life examples we are going to cover, will be less black and white, and more so based on personal experiences we have all had. So the first example of the law of vibration is, how your mood will influence how others respond to you and your experience. Let’s use interactions with customer service for example. Lets think of a time, when we call customer service and we are in a good mood, it is MUCH more likely that we have an enjoyable experience and get a decent outcome. However, when we are upset and frustrated and engage a customer service agent, their guard is already up and its safe to assume, we aren’t likely to get what we want. They can tell by the tone of our voice. Our vibration is not pleasant, therefore it does not encourage them to act in a kind way, and it does not result in them going above and beyond to help us. So the takeaway here, is to be very mindful of your mood and your energy when pursuing new job opportunities, or engaging customer service, or going on a date, or really any situation that you are interacting with others. How we show up in the world, has a huge impact on how the world responds to us.
The second example of the law of vibration in real life is how music affects us, because music vibrates at a frequency AND influences ours. There are likely songs you can tune into that just BOOST your mood and make you smile and feel better or energized or loving. Then there are probably songs you hear when you are out and about that just drag you down or make you feel BAD. Or we can think about the music used to emphasize what we are seeing in movies or on videos (think suspense, or sad, or romantic). There is a stark contrast between the music in the backdrop of a romantic scene and an advertisement seeking donations for people or pets in need. This serves as a reminder that we all need to be mindful of the music we are allowing ourselves to listen to. I recently read a stat that people addicted to cocaine who listened to heavy metal, and continued to listen to that type of music, never successfully stayed in remission from their addiction. Now that is a scientifically proven example of how music affects us. SO. Be mindful of what you are listening to and how it makes you feel.
The final example of the law of vibration, is the feeling you get when you enter a room. Sometimes it feels light, and you are energized, other times, it feels tense. This is a result of the collective vibration in that space. Think about how the vibe is drastically different in a room people congregate in to discuss self improvement, and are listening to speeches about setting and reaching goals VS a room of incarcerated people. The vibe is going to be drastically different. We can feel it. Choose the rooms you spend time in wisely; be in the rooms that leave you energized or at the very least content, and try to avoid the rooms that leave you feeling drained or tense or stressed.
