In this podcast we’ll explore ways of shedding the hold that Shame and Guild has on us in order to show up in the world as our authentic selves and fully self expressed. My hope is to bring you some practical tools and new awareness so you too can find relief. This is why I’m here. EP 1: Who am I? Why me? And why now?
In this episode I introduce myself, talk about my journey of self discovery and healing. From meditating in India for 3 weeks in an Ashram to walking on fire - twice. Below I share some of the works (to name a few) that have inspired me to create this podcast.
How I created SHED, the premise behind the name. Why me? Well as a woman of
color I believe that some folks need to hear the message from someone who looks like them and who can relate to their experience. Why now? The epiphany that led me to this project at this specific time in my life.
