Jodi Easterling-Hood, Ed.D.
Dr. Easterling-Hood is the principal of the McDowell Elementary School located in Chicago, Illinois. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership and is also a Certified Life Coach and Certified Dementia Specialist.
Dr. Hood is the author of three books: Leadership Pros, Woes, and Foes, The Ten Commandments of Reading Improvement: A Guide For Elementary School Principals and The Formula For Attaining High Student Achievement. Her mantra is, "If you're not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space. " With over 25 years of leadership experience, Dr. Hood is expanding her reach to build a community of women leaders sharing untold stories raw and unfiltered. She has walked the walk and now talks the talk inspiring women executives all over the country. Dr. Hood has created She-Suites as a platform where women are at liberty to laugh, cry, compare and share, all while surviving and thriving.
