🧘🏽‍♀️ 1. The "5 Senses" Presence Practice (quick grounding tool)
  When you’re feeling overwhelmed or distracted, pause and notice:

  • 5 things you can see
  • 4 things you can feel
  • 3 things you can hear
  • 2 things you can smell
  • 1 thing you can taste

→ This resets your mind to the present moment.

🦋 2. The “Tiny Courage” Challenge:
 Every day, ask yourself:

"What's one small thing I can do today that feels brave?"

Examples:

  • Speaking up in a meeting.
  • Saying no to something draining.
  • Signing up for a class.
  • Posting that first video.
  • Resting when you usually push through.
  • Then — celebrate yourself no matter how tiny it was.

📖 3. Reframe Your Fears Exercise:
 On a piece of paper, write:

  • "I’m afraid if I ___, then ___."
  • Then write, "But the truth is ___."

Example:

I’m afraid if I slow down, I’ll fall behind.
  But the truth is, rest refuels my creativity and makes me stronger.

→ This helps you gently talk yourself back into trust and bravery.

Journal Prompts (optional reflection after listening):

  • What are 3 things you have now that you once prayed for?
  • How do I currently define success — and how might I want to redefine it?
  • What’s one small act of courage I can take this week?
