As soon as she was introduced to the Baltimore club scene, she started giving back. Her label Club Queen Records makes space for femme creatives of color, and her full-length documentary Dark City Beneath The Beat shines a bright spotlight on the limitless minds and spirited souls that make Baltimore one of the most exciting city's in the country--even if it's often overlooked.
In this episode, I chat with TT for the first time to hear how she climbed out from under the shadow of a sheltered, religious home to become a bastion of the Bmore scene and women creatives all across the country.
