Kirsten Tackett grew up in San Antonio, TX but moved to Arkansas 4 years ago for school where she met her husband and they now reside together in Central Arkansas. Kirsten is no stranger to the fitness community - having competed in countless xc and road races throughout high school, college, and now in her spare time as a mom, she loves staying active and encouraging others to do the same! 

Kirsten has her B.S.in Psychology and Counseling through Liberty University and started personal training in 2021. She is passionate about sharing her experience with eating disorders and showing the continual work and grace that God gave her through her recovery journey.
