In Episode 2025_49 of The Martial Arts LIfestyle Podcast, host Tim Becherer interviews Denver Colorado based martial artist and instructor Raul Delay. Raul is a Denver native who began his martial arts as a young man doing security and accidentally finding JKD notable Heather Mondee at a Home Depot. His chance encounter having to physically deal with a situation witnessed by Heather gave him his start in training in JKD, FMA, and Muay Thai. After Heather's career took her into training military, Raul opened his own school called SIN Martial Arts and getting certified under the legendary Guro Dan Inosanto. Tune in and hear his story.
