We continue the theme of the future of the Air Force with Airmen young in their rank but experienced in their life and how that has provided them to become a better leader in their squadrons.
Michael is on a mission to prove that a new start is sometimes all it takes to start leading. However, you have to be able to call a spade a spade and know you could do better and a change has to be made.
He is currently a Security Forces Airmen at Dyess AFB and part of the Dyess Rapid Airmen Development team where on his most recent deployment he took leading by example to a whole new level and it paid off!!
