The two miracles are from Kranenberg, Germany where a communicant did not consume the host but placed it by a tree as he was unable to swallow it. A crucifix was found in the tree a few years later. The other miracle was in Avignon, France where a monstrance with a consecrated host was not consumed with water from a major flood in the town of Avignon, France. These Eucharistic Miracles are from the Carlo Acutis compilation of Miracles that he put together on his website.
