These are two psalms than give praise to God. There are about 150 psalms and they cover a multitude of subjects from asking for God's assistance against our enemies, having mercy on us, forgive us for our transgressions as well as thanksgiving for gifts. These psalms -145 & 146 simply praise God for all of his goodness.
