Episode 5: Overcommitting
Feb 07, 2024 Season 1 Episode 5
ADHD Avenue

In this episode, Jackie and Marcus talk about a common ADHD experience - over-committing! They dive into a recent example of over-committing and dealing with consequences, why we over-commit, how it can impact relationships with loved ones, and how gross a seaweed rake can be.

Jackie Morrison is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota, and Marcus Manning is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. They use their clinical knowledge as well as personal, lived experience to share informative and, hopefully, humorous thoughts on ADHD.
