Episode 7: Accepting an ADHD Diagnosis
Feb 21, 2024 Season 1 Episode 7
ADHD Avenue

In this episode, Jackie and Marcus talk about the importance of recognizing and owning your ADHD/your partner recognizing and owning their ADHD. They explore how damaging denial can be, the risks of ADHD, how to make changes with understanding and acceptance, why it matters to be socially aware, and what Jackie’s top three favorite animals are.

Jackie Morrison is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota, and Marcus Manning is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. They use their clinical knowledge as well as personal, lived experience to share informative and, hopefully, humorous thoughts on ADHD.
