Episode 8: Skill Building and Scaffolding Support
Feb 28, 2024 Season 1 Episode 8
ADHD Avenue

In this episode, Jackie and Marcus talk about skills. They dive deeper into the importance of developing skills, scaffolding skill-building, some particular skills that may work with ADHD, and grocery items such as a carton of eggs, a jar of milk, and a stick of butter.

Jackie Morrison is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota, and Marcus Manning is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. They use their clinical knowledge as well as personal, lived experience to share informative and, hopefully, humorous thoughts on ADHD.
