Episode 11: ADHD and Anger
Mar 27, 2024 Season 1 Episode 11
ADHD Avenue

In this episode, Jackie and Marcus talk about the emotional experience of ADHD, and the particular experience of anger. They normalize and validate the experience of anger, explore implications of society on anger, and start to identify some processes to identify and release anger. And as always, they go down a few ADHD alleyways unrelated to any topic at all!

Jackie Morrison is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota, and Marcus Manning is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. They use their clinical knowledge as well as personal, lived experience to share informative and, hopefully, humorous thoughts on ADHD.
