Episode 13: Waiting for the Other Shoe to Drop
Apr 10, 2024 Season 1 Episode 13
ADHD Avenue

In this episode, Jackie and Marcus explore anxiety as it shows up as waiting for the other shoe to drop. They try to uncover some deeper origins of where this anxiety may come from for ADHDers, share thoughts on how to reframe this form of anxiety, and become curious about the origin of the phrase.

Jackie Morrison is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota, and Marcus Manning is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. They use their clinical knowledge as well as personal, lived experience to share informative and, hopefully, humorous thoughts on ADHD.
