Episode 14: Perfectionism
Apr 17, 2024 Season 1 Episode 14
ADHD Avenue

In this episode, Jackie and Marcus discuss perfectionism and how it can show up with ADHD. They cover their own experiences with perfectionism, the reality of consistency, shame, and why streaming Oppenheimer may be a better option than watching in a movie theater.

Jackie Morrison is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota, and Marcus Manning is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. They use their clinical knowledge as well as personal, lived experience to share informative and, hopefully, humorous thoughts on ADHD.
