Hey team, Rudy Tyburczy here, stand-up vet and (let’s say) burgeoning personal trainer. I created Jokes and the Gym – a podcast where me and other comics (and whomever else) sweat, swear, and get real about getting healthy (sorta) - because I love working out and doing jokes and wanna talk with other people about how they feel about it, how they find balance in their life, and how to stay freakin funny while doing, ya know, LIFE!
