This week I’m keeping it pretty short because, honestly, I’m still going through it. A couple weeks after having another seizure, I’m back to work with clients, adjusting to anti-seizure meds, sleeping poorly, and trying to listen to my body in real time. I also got to be part of a fun local film shoot in Eugene, which reminded me how good it feels to stay connected to creative community, even when life feels wickety wonky. Mostly, this episode is about recovery, asking for help, hydration, snacks, and putting one foot in front of the other.
