Daily Rosary with M.A. Cummings -- BONUS EPISODE -- Prayer for 9-11-01

Heavenly Father,
On this day we remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001. We place before you all those who lost their lives, asking you to welcome them into the peace and joy of your presence.

Lord, we pray for the families who still carry grief, for survivors who still bear wounds in body or spirit, and for all who continue to be affected by the pain of that day. Bring them your comfort, your healing, and the hope that comes only from you.

We ask for your blessing on those who serve and protect us—first responders, firefighters, police officers, and military members—who daily place themselves in harm’s way for the sake of others. Give them courage, wisdom, and protection.

Jesus, Prince of Peace, turn our hearts from hatred, violence, and fear. Teach us to forgive as you forgive, to love as you love, and to seek the peace that only you can give.

Mother Mary, Consoler of the Afflicted, wrap your mantle of protection around our nation and lead us always closer to your Son.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.
