Sidney Tanner is always in trouble, but she is typically covering for her sister and cousin. Harvey's Grove turns into Halloweentown each October and the Tanner girls man hate is at an all-time high. Ford Prescott, owner of a local bar is in town for his annual stay in Harvest Grove. He inherited the bar and kept it as an excuse to see his best "friend" Sidney. There is need for volunteers at the local events including one to keep an eye on the Tanner girls, which is assumed will be Ford's job as he is typically joined at her hip when he's in town.
