In this episode we feature Mr. Tyler Coco with Cobb Real Estate, a family owned and operated business on Bolivar Peninsula.   Tyler started in real estate in 2005 working maintenance on rental cabins for his stepfather, Greg Cobb.  He weathered the devastation of Hurricane Ike in 2008, and eventually took over, growing the business to over 200 rentals, recruiting a dynamic team of sales agents, and developing new residential and commercial properties.  It’s a great story of the ups and downs of a multi-faceted real estate operation in an unpredictable vacation home market.   Listen in to hear all about this, as well as Tyler’s predictions for the future of real estate on the Peninsula.
