Human-centred conflict resolution with Ainsley Benefield

Ainsley is a powerhouse in all things people and culture, but has significant expertise in employment relations, as a qualified mediator and specialist in workplace reviews and investigations. One of the things I admire most about Ainsley is how she is challenging the status quo in the employment relations area and bringing restorative practice into her work to create a better experience for those who go through challenges at work. A much more human-centred approach than that of traditional people practices.
