You don’t quit in the middle—you turn in the middle.
In “The Middle Third,” Pastor Mike cuts into the chaos of collapse. Jerusalem’s burning, the promise feels broken, and God looks like the enemy. But buried in the tension is a turn: “Yet this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope.” The pain doesn’t vanish, but its meaning changes. In the exact centre of the book, the prophet remembers what feels absent—God’s mercy, covenant love, and unshakable faithfulness. And that remembering shifts everything.
