You will never consistently love others beyond how you truly see yourself.
Jesus’ command to “love your neighbor as yourself” reveals a deeper crisis than broken relationships—it exposes a broken inner world shaped by shame, insecurity, and hidden self-rejection. Many struggle to give agapē because they don’t believe they are worthy of receiving it, and what we believe about ourselves quietly governs how we treat everyone else. In this message, Pastor Mike shows that agapē is not something you manufacture through effort—it is something you receive from the God who loved you first, demonstrated fully in Christ’s sacrifice for the undeserving.
Because when you finally receive God’s love for you as reality, your capacity to love yourself—and others—is completely restored.
