Andre is the founder and principal attorney at the McDonald Law Firm, a Columbia based law firm serving clients throughout Howard County, Montgomery County, the surrounding counties, and the District of Columbia. He is a member of both the Maryland and Washington DC Bar. His firm specializes in the areas of estate planning, special-needs planning, Medicaid/long-term care planning, and veterans pension planning. Although his firm does not focus specifically on firearms cases or criminal defense, he is a true advocate of the Second Amendment.
