This idea is embedded in The Hierarchy of Successful Parenting Leadership Model, as presented in my book, “Leadership In Parenting”. This parenting model has 5 Parenting Functions, also known as Levels i.e.: Builder, Provider, Connector, Developer, and Inspirer.
