One should perform daily meditation 

1.     Find a quiet and comfortable sport  

2.     Close Your Eyes

3.     Focus on your natural breath for a few moments

4.     Start Humming:  “Om” Start producing the sound gently and continuously

5.     Concentrate on the Vibration: Feel the vibrations in your body.

6.     Maintain Your Focus: Continue humming for the duration of your meditation session. 

7.     Gradually reduce the sound until it fades away. 


With Humming...You begin to see the whole connection, the togetherness, (the interconnectedness with everything) with you and your environment. You are not a Separate entity – you belong, and playing your role, and knowing that you are one with nature (a co-creator) and not separated, recognizing your true nature with it all. The true power is about you aligning with it all expressing yourself and likewise, the universe is doing the same, you bring beauty and consciousness to light. Recognizing your purpose and intention comes from wholeness, togetherness connection (your true intrinsic motivations).
