Let's Talk About Love (And Why Bad Bunny and A Bunch of Monks Get It)

Yellers!! I need to tell you about this episode.
Valentine's Day is upon us, and instead of talking about chocolates and flowers, I wanted to talk about REAL love. The kind that shows up when everything is hard. The kind that takes courage. The kind that changes the world.
In this episode, I share three stories that moved me to tears:
1️⃣ Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime show—and what it taught us about loving loudly without apology
2️⃣ Nineteen Buddhist monks who walked 2,300 miles across America (arriving in D.C. TODAY) to promote peace. Two of them were hit by a car. One lost his leg. They kept walking. If that doesn't break your heart open, I don't know what will.
3️⃣ The Valentine's Day myths we need to retire—because real love isn't perfect, isn't always romantic, and definitely doesn't fit in a greeting card.
I also talk about how we can choose love when the world feels divisive, exhausting, and impossible. How small acts of love matter. How telling people we love them matters. How loving ourselves first isn't selfish—it's necessary.
This episode is for every woman navigating midlife, menopause, relationship questions, or just trying to find hope in heavy times.
