Finance, Albania, Adjustments: Michael Granoff
Michael Granoff is the founder and CEO of Pomona Capital, a global private equity firm managing over $15 billion, with offices in New York, London, and Hong Kong. He served on the 1992 Presidential Transition Team for the Treasury and was appointed by President Clinton as Chairman of the Albanian-American Enterprise Fund and the Albanian American Development Foundation, the largest non-profit in the Balkans. Honored by Albania with the Order of Skanderbeg, Order of Mother Teresa, and Medal of Public Gratitude, Michael has also served as a Trustee of the Yad Hanadiv Rothschild Foundation, Director of Grameen Bank U.S., and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He holds a JD from Georgetown and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
