Dr. Jeremy England is a Visiting Professor of Physics at Bar-Ilan University and Vice President at GlaxoSmithKline, leading artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. Previously, he was an Associate Professor of Physics at MIT and a Principal Research Scientist at Georgia Tech. He is the author of Every Life Is on Fire: How Thermodynamics Explains the Origins of Living Things. Jeremy earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Stanford, studied as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, and holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Harvard. He is also an Orthodox Rabbi.
