Learning, Latitude, and Logic: Orit Gadiesh
Orit Gadiesh is Chair Emeritus of Bain & Company, where she has advised top executives on global strategy, digital transformation, organizational effectiveness, and post-merger integration. She serves on the Board of Trustees and the Community of Chairpersons of the World Economic Forum, is a member of the MIT Corporation’s Executive Committee, and sits on advisory councils at Oxford University, the Peres Institute for Peace and Innovation, and Tel Aviv University. Her insights have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, and Forbes, and she co-authored the book Lessons from Private Equity Any Company Can Use. A former officer in the Israeli Army, Orit holds degrees from Hebrew University and Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.
