Regina is a Christian and a mom of 3, and she had all birth unmedicated! The 1st birth was a traditional hospital birth where she realized she knew next to nothing, so got more prepared she switched to midwives for her 2nd! She ended up having a 30-week preemie (and now shares about her experience on her Instagram.) Her 3rd birth was AMAZING at a birth center with midwives, and for the next baby, she hopes to have a homebirth!!
