My guest for this episode is Chris Doka, President of Wright Construction, one of the largest growing General Contractors in Canada.
Chris shares about the progression of his career at Wright Construction and the strategic way this organization has grown. Chris started with Wright in 2001 as a draftsperson at which time Wright had about 10 staff. Today, Wright has over 270 staff and executes large projects throughout Canada.
