Hello everybody.
SPEAKER_07I'm tired. Me too. Went to sleep at like six in the morning.
SPEAKER_01Why?
SPEAKER_07Because I have a chip with you with a child. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I was so then I woke up at like two in the afternoon.
SPEAKER_02Have you asked him about his child? Like, oh no, it's great about this like, what a piece of shit. But like, dudes don't do that. Or should they? Should I? I think it's good, right?
SPEAKER_07I think so.
SPEAKER_02How's your baby doing?
SPEAKER_07Great act.
SPEAKER_02So that's that gives me good another two weeks. That's when you gotta bring it up again. I'm like, I don't know. Dudes don't do that. Yeah. It's like, yeah, they kind of do. And I'm like, nah, I don't think so. I think so. I ask you all the time, right?
SPEAKER_07Are you been, Frank? Yeah, but.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I don't know. Fucking I'm not a big fucking talker.
SPEAKER_07Not a feelings guy? No, I don't think so. Yeah. Talking about not no uh no talking, Benjamin is back. Benjamin is uh Where is he back? In your house? Yeah, I think so. Good. Dude, I came home a few days ago and my air fryer was on. And probably had a fucking uh the TV was on. Your power probably went out.
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_07And flicker back. No, because then all the clocks would have been off. And it was just the the air fryer and the TV.
SPEAKER_02Maybe your uh Batman was playing. Maybe your youngest child turned it on.
SPEAKER_07Nope, nobody was in the house. You just left. So you left the house. So every time I leave the house, right, I do like a walk-around. I close the gate because I have a gate that like closes like the the kitchen to the living room. Mm-hmm. Because my dog jumps on couches and shit. Yep. I don't want my leather couches. My white leather couches getting scratched up. So then I close the little gate. It's like built into the wall.
SPEAKER_02You have white leather couches.
SPEAKER_07Mm-hmm. Everything is white in my house. Except me.
SPEAKER_02Mad Puerto Rican.
SPEAKER_07Except me.
SPEAKER_02Mad Puerto Rican. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_07Everything is glass and white leather.
SPEAKER_02New name is Miami. Fucking Scarface House.
SPEAKER_07Holy shit, you cockarooch.
SPEAKER_02So anyway, so you shut everything down.
SPEAKER_07So I shut everything down. I look, I always look at the bathroom, make sure the bathroom door is closed. Cause she goes in there and drinks the toilet water. Yeah. So then I shut it down. I walk out, press the button, and then the automatic door locks. So got it. That happens every time.
SPEAKER_02Every time.
SPEAKER_07Come home. I think we either went to Costco or Sam with one of the two. Air fryer's on and the fucking TV is on. And the TV is like an Alexa like like TV stand thing that I have in the dining room for my son. Oh, so it's like an iPad type of thing?
SPEAKER_02Like that size. That size thing.
SPEAKER_07It's huge. It's probably the size of our Max. Um and the only way you can turn it on is either you on the remote or you talk to it. And it turns on. So it's playing fucking like Batman cartoons.
SPEAKER_02So your air fryer was on. Yes. You sure that one of you like, hey, let's cook something. Nope, it was off. And now you're like, oh, we don't have chicken or whatever the fuck it is, and then you went out to Costco.
SPEAKER_05Nope.
SPEAKER_02Good. I'm glad he's fucking there. Good. He's not in my fucking house. I haven't heard him fucking creeping around my shit. So your air fryer was on. Yesterday. I wake up. Uh Tigratron is going to uh the gym. I am starting to make a turkey sandwich. I'm like, I smell propane.
SPEAKER_07That's not good. Right?
SPEAKER_02And this is like six in the morning.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I smell gas.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I turn and the fucking gas was on all night. No. Yeah. All night.
SPEAKER_06Surprised I'm here.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Your house is.
SPEAKER_02Oh my God. Good thing I had the fucking windows open all night. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Whoa, that's how much money you wasted there? Oh.
SPEAKER_02With all that energy that we get? Thank God the guy came for the propane in the morning. He looked at the levels and walked away. He's like, ah, we're good. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Is there a lot of money to fill up uh is it like the whole house or is it just a kitchen?
SPEAKER_02No, it's just a kitchen and where the fuck is it? I think it's just a kitchen. What else do I have propane? That's it. Yeah, it's just a kitchen. Then uh sometimes it's like four or something like a gallon or some crazy shit, but then they could try and fucking complaints every time it gets it pushed down. I don't even know how to pay that shit. I mean, we pay it, but she does she fucking does it.
SPEAKER_07I haven't filled up my oil tank in like since like October. Why? Oh well. It's only for the heat for the house. Yeah, yeah. So the house kind of stays like regular temperatures, not like super hot or super cold. Yeah. All other than the basement. It's like fucking five hundred dollars to fucking for the full tank. I think it's and now it's probably like a thousand. I a hundred percent.
SPEAKER_02So that means mine's probably like three or four hundred.
SPEAKER_07At least. A full tank is probably for me. It's probably like a thousand gallons? Yeah, probably no five hundred gallons. It's like uh three hundred gallons.
SPEAKER_02Oh that shit. Yeah. Yeah. No, it's a thousand dollars. Fuck. That sucks ass.
SPEAKER_05I'm also spending like two hundred dollars a week on gas now.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, me too. It's fucking it's like six bucks. Plus. I can't believe it. For fucking to fill up this truck. I gotta get my truck my car fixed. This truck is fucking me up.
SPEAKER_07Well, the government they're saying that they're going to start thinning out gas with the E15, I think.
SPEAKER_02Mm-hmm. What was that? Cutting it? So cutting it to make it. Like cocaine?
SPEAKER_07Yeah, pretty much.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so your car's gonna be fucking stuttering.
SPEAKER_07Right, because you're pretty much putting fucking thinning out, yeah, you're cutting it up.
SPEAKER_02Corn oil into your fucking, yeah. I bet you we could fucking drive our cars on on that shit. I'm sure we can. But didn't they have Chevy? Didn't Chevy have some shit like that? E something?
SPEAKER_07Well, they had like the where you go to like the restaurants and take the old oil and shit. But then of course, like the oil companies are like fucking. Yeah, they fuck you. Fuck you. You're not gonna be a good one. We're gonna do that, we're gonna kill you. Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_02The guy with the hydrogen car. Right. They killed his ass.
SPEAKER_07Yep. The guy with the fucking like the water car, dead.
SPEAKER_02Everybody's dead. Um, let's see. What did I do since I got back? Uh when did you get back? Like two weeks ago? From Margaritaville.
SPEAKER_07How was Margaritaville?
SPEAKER_02It was good up until they started giving day passes. Was Jimmy Buffett there? Nope, he's dead. Is he dead? Steph killed him.
SPEAKER_07I don't fucking.
SPEAKER_02I told you Steph killed him.
SPEAKER_07Steph killed Jimmy Buffett? Get the fuck out of here.
SPEAKER_02He murdered.
SPEAKER_07No way.
SPEAKER_02Okay, she killed him. How? Okay. So Jimmy Buffett was playing in Boston or somewhere. And she's like, Two tickets of paradise? Something, I don't know.
SPEAKER_07Sure.
SPEAKER_02Oh, whatever it is, yeah. Yeah. So he's playing in Boston. And I'm like, uh, she's like, oh, you want to go see him?
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_02Because I always wanted to see Jimmy Buffett. And I was like, nah, I want to see him when he's like in Florida or somewhere. Sure. Like on a beach.
SPEAKER_07Like his actual Yeah, his environment.
SPEAKER_02Right. And she's like, You sure? I was like, Yeah. She's like, well, you better see him before he dies. Then fucking a month later, he cancels the fucking Boston trip and then he's dead. Oh my god. That bitch killed that motherfucker. Yeah, she mentioned that he was gonna die. You had to say that shit. Yeah. Yeah, he was like.
SPEAKER_07And you never got to see him.
SPEAKER_02No.
SPEAKER_07Should have gone to see him, dude.
SPEAKER_02Yep. Nah, well, he canceled the other one anyway. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. But the when we were there, the uh the staff was all in uh in a panic cleaning everything up and doing everything because Jimmy Buffett's best friend, Jimmy Buffett's sister, and then somebody else were there inspecting the fucking place.
SPEAKER_06Okay.
SPEAKER_02Like just walking through. He's like, dude, they just show up. They'll tell you a half hour before they're about to get there.
SPEAKER_06Good.
SPEAKER_02Then they fucking they run through the whole place, check everything out. They'll go through almost they'll pick like 10 rooms at a spot, random. Yeah. And it's check those out. So it was good. Up I I would go back again. I just wouldn't if I got a discount. Because the um the pool, they gave uh day passes out. So is it like uh like people could pay for day passes to go to the pool.
SPEAKER_07So is Margaritaville like um like a resort or is it like a resort.
SPEAKER_02Yeah or is it like an area?
SPEAKER_07You know what I mean? Like No, it's a resort.
SPEAKER_02Okay. And then you know they have the rooms there.
SPEAKER_07Like sandals is it like a resort, like sandals pretty much?
SPEAKER_02Similar to sandals. That same concept in Florida. Yeah. But you have to pay for your drink and shit. It's got like two, one, two, three, four bars there. It's got yeah, it's good.
SPEAKER_07Just margaritas or what are they? No, they got everything.
SPEAKER_02Full full bar. Yeah, yeah. They got bands that play there, they got a beach and all that bullshit. So it was good, and then they do the day passes, then it got kind of fucking shady for a little bit because people buy the day passes who don't know how to act. Right. You know what I mean? It's like the Carnival Cruises. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't know if it's as bad as that where they're fighting it. They weren't fighting like that, but it was just like I don't know. It was just uh, well, there was like this is what there was like a little altercation. You know?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But nothing created, it wasn't like a fight, so it wasn't as bad as like a carnival cruise with fighting and stuff, but it was uh As bad as Spirit Airlines fucking shutting down. Ah shit.
SPEAKER_01Jesus.
SPEAKER_02The um, but anyway, so it was it was alright. Uh so then they they gave me the uh how much you pay to get in. I didn't have to pay. They it was I paid for the fucking resort to stay.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, but how much is like I don't know.
SPEAKER_02I thought I don't know if it was like 40 bucks or whatever it was. Something like that, yeah. It's not that bad. Well, no. So I said they gave me a fucking survey. Yeah. So it was like, I said the resort was nice, everything was clean, people were friendly, but a big butt. The pool, I don't suggest you selling uh day passes because you get people in there who don't give a fuck and they act like assholes. Right. I said, if I would have known that you were giving day passes out, I would have gone down the fucking street to another hotel that was on the beach, saved my fucking money, and just spent $40 a day. I would have spent $160. $300 for me and Digga Tribe.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And that's it.
SPEAKER_07Versus the whole resort stay.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
unknownHuh.
SPEAKER_02So other than that, it was.
SPEAKER_07Now you don't for the feature.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I would go. I would go again if somebody wanted to go. Yeah. Because it wasn't like that ghetto or anything, but it was just now is this off of Key West or is this somewhere else? It was in Four Myers, Fort Myers Beach.
SPEAKER_07How far is that from Key West?
SPEAKER_02Three hours. Three or four hours. So it's not far.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I liked it. I'd go back, but and then so uh we're walking down the street, and uh we're like, damn, there's a lot of fucking um food trucks around. Like, they love fucking food trucks.
SPEAKER_07So Steph uh something that you don't really see up here.
SPEAKER_02No, but these were like all over the place. Yeah. So uh I found out because Steph brought me to this food truck to get eggs. Okay. Like ex Benedict or it was like eggs fucking burrito. I don't know what the fuck I had.
SPEAKER_07Okay, it's not like a hard-boiled egg truck.
SPEAKER_02No, and I was like, it was gross, but whatever.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So then we're talking to the guy and we're like, hey, why the fuck is there so many goddamn uh food trucks? And the guy's like, Well, we had a hurricane and it wiped out his whole fucking strip.
SPEAKER_03That would make sense, yeah.
SPEAKER_02He's like, we had a yeah, he goes, we had a storefront. Yeah, and it all got wiped out. He said, he said, the strip that we were walking on, yeah, it was like barely anything there.
SPEAKER_07You would think that in Connecticut, everybody's complaining about like leases and having to rent places out. Why more people don't have pood trucks?
SPEAKER_02Because of fucking cost of my arm and leg for fucking permits and all this other shit, and then to put your thing somewhere, yeah, it's a lot of money.
SPEAKER_07It's I mean, it would be less than renting out a place.
SPEAKER_02I guess so. But then, yeah, I don't know. They do it in New Haven all the time. I guess. You know? So then the guy's like, he's like, this uh this strip here was packed with bars. It was like it was it was a little wild, but it was fun. And he's like, uh, then uh hurricane wiped it right out.
SPEAKER_05Wow.
SPEAKER_02But it was cool though. I liked it. It wasn't too bad.
SPEAKER_07How was how was the flights wasn't bad? Anybody get sucked into the fucking engine like that guy in New Jersey?
SPEAKER_02No, I'm trying to think what what happened on a plane? Oh, uh on the way back, yeah, I had a lady. I alright. Digatron sits on an aisle.
SPEAKER_07Yep.
SPEAKER_02I sit across from her on an aisle. That's how we do it.
SPEAKER_07So you guys can hold hands.
SPEAKER_02If we wanted to.
SPEAKER_07If you wanted to. Or if I want to have the leg room.
SPEAKER_02Kinda, because you could, you know, stick one leg out. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So then on the way back, I'm like, oh, this is dope. The door is like almost about to close. I'm like, oh, I got another fucking seat right next to me. This is dope. Shit, I want to stretch out. Yeah, yeah. Nope.
SPEAKER_06Fuck. It's always the last person.
SPEAKER_02So uh husband and wife come with their two little kids.
SPEAKER_06Oh.
SPEAKER_02Young. Like, how how old uh it had to be on the code.
SPEAKER_07Are these well-behaved kids, or is it like you can tell like coming in the door, you're like, fuck me.
SPEAKER_02They were fine, but they were just young. Okay. And uh I got hit with an Elmo doll like four times. Some weird liquid hit my knee. I don't know what the fuck it was. Then the lady was nice. She was I gave her so sorry. I yeah, I gave her credit because she was like attending she was attending to this kid the whole time. Yeah. It was like three-hour flight. Yeah. The whole time. So she was keeping him under control, but every once in a while.
SPEAKER_07And then uh see, but if I have a if I have a kid, right, and it's you, another seat, and then another seat, and me and the kid have to sit there, I'm sitting next to you, and I'm keeping the kid on the window. You know what I mean? Well, that's what she did. Okay. Yeah. To fucking like she minimize the fucking Elmo fucking Yeah, Elmo kitting you in the fucking forehead.
SPEAKER_02And that's what her husband did on the other side. Oh. So it was only three seats on one side, three seats on the other side. But the funny thing was the kid is sitting to my right, yeah, and then the other kid and the husband is sitting behind Steph to my left. Yeah. And the kids could hardly, they couldn't even really talk. Yeah. They're little, you know.
SPEAKER_06One goes, and then the other kid goes, communicating.
SPEAKER_02It was so funny. And then one kid just starts fucking cracking up. And then as soon as I fall asleep, I felt my mouth open. You know, we go, I saw, I just gotta go to the bathroom. Yeah, I gotta go to the fucking bathroom, asshole. And then we're like, all right, everybody see, everybody sit down. We're going in for a landing. Yep. Right? I gotta use the bathroom. We're landing! We're about to get there. I'm not getting up. Yeah, right. I'm not getting up when you come back, you can forget it. But it wasn't too bad. I pretty much stay sitting down in the toilet. I put my air buds in and I put it on that mute shit. And then I'm fine. It's always good. I do it out every time. And I'm good.
SPEAKER_07That's why I fly first class, dude.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, too. Well, sorry. A fella doesn't have first class. Oh, dude. And then oh yeah. And then I'm st I'm standing at the gate, and some dude like kind of doesn't push me on the way back, but he kind of like those fucking assholes. And yeah, and I wanted to say something, and I look, and you could tell he was like different. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And the whole family was different. It was like those that Pent that Virginia family. It was like the fucking Whitakers. Yo. Fuck. And I was like, you could they stunk like a motherfucker. And I'm like, I swear to God, they're fucking sitting next to me. They're gonna be in Margaretville next thing, dude. No, this was on the way home, so I was like, thank God. And then I noticed too, I get very excited when there's a seat empty next to me. Cause now I'm looking at everybody walking. Who's gonna be my fucking who's gonna be my partner? Who's gonna be my partner? And then I see I see somebody like, oh, that motherfucker's too big. He can't, he can't, can't, can't you? Go, go, go, thank God, he's gone. And then you see some fucking like sea roulette. Some yeah, just big monster chick. I'm like, you gotta go somewhere else, too. You gotta go somewhere else. And then you want the hot girl. Yeah, that one's hot. Yeah. Hey hey. She's gone. Ah! I got the old motherfucker. God damn it. It wasn't bad though. The vello's fucking a vello.
SPEAKER_07Dude, I can't believe that guy got sucked into the fucking Yeah, he ran across the fucking thing.
SPEAKER_02Did you see the picture of it? Oh yeah. Disgusting. It was just like.
SPEAKER_07So that's not the first time that's happened that's happened.
SPEAKER_02It was just like smush. Yeah. Smushed all the way all around the side of the fucking thing.
SPEAKER_07Well, he of course wanted that to happen.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. You don't fucking walk across a yeah. That's it. I mean, I I would think that that's a good way to go. Gotta be fine. You don't feel nothing. You probably feel like the top of your scalp burning and then done. Like you're out.
SPEAKER_02Or just quick knock to the head. Yeah. Done. And then it's like, yeah, you just mop them up.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, no, no burden on your family. They're not paying for a cremation or anything.
SPEAKER_02No. All you gotta do is a fucking mass or something. Yeah. Yeah, but then he fucked up everybody's trip, that stupid cocksucker. Everybody's trip. I would have been fucking pissed.
SPEAKER_07Hell no, dude. I would have sued the motherfucking shit out of the airline.
SPEAKER_02You could. You could because there was a big thing.
SPEAKER_07PTSD, my fucking my son saw a dude getting sucked into.
SPEAKER_02Sir, your son was on the other side he saw the whole day. He saw it. He saw it. We're taking off. He said, I want to look out the window. Done. Didn't you see the guy get stuck into that engine and the engine catch on fire?
SPEAKER_07Yes, I saw it.
SPEAKER_02Thank you. See? He saw it.
SPEAKER_07Is that what you wanted me to say, Daddy? Very good. Very good.
SPEAKER_02I had a case like that once. Where the lady was like, you could hear the lady in the background. No, say this. I was like, all right, case closed.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that dude got fucking. That's the second one within a couple months. That walked into an airplane? He got sucked into the airplane. No. There was one guy, it was a black-naked guy. I forget what airport. And one of the engines was still running. It was gonna take off, but it was, you know, it was running. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And he fucking it was running fast enough that he would get sucked in? Yeah. No shit. He runs up, it kind of chops him up and spits him back out. Oh, he gone. Oh, okay. He gone.
SPEAKER_06I was gonna say that's crazy, dude. That motherfucker gone.
SPEAKER_02And then this one happens.
SPEAKER_07See, when I go to on an airplane, um, if Mrs. Drillber isn't sitting next to me, you know, you want like the JP Morgan executive to sit next to you. You know, that chick that the dude was suing. No. You don't know about the JP Morgan chick? Some uh one of the executives, right? She had an assistant, and the assistant sued JP Morgan and her, saying that he was like the sex slave. Oh, yeah, yeah, I heard about that. You want somebody that looks like that sitting next to you, you know? You don't want the 90-year-old, I gotta go to the bathroom ten times during the flight, or the fucking kid.
SPEAKER_06You want, you know, relatively normal, good looking person.
SPEAKER_07No, I got also he's a bitch, because who the fuck you have a job in Wall Street getting paid whatever he's at okay, even if it's a million dollars, even if it's six figures, you're getting pussy.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_07From your boss.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Who else can fucking say that?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Stupid ass.
unknownOh my god, dude.
SPEAKER_07I can't believe it.
SPEAKER_02He's dipshit. He's a fag. Yeah, he is. Yes. Yes. Oh man. So real quick, I wanted to start with this, but we'll just get into it now.
SPEAKER_07I'm surprised you made it from Key West here. Since uh we're probably gonna invade Cuba. What? Yeah. We're gonna invade Cuba because they think that they're saying this is words from the top the government that Cuba is building uh drones that can attack Key West.
SPEAKER_02This is Cuban drones.
SPEAKER_07We don't believe it, but this is what they're saying.
SPEAKER_02It's gonna be a fucking cabin airplane with a little motor on it.
SPEAKER_07It's gonna they don't even have any gas. So but this is another thing of we're gonna fucking get into this fucking go in there and see what's going on, yeah, or use it as as an excuse to do whatever. But apparently they're gonna fucking it's gonna happen at Key West 'cause it's the closest point to fucking Cuba or the US.
SPEAKER_02So what are these drones supposed to?
unknownDo?
SPEAKER_07They're saying they're that they're that the blow up they're gonna fucking build something to fucking attack some sort of the US, but the closest part is Key West.
SPEAKER_02You think Cuba's that fucking stupid? Do you really think that that fucking stupid?
SPEAKER_07No, the the issue is that they think we're that stupid that we'd believe that story. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but no, they no, they ain't doing that shit. No fucking way.
SPEAKER_07Dude, that's what they're saying. Well, I'm not saying that Cuba's gonna do it. I'm saying that this is what the media is saying that the US is going to do is invade.
SPEAKER_02Because of that reason. Yeah. So now let's go back to the homeland. Okay. The fucking Hartford cop was charged with manslaughter. That's correct. That is fucking stupid. It's fucking it sets a bad precedent. It emboldens these assholes. The cops are now perpetrators and the criminals are victims. That's what it is.
SPEAKER_07In this state, yeah. Yes. In a lot of states, like Mass. Yes. Fuck it. Any new any New England states were kind of fucked. So California, you know, W Washington, uh, like Seattle.
SPEAKER_02Are there different things he could he could have did? Yeah. There's different things that everybody standing there could have did. But I'm not saying he's wrong. I'm not I don't think he's wrong.
SPEAKER_07But I think that if there's five cops dealing with the situation and I'm not primary, I would not if you're dealing with somebody, right? Frank, and there's three other cops with you, and then I get there and you're telling a guy, put the knife down, we can help you, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I'm not going to get out of my cruiser and run up and draw my gun onto this guy and get closest to him than you are, even though you've been there, and then blast him because he didn't obey my commands. You know what I mean? Like if you already have the situation handled, not out, I'm not saying handled, but you are you guys have rapport.
SPEAKER_02They ain't got no rapport. The motherfucker ain't listening. They're just scared to fucking shoot him.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, but I don't know that because I got there last. Yeah, but I see that you guys are the ones talking to him before I get there. What the fuck am I gonna do?
SPEAKER_02They probably could've they probably said Taser deployed on the radio. They definitely said because we do it. Yeah, they probably said that twice, right? So he knows from there you you have a uh good grasp of what's going on.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And you're gonna get out of your car and do what you gotta do. Then this asshole gets fixated on this guy and starts walking towards him. Well, what do you want me to do? A police officer does not have to retreat.
SPEAKER_07I agree. But at the same time, you know, you know, did he put himself in that situation? It's like the same thing. Like they tell us, like, no matter when you get there, don't get in front of a car because we can't shoot into a car.
SPEAKER_02If you look at this picture, everybody's in front of this guy.
SPEAKER_07There's one, two, no, what I'm saying is it's the same premise, right? People the the PD in the state say, don't get in front of a car, because if the car then starts driving at you, you can't shoot into the car. You can, but you're gonna be fucking following that fight.
SPEAKER_02Well, what it is is you could shoot at the car, but what they're saying is don't put yourself in that position because it's a 2,000-pound car coming at you, and there's nothing you could really do about it. You see what I'm saying? And it's gonna hurt you. It's not even the I guess the shooting part, it's more don't put yourself in that position with a 2,000-pound vehicle. Right. This guy, even though he's a fat fuck, is in a 2,000-pound vehicle.
SPEAKER_07But he's surrounded to put himself there.
SPEAKER_02He has to put himself there.
SPEAKER_07There's already a bunch of people there.
SPEAKER_02So then what is he gonna do?
SPEAKER_07I know for a fact. Yeah. Every time somebody hears a hot call, everybody wants to go.
SPEAKER_02I know for a fact your ass would not sit in the car.
SPEAKER_07No, I'm not saying sit in the car.
SPEAKER_02No way. You would do you would do the same shit this guy did. I wouldn't you would do the same shit.
SPEAKER_07I wouldn't interject.
SPEAKER_02Because we would we would surround him. Yeah. Now he interjects because everybody else is fucking yelling at him. No, he's not putting it down. I wouldn't interject. I would tell him too. Maybe he's gonna listen to me. But then this guy faux uh fixated on the fucking guy, and now he's walking at him. Yeah, he doesn't have to retreat. So now he's walking at him, and then the fucking guy gets shot. So there's no fucking man, so there's nothing wrong with that at all.
SPEAKER_07So so so as a police officer, I agree with you. The issue is that our job now is Oh now. Now, right? Our job now is appearances, unfortunately. You know what I mean? There and and when you have ten people that are around, one, the main issue was that the cops that were there, there was nobody telling the people there to get the fuck back. There's people that were getting as close to the guy as cops, right? So that's the first issue that the police officers did. Um So there was no crowd control, right? Correct. Now that's what I would have done if I get there and there's five guys telling me. Everybody gonna get the fuck out of here. Right. Yeah. Because now I know that there's people behind us that we don't know that could be a threat, right? Yeah. And I because I just got there.
SPEAKER_02Or this guy could go at the other or at the public.
SPEAKER_07Right. Yeah. So everybody fucked up there.
SPEAKER_02Not one person watching like nobody would look back. Nobody fucking well, none of these backups did fucking shit.
SPEAKER_07Right.
SPEAKER_02So then you're How long are you gonna fucking sit there with this fucking thing?
SPEAKER_07So I get it, but you have the perception of ten people with their phones out, which sure we're all used to it, right? But then you have to you have to think, okay, how do we you know it goes back to de-escalating the situation, right? We can only de-escalate so much, but at the same time, if we're not taking the steps to move these people back and you're giving them leeway to get closer to the situation, right? Which could cause somebody to get hurt, yeah. And now the guy is running at you with a fucking knife, and you just got there with the people behind you, see that you kind of gotta see the issue is You're letting the guy, you know, getting get shot.
SPEAKER_02You're letting them move around and and put people at risk.
SPEAKER_07Yes.
SPEAKER_02I get it. So the when that guy gets there, but it's like, oh, he's only there for 10 seconds, 30 seconds, whatever the fuck it is, and then when he gets there, he's doing his job. Yeah. He's intervening, he's trying to help out, tell the guy to put the fucking knife down. Now when the guy's fixated on him.
SPEAKER_07It's also the day that he got off of FTO. That was his last day.
SPEAKER_02Was it really?
SPEAKER_07Uh I'm sorry, probation.
SPEAKER_02Was it?
SPEAKER_07Probation, yeah. He was on probation for another year. So that was like his last day.
SPEAKER_02So he was freshly trained. And if so, yes, he was bullshit.
SPEAKER_07Well, I'm not saying he's not freshly trained. What I'm saying is that you know that people that are brand new don't.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but he was freshly trained, and if somebody walks out, yes. But if somebody comes at you with a knife, it's a deadly force situation. Freshly trained in his brain. This is what we do, that's what he's trained for. I agree. So when the academy then they should say, nope. If uh somebody comes at you with a knife, let him stab you, and then you could shoot him. Or you have to get he has to get within 2.5 feet of you, and then you could shoot him. Do you see what I'm saying? Yeah. So the issue is he walked towards an officer with the knife. That's it. Done. That's all. He should have dis de-escalated. I'm not a fucking psych psychiatrist or whatever the fuck you want to call it. I'm not a shrink.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_02By we're we're my presence should be de-escalating, this this guy. Me telling you to put the knife down should be de-escalating it. They were all saying, come on, put the knife out, put it down, put it down. He's obviously not listening. They tased him, he's not listening. Now he's fixated on somebody, starts walking towards him with the knife, and now where's the fucking bean backgrounds?
SPEAKER_07Where's the fucking? You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_05Like they got it. I don't know.
SPEAKER_07But so they followed. We we gotta take everything into consideration. They said that they called the CIT team in to talk to the guy. Right? So they're trying to contain the guy so that a CIT member, fucking a crisis negotiator, can talk to him and say, hey, calm down. They can do their job. Yeah. Right? But between then and But then I just randomly show up and I go put the knife down. He's not listening. He takes a couple steps towards me, now I'm gonna black it. Yeah, but he did that to everybody that was there before he got there.
SPEAKER_02Well, he picked the wrong one to walk towards. It's true. He picked the wrong one to walk towards. I agree with you. And then he did that officer did what he was trained to do and what he was allowed to do. And manslaughter is fucking ridiculous. Now, this cop is very simple if you think about it. It's very simple. You could overthink it and say, Oh, we should have de-escalated this, we should have done that. No. Here's the deal: you walk at me with a knife when I have my gun drawn at you, knowing that I'm gonna shoot you if you walk towards me and you get shot now it's my fucking fault, you're out of your fucking mind with a big ass butcher knife.
SPEAKER_07Well, so from the story, right, the peep there's people, there's family members that are there that are saying that he has some sort of mental condition, right? Yeah. So we know that he's not gonna listen to the show.
SPEAKER_02So why why didn't they follow up on his medical fucking issues? Well, and you know what they did? They didn't fucking do a goddamn thing because that's why he's running the fucking streets, walking around. They don't give a fuck until Crumb comes to the fucking table.
SPEAKER_07At the same time, I agree with you, but at the same time, we as police just get you know handed a shit sandwich. Yeah. So we're not psychiatrists. So but then if you look at you know, obviously the I don't know if the cop knew the guy that got charged, or the ex-cop now. Um the family members there were screaming he has XYZ conditions. She they had spoken to the police officers that were already there, right? So if you look at like the Supreme Court, they go, Okay, Graham V. Connor says that you have object objective reasonableness when executing a use of force incident, right? So what would a reasonable officer do in this situation? Right? If officers are getting told that he has some sort of mental condition, the guy has a fucking machete or a knife or whatever the fuck it was. And he's running around and you guys are getting ten feet with you know, close to this guy, and you guys are trying to contain him. Yeah, you're trying to contain him. You're, you know, you which you should have been farther back or whatever. Or whatever. Use a taser, didn't work. Okay, now we're waiting for a CIT. We know that. They uh he must have known that because it comes over the radio, right? He put himself in that position.
SPEAKER_02I'm sorry to say, but he's he put himself in that position when he applied to be a police officer. They all put themselves in that position. No, but he put himself in the- I don't blame him for that. Because we would have all done the same shit to surround this guy and contain him and keep him from fucking wandering around and doing shit.
SPEAKER_07It's it's yeah. Hindsight is 2020.
SPEAKER_02If you look at the picture, yeah, this the cop is just as far away and that's a shadow. He might even be farther than this fucking than these people. She's close, he's close, this guy's from behind. I don't know what the fuck he said.
SPEAKER_07So that right there proves that he didn't apply the rules of Graham Victor because an objective police officer as the other three, four cops that were there, nobody shot around. Only he did.
SPEAKER_02Okay, because he wasn't this cop, the the crazy guy wasn't walking out the other cops. He was walking at the cops.
SPEAKER_07But he was before this guy walked up.
SPEAKER_02Whatever that's why they shot the tasers. So whatever they felt at that time, they didn't feel the need. I had somebody come at me with an axe, I didn't fucking shoot them, but I could have. But that's what I mean. It's all, dude, it's all on the perception of what that officer feels. If that officer feels his life is in danger, you're fucked.
SPEAKER_07So then you didn't feel you know your life was in danger. That's what I mean. So if you as a as a one police officer, if you think if you were in his shoes, I can explain exactly what if if you were his shoes, right, and you just kept backing up, versus if I wasn't in that position and I blasted him, then you can then you have to figure out, okay, who's in the right.
SPEAKER_02The bottom line is You know what I mean? But the bottom It's very simple. This is very simple.
SPEAKER_07Because I can be more afraid of uh uh a certain type of people than you. But then you have to apply the law.
SPEAKER_02This is very it this is very, very, very simple. So when I had my incident, I had I saw a line. I said, if this motherfucker crosses this fucking, I saw the line in the ground. Yeah. If he crosses this fucking line, I'm shooting him. He's fucking done. It's over. I had nowhere to fucking really go because it was a cruiser behind me. I couldn't take my eyes off of him. Yeah. So then I was like, if he comes another fucking two feet towards me, I'm killing him. Yeah. Right? That's what I said to myself. But then somebody else came quickly and then fucking got him with the taser. That taser didn't work. Somebody else hit him with another taser and then he went down.
SPEAKER_07Because I've been I've been in a in a similar situation. Um a person had multiple knives actually in both hands and ran towards me, right? And um, funny enough, no taser, no gun. He once we drew on him, he was I shoot you not from where the door is to me.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Right? And I'm as I'm kneeling on the ground, right? Because I'm attending to something else.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_07I could have easily and it was told to me by other uh uh, you know, supervisors, police officers, I could have fucking executed this guy on the street. But there's also 80 fucking people around us, right? Yeah. And um when we drew on him, he fucking dropped the weapon.
SPEAKER_02There you go. Right. This guy did not. And here's the deal if somebody's coming at you with a knife, they have a mental health condition. Right. They have a fucking problem. Right. I don't give a fuck if it's diagnosed or whatever. If I come at you with a knife, I have a fucking mental issue right now. Right. It could be temporary.
SPEAKER_03Right, right, right.
SPEAKER_02So everybody's got a fucking mental health issue. So that's why I don't listen. Everybody's like, oh yeah, mental health and no. They always want to fucking, when the cop is there to try to fucking save those shitty fucking people.
SPEAKER_07I know that when as soon as they go, the CNT guy is coming, you go, thank fucking God.
SPEAKER_02You don't say thank God until the guy, until the until they're there. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_07So you know that if that person is gonna be the one that's talking to them, you kind of have to wait it out until he gets there.
SPEAKER_02Well, I'll wait it out up until I can't wait it out anymore, and this guy couldn't wait it out anymore.
SPEAKER_07So, how long were they dealing with him before he got there?
SPEAKER_02I don't even know. I don't know.
SPEAKER_07Because the question is, were they did they all just get there at the same time? They shot him twice with a taser.
SPEAKER_02You know, it doesn't matter because you're dealing with that split second issue. You're dealing with that fucking 10-second issue where he started walking towards him and couldn't fucking go anywhere.
SPEAKER_07You know what? I wouldn't so they could be talking to him for four fucking days, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Hartford, Connecticut. They could talk to him for 14 years. Sure. And then you gotta go there, and then he starts walking at you with a knife. That's it. It's all it's pretty much that's it. It's cut and dry if you think about it. Everybody keeps fucking dissecting shit. What if this? What if that? Hey, you can't. And then this fucking crumb motherfucker.
SPEAKER_01Oh, he wasn't even called to the call. He wasn't even who's that guy?
SPEAKER_02I'll play this. The fucking stupid lawyer that goes to all the fucking urban issues. He doesn't go for anybody that needs help. It's always about cops. Because he's a fucking almost like a uh what do you call it? Ambulance chaser type of guy. He's a fucking uh activist. Fuck.
SPEAKER_07I want to see the inspector general's report. Like what?
SPEAKER_02It's all political. 100% is a political. I don't think that's a good idea.
SPEAKER_07You think Lamont called him and said somebody guy fucking guilty?
SPEAKER_02Somebody got to this motherfucker. You think so? Oh yeah. Yep. The mayor was talking shit around that that dude that looked like did you see that immediately fires him?
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Immediately fired you. Some fucking nerd. Yeah. He's a fuck- You're a fucking nerd, you Hartford mayor. You're a fucking idiot. I can say this because you're a public figure and I don't like you. You suck. You fucking blotchy skin. You have no fucking uh life experience. You look you're shaped like an egg, you fuck.
SPEAKER_07Somebody fucking voted for it. Fuck him.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. All the fucking dumb liberals. And look at Hartford as a fucking shithole. And now it's gonna be more of a shithole because of what the fuck you did. Do you think the cops are gonna fucking go out there and protect shitty ass fucking people and then they throw the cop under the bus? Fuck them. Fuck you. You're an asshole. Freedom of speech. He's a public figure. I can say that. I feel better now. That's good. Fucking fucking nerd.
SPEAKER_07So the Inspector General Department Head, Joseph Lopez. 28 years of experience in the criminal justice field. Yeah, field. What did he do? Was he a cap? So he wasn't a cop.
SPEAKER_02He couldn't do the job so he taught it. He couldn't do the job, so he taught it.
SPEAKER_07And a part-time lecturer at the University of New Haven's Henry C. Lee College Criminal Justice and Forensic.
SPEAKER_02Henry Lee. Yeah, he used to be the forensic guy.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. So he couldn't do the job, so he teaches it. So he taught it, right? And now he's fucking making decisions. Get the fuck out of here. You're a fucking he's you're a fucking loser. Fuck him, stupid ass. It's all political. That's it is all political. I don't give a fuck what anybody says. Yep. Fucking jerk off. That's what so that's what he caved to? That one? That's not a good one to cave to.
SPEAKER_07That's a bad one, honestly.
SPEAKER_02Like if you think about it, like I think that's for him, he's like, well, listen. It was it pretty? No. But the guy was walking at him with a knife. I don't know what else you want him to do. Yeah. I don't know. Could he have fucking said two more times? Sure.
SPEAKER_07I guess the one that made the decision was in Connecticut Inspector General Elliott Prescott on Monday, who announced his office determined that the former officer Joseph McNano was not justified in the use of lethal force against Jones, a 55-year-old black man whose family member said was experiencing an acute mental health crisis when officers encountered him holding a knife on Blue Hills Ave in February 27th.
SPEAKER_02So how come how come we don't as cops get trained and have doctorates in psychology and fucking all that bullshit?
SPEAKER_07It says in a report How come we don't have that? In a report released on Monday, the Inspector General concluded that Magnano's actions were not reasonable, were not reasonable because among other things, Magnano did not attempt to de-escalate the situation or use non-lethal force before shooting Jones.
SPEAKER_02They already tried that. They already tried it. They already did that. He's what do you want him to do? Fucking suck his ass? Hey, come here, bend over so I can lick your asshole. Let me give you a fucking hug with a knife in your fucking hand. Everybody's trying to dis de-escalate it. It's fine. So now it the shit didn't work. The only issue is the guy walked at him with a fucking butcher knife. That's it. Done. Why don't you tell the and his fucking family they should have kept up on his meds. They should have cared for him a little bit. I blame the fucking family for this shit. They should have, they should have fucking. You know they don't keep up with him. They probably haven't talked to the motherfucker in fucking months. They don't keep up with the meds. They don't keep up with the medical fucking uh appointments and doctor's appointments. Oh, but then when he gets fucking uh shot, they want to fucking payday with this stupid asshole crumb. And now this guy who was protecting uh residents of Hartford is gonna fucking hopefully not lose his fucking freedom for that piece of shit and for the pieces of shit in fucking Hartford. Fuck that. I'm telling you now, I'm telling you now, don't go to Hartford because it's gonna get fucking dangerous. Don't go to fucking New Haven. Don't go anywhere, really. Any city, because cops are not gonna fuck around and they're not gonna do what they're supposed to do. Unless you want to go down south.
SPEAKER_07This sets a precedent in Connecticut. It's fucking dangerous. Yeah, dude.
SPEAKER_02Don't if you go Don't even bring your gun to work. Yeah, right. It's stupid.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_02Don't we should be what is it, Britain or England or whatever the fuck it is? Whatever, I don't know. They don't have guns. Fuck it. We're just fucking spraying it. Because you can't fucking use the fucking thing.
SPEAKER_07Right. But then again, uh I mean if Which I don't want to use it, but you see what I'm saying? But also cops nowadays are afraid to go hands-on. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Well, you know.
SPEAKER_07Some of I get a lot of them.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah. I could see the the newer people scared to go hands-on. Yeah. But I see other people that are scared to go hands-on. Well, you have the newer people who are. What if I hurt them? Well, you have to. And then now I'm in trouble.
SPEAKER_07No, I think this is this is what it is. You have the newer people who have never been in a fucking fight and can't get punched in the face, right? Yeah. You have middle management who doesn't want to deal with the use of force. Then you have the older guys that are retiring that don't want to get into a use of force because of this shit. Because if it ha if something like this happens, and let's say you have a hundred days left, now you gotta fucking be on the desk for two years until all this clears up.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_07You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_01Yep.
SPEAKER_07So I get the why, but at the same time, I mean, I understand where the where where they're coming. Coming from because it's public perception. You don't want the fucking town of Harford to fucking riot for because they all they see is the video. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_02Do you know what's gonna happen? Well, that's a political move, and the guy shouldn't suffer for that. That's a fucking politician's fault for getting everybody like this.
SPEAKER_07So, so which is why the the mayor who has the authority The Democrat shithead who has well unfortunately has the authority to fire a police officer if he's within the time frame, right? Because he's not in a union yet because he's not a full officer. Because he wasn't he was on a probation time. Because if he was off of probation, that would have been a different story. We wouldn't be having this conversation, right? He was on probation, the mayor can easily say, go fuck yourself, you're out. But which is he's covering his ass. He doesn't want the town to fucking be like the mayor let him do whatever.
SPEAKER_02So here's the deal now. Again, yeah, that's a political move. He shouldn't ever he shouldn't have done that. He should say he should back up the fucking officer. But what the perception that the the uh public has, this oh no, this cop, he fucking should have did this, should that. Now this motherfucker's scared of his own fucking shadow and like, no, we're gonna fire him, and then we're gonna arrest him, and then we're gonna put him in jail. So you're gonna fucking put him in jail because you're scared of what what you're gonna look like as a mayor. So you're gonna take his fucking freedom away. Absolutely, absolutely. You're gonna take his fucking freedom away, ruin his fucking life when he was fucking protecting people in the fucking city. What a piece of shit this motherfucker is. Fuck that dude. Fuck that politician, fuck him, he's an asshole.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I don't like him. That fucking jerk off. And who's this Elliot guy? So let me see. Elliot Prescott?
SPEAKER_07He's the inspector general for Connecticut.
SPEAKER_02Let's see.
SPEAKER_07Uh the other guy's like the head of the head of IG, like some department head.
SPEAKER_02None of these motherfuckers are cops. No. So how can you have somebody to determine use of force and not be a cop? That's fucking stupid. So how you need somebody trained as a cop who has experience as a cop. Obviously, you could you could have other credentials, you know, you be a fucking judge. You should be a fucking cop. Okay? Right? So this way you could explain. I wouldn't. You oh yeah. You could explain. Say, this is why I made this decision because the officer was this, this, and that. Or this is why he made this decision to not approve his fucking use of force because he should have done this, this, and this. As exper as my experience from being a law enforcement officer, instead of being a fucking uh judge or some kind of uh fucking professor, whatever the fuck these motherfuckers were.
SPEAKER_07So he was uh an attorney at a law firm in Washington, DC. He then got uh then he became a law clerk at the Connecticut Supreme Court uh because he graduated uh from UConn School Law in 1992, and before that he got a degree in in Bachelor of Arts from UMass. Um so he was a law clerk and became a judge, which I law clerking turd. Well, this is the people that you know review.
SPEAKER_02Well, these are the ones that Yeah, making decisions on shit they don't know about.
SPEAKER_07And let people go. So Yeah. That's true too.
SPEAKER_02I look at this fucking turd.
SPEAKER_07So you're I I don't agree with you on that cops should be in that type of position. Because we all know we know cops that don't even fucking know.
SPEAKER_02No, obviously a qualified fucking with some type of law enforcement cop experience. You know what I mean? Yeah, a qualified motherfucker, not throwing me there or not throwing you there. Right, right, right. We're stupid.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. So you mean like uh somebody that rose through the ranks, rose through the ranks, did patrol for a while, became the chief, you know.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and and knows this is what an officer is gonna go through and what he's gone through at the time and this not this fucking uh did you ever see um you know what it reminds me of? Did you ever see um Elliot looks like pizza guy Jeff Ross?
SPEAKER_07You know what Jeff Ross is?
SPEAKER_02Oh no, he doesn't look like that. I'm gonna show you who he looks like. And Elliot, you're gonna know who you look like. Space balls. Space balls, uh pizza. Okay. He looks like this pizza guy. So look at that. You see him? Now let me go to Elliot. Look at Elliot.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Pizza. Elliot, pizza. Uh, what's the name of this guy? What was the name? Uh Pizza the Hut. He looks like Pizza the Hut. Elliot looks like Pizza the Hut. Oh my god, dude. So, Elliot, yeah, I wonder if I I kind of want to know if he's a Democrat or a Republican. I'm hoping he's a Republican. Just so I So he was appointed by Roland.
unknownHa!
SPEAKER_02Roland was like a fucking felon.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. Well, he's appointed to the appellate court by Daniel P. Malloy. Malloy. Oh, Malloy.
SPEAKER_02He was a Democrat. Yeah. And he sh and Malloy, so watch this. Are you ready?
SPEAKER_07Didn't Malloy get caught fucking stealing and shit?
SPEAKER_02Nah, I didn't know. That was Roland. Well, it was Roland, yeah. I mean, they always steal. Yeah. Malloy shut down the mental health facilities. He did. Yes, he did in Newtown. So now, because of Malloy shutting down the fucking mental health things, we have fat fuck walking around with a knife, which gets himself killed because of his own actions. And so now Pizza the Hutt over here was appointed by Malloy, knowing Malloy shut down all the mental health and knowing that caused a huge problem that we're still dealing with. And now you're gonna say, oh well, even though he shut down the I was appointed by a guy who shut down the mental health facilities when we didn't need to, uh now it's a huge problem. And now, but you know what? I'm gonna throw this fucking kid under the bus and ruin his fucking life.
SPEAKER_07You think Lamont is gonna lose this election?
SPEAKER_02No, because he's got too many people in his fucking pocket.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_02He ain't fucking doing shit.
SPEAKER_07No, I think he's staying in.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_07I don't think you think Fazio's gonna beat him? I don't think so. Hell no.
SPEAKER_02That fucking little nerdy kid.
SPEAKER_07Well, they're both nerdy. You think about it.
SPEAKER_02No, but he's like Lamont graduated from Yale and fucking Harvard. What is he? Uh like 30 something? Yeah, but just because you graduated, he's rich. Yeah. I could graduate from there.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I could. Yeah, right. If you had enough money. Dancing degree or something. Right. Yeah. Who gives a fight? I can still say I graduate I'm graduated from Yale. Let me see. Who the fuck? Uh Elliot Prescott. See. Republican. Is he? I don't know. I kind of hope he does, so I don't say I told you so. I just don't think uh I don't think people like that should be making these decisions. Or making the decisions on his own. Oh! Ha ha ha! Yeah, okay. Say political. If you're asking about Connecticut representative oh no, uh Elliot. Uh Josh? That's not him. Elliot Prescott. Democrat. I mean he was Roland was a whatchamacallit. Roland was a Republican. He was still a piece of shit. But either way, it's all political. Everybody wants to be be political.
SPEAKER_07It's it's fucking Connecticut. Yep. It's all political.
SPEAKER_02I'm telling they should have a blue flu. Hartford should have a blue flu.
SPEAKER_07I don't think that would solve anything.
SPEAKER_02Oh, it would solve a lot. It would solve it.
SPEAKER_07Oh yeah. Behind that. You would just have chaos. Yeah, that's fine. That doesn't solve anything. No. It'll try it'll it'll do something. No, they'll fucking, you know They'll cave to shit. Let's say 90, let's say 70%, a good push. 70% walks outright. Um that only gives overtime for the 30% brown nosers. That's fine.
SPEAKER_02But if you have that wouldn't want to if you have your officers sticking together over some bullshit that's wrong, this is wrong. It is whatever. There are things that could have been done right or or differently. Yeah. But it this is wrong. So if everybody fucking sticks, I'm not going to work. Blue flu. It'll show a f it'll it'll send a fucking message, believe me.
SPEAKER_07Well, what could happen is that the chief and the mayor institute trying to fire everybody? They no, they fucking mandatory overtime, right? So you have to come in, and if you don't come in, you can't. You're sick.
SPEAKER_02You're sick, you can't come in. State law. You're sick. You're sick. It's a blue flu. I'm sick. What's wrong? I fuck. I got the shits.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Medically, I can't come in.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02This has been done before. Telling you, I'm surprised they don't do it. Well, this is fucking crazy.
SPEAKER_07And that's that directly correlates to what's going on nowadays. If you look at, like, I'm not saying that people need to band together and fucking camaraderie. Yeah, in the country. Like, I feel like everything is getting fucking crazy and everybody's just like watching everything. Everybody's scared. And I don't blame them. I don't blame them either. Because I wouldn't want to lose my job for yeah. But at the same time, like, how much can people take? Fucking seven, eight dollars worth of gas, uh, fucking insurance premiums of you know, I pay $400 a month for insurance.
SPEAKER_02A young kid going to jail for a piece of shit. I don't know. Doing his job that he was trained to do. Trained. Trained. I guarantee it. Yeah. If there was a crystal ball, we went back, this topic came up where, oh, listen, if somebody comes out at you with a deadly weapon, you need to defend yourself with a deadly with deadly force. Meet force with force. And the use of force continuum was used. Yeah. 100%. Tasers were used. Yeah. So if we go to a call, God forbid, and I say, go lethal, I'm not lethal. Yeah. We're using the lethal force continuum. You know, the whatever the fuck you call it. Yeah. Right?
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So you use a taser. It doesn't work. He comes at you or me and I shoot him. Should I have gone to a taser? So, first of all, here's the thing though, you don't. So here's the deal. If he No, you're not. You don't need to. No.
SPEAKER_07But what the inspector general has said is that you do. No.
SPEAKER_02That's what I'm saying. Fuck him, because he's not over there. That's why Pizza the Hutt doesn't shouldn't be doing his fucking job.
SPEAKER_07So what he's saying is everybody should use lethal no matter the situation and then escalate to lethal.
SPEAKER_02You mean less lethal? Less lethal and then escalate to lethal. Here's the deal. If somebody has a knife, I'm not going with a fucking taser. I'm not going with fucking there's no, you're out of your fucking mind. No, I'm not doing that.
SPEAKER_06Based off of your reasoning, you're gonna get fired.
SPEAKER_02That's what I'm saying. Well, I'm saying based off of this. The way I was training.
SPEAKER_07I'm not saying what I would do. I'm just saying, like, based off of this, if somebody runs at you with a knife and you don't taser them first, you are going to get fired and then prosecuted for manslaughter. First degree.
SPEAKER_02Here's what everybody needs. Okay. I'm going to tell you what they need. They need training again. They need to make a gun and a taser at the same time. They need the use of force.
SPEAKER_07Because I'm not double handling. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Use of force training all over again on what you should and shouldn't do. Then once you give that training, you ask people, you say, Do you still want to be a police officer and do this? Knowing somebody has to come at you with a knife and you have to go less lethal. You're out of your fucking mind. Because if that fucking taser doesn't work, which a lot of them don't, and it wouldn't have worked with this fat fuck because he had all the clothing on. I can't. I agree. I gotta do that first, and then I gotta waste time for the the No no no no no no no no. You have lethal, I'm gonna use lethal.
SPEAKER_07If you have if you have uh uh a golf club. Operational success rate of a taser ranging from 55 to 70 percent.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. If you have a golf club, I'll go spray, I'll go spray or fucking taser.
SPEAKER_07But this is the thing. If you are wearing a jacket, we know it's not going to go through.
SPEAKER_02But you have to do it now.
SPEAKER_07That's what I mean.
SPEAKER_02That's fucking stupid.
SPEAKER_07You have to.
SPEAKER_02So your best bet is to stay in the car and no do a lot of things.
SPEAKER_07Your best bet is to fucking spray everybody, pepper spray everybody.
SPEAKER_02Everybody.
SPEAKER_07You have to, because you have to at least use something before. Yeah. Yeah. So I'm just gonna spray you. I'm gonna spray the guy, I'm gonna spray every officer there. Hey, I use my fucking shit. Shit went everywhere. Yeah. There's evidence, and then just and then you can.
SPEAKER_02Because if not, you're fucked. You know what else I think is gonna happen? You're gonna have a situation, like a hostage situation, where you could You can't snipe somebody, you gotta use a teaser. That's what I'm saying. Where you're gonna where you should be using lethal force to save this person, but then the cops are gonna be scared, hesitate, and the hostage is gonna get killed. That's an extreme fucking example.
SPEAKER_07You see that guy that got blasted by the shotgun, the the police officer with the shotgun in the kitchen? Oh my god, that was awesome. Did you see it? That was crazy. Did you still? I'm sorry, it wasn't awesome. It was it was insane to see a police officer pull out a shotgun in a fucking CQB scenario, and the guy, I mean, I I can see why he did it. He's behind the fucking thing, he has some weapon in his hand. I didn't see the full video, but then just blast him in the face.
SPEAKER_02The second guy?
SPEAKER_07Oh fuck. Oh my god! That's my that was my reaction.
SPEAKER_02Dude. That was crazy. So according to Pizza the Hut, uh, and and who's the other fucking asshole?
SPEAKER_07Press no sh uh Jose Lopez or something? Sure. The other IG guy, whatever. Sure, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Lopez according to them, yeah, you have to use a taser first.
SPEAKER_07Every time.
SPEAKER_02Or some sort of less lethal. Yeah, alright.
SPEAKER_07But then does that mean, right?
SPEAKER_02If we if you if I could use a taser, I'm gonna use it. But it's gonna be right away.
SPEAKER_07My thing is, right, we know that police offer police departments have beanbag shotguns, right? Those are not issued to everybody. No, that that's a fucking problem.
SPEAKER_02It should be in every cruiser.
SPEAKER_07It should be in every fucking cruiser, right? Especially now with this fucking situation. Yeah. Because every officer knows that a taser's 50-50. The only time I've only used a taser once because it because for that same reason. I know it's not gonna work. In the in the dozens of scenario, use of force scenarios that I've had, right? The one time that I use a fucking taser and the play then the person was in front of me, yeah, did not work. And they were from here to the door. Yeah. Didn't work. Hit them square in the back, did not work. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So then make connection.
SPEAKER_07Right. And so imagine somebody that's running at you with a knife and you know that it's 50-50. Don't you think that if I pull out a sh beanbag shotgun and blast you in the chest, right? So and I know that you're going to go down, right? Versus a taser, I would think that more officers would go with that versus like uh, oh yeah, I guess we'll try to use this that maybe, maybe won't work. And maybe lose my job because now I gotta transition, either lose my life and transition, or pull out the gun, save my life, but now I don't have a job and I'm getting fucking sued for uh trying to moderate when they want they they're hiring you to be there to do this.
SPEAKER_02Right. Then when you do it, it's a problem, you're in fucking trouble. Yes. Because Elliot Pizza the Hutt Prescott doesn't know what the fuck he's doing. What a fat fuck. What a fat piece of shit.
SPEAKER_07I mean, could you take this to the Supreme Court technically?
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah, you can take it as far as you want, whether they hear it or not. Right. You can take this as far as you want. And then when I said that he should sue the shit out of everybody, which you have to actually get permission from the state to sue him. Did you know that?
SPEAKER_07To sue the IG?
SPEAKER_02To sue the state.
SPEAKER_07Permission to sue who?
SPEAKER_02So if you want to sue the state.
SPEAKER_07As a police officer.
SPEAKER_02As anybody, okay, you have to like get permission by the state to sue the state. How does that work? I don't know. It's some I heard it. I don't you gotta talk to a turn an attorney about it. I could be full of shit, but that's what I heard. It's fucking dumb. But either way, yeah, he could definitely sue. Even if this guy found found him uh guilty and then they did the manslaughter charge. Not guilty, but they're saying he wasn't justified. So let's still sue his ass.
SPEAKER_07Let's just say he because he's obviously gonna obviously gonna have to go to court in like June 5th or something, right? Let's say he gets found the process is gonna it's not gonna end on June. I know that. It's gonna fucking continue. So let's just say this guy gets found not guilty. Yeah let's just say um the state isn't gonna take back their finding. No, they're not gonna say, oh, the IG will show that they were wrong. Right. And then and he can't be re-instituted into Hartford PD either. Because the mayor already fucking fired him.
SPEAKER_02He got his job, he's suing for his job back. He wrongfully fired him. You could still listen, just because you think that the mayor is gonna give you your job. He would have no choice. He would have no choice because just because you're off, you're still on probation, we'll say, or whatever the fuck it is. Okay. You're still covered.
SPEAKER_07No, I'm sure you can. Okay.
SPEAKER_02My question is. So he can't just fire you. Oh, he's not gonna want to go back. He'll just sue the shit out of what if if he had a good lawyer, yeah, and this is what I would ask a lawyer to do, I said, I want to sue for what I would have made from now with my past pay.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And because I would have never quit. Back pay. Then I want to sue for what I would have made within my 20 years. Oh yeah. What and these are the the overtime I would have done, I'm gonna at least two overtimes a week for fucking 20 years.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02You could do that because he ruined my fucking career and my life. I would have had this money if he would have never done that and they wouldn't have fucking uh fired me for no fucking reason. Oh yeah. That's where millions come into play.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02That's when people say, Oh, I don't understand how I can sue for 100 million, because he probably would have made a hundred million. Right. I don't know. I'm full of shit. But you know what I mean as far as the money, but a few million. Yeah. Yeah, I would have made that.
SPEAKER_07Right. And if it wasn't for you nowadays when cops are making, you know, close to 200, close to 200, yeah.
SPEAKER_02So 20 times 200, uh, that's not 20 million.
SPEAKER_07200, you mean?
SPEAKER_02200,000. Yep, times 25. Times 25. I don't know the math on that. That's crazy. That's that should be easy. Let's see. I'm fucking retarded. Do you know that?
SPEAKER_07That's not including if you have it in a 401k and it's increasing. True.
SPEAKER_02You could do interest if you really if you had a good enough lawyer. Times 25. It's five million dollars. And that's a good year. That's that's if he's extreme. Yeah, well, that's an extreme year, 200,000. Well, if he's not hard.
SPEAKER_07If he's moving up the ranks.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_07You know what I mean? And you know, we know cops that are doing 30, 40 years.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_07So let's just say he leaves at 25. Yeah. You know, there's there's plenty of cops that I know that are making 200k.
SPEAKER_02So you can say I'm suing for 10 million. There's a lawyer out there that's smart enough to fucking do it. Salivating at the at the right now, I was like, dude, I could fucking sue these motherfuckers.
SPEAKER_07And I could get 10% of that.
SPEAKER_0210% of fucking 20 million.
SPEAKER_07Yep.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02I can make 2 million off this case alone.
SPEAKER_07Easy. For like a year's worth of work.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Do you think the motherfucker's not gonna shit? And then you have crumb on the other fucking side. Who's Crum? You don't know this fucking. He's like, he's like Oh, he's an attorney? He's an attorney, but he's an activist. And he only goes after long hair? No, he's bald. He only goes after, he only represents people who've been killed by cops or whatever it is. Um, oh, I'm telling you. I have too many problems to be keeping up with all these other fucks. I don't but the thing is I don't really keep up with him.
SPEAKER_07No, but you mean like people that you would have heard like that.
SPEAKER_02Oh, here we go. Let me see. Let me see if this fucking bucks you gotta listen to this fucking motherfucker. He's the type of person who got his fucking degree online. But yeah.
SPEAKER_06And then Phoenix University.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, he's a Phoenix University guy. And he makes his money off of urbanites who don't know better. That's a good that's a good word. Who don't know better, yeah. And then he exploits them to get money. He doesn't give a Fuck about the people he's fucking and he lies to him and he gets them all amped up and then everybody just follows him. He's like a like almost I don't know who the fuck the other guy is. Watch. Here we go. Let's see if they have what he says.
SPEAKER_00Civil rights leaders and prominent attorneys gathering in Harford to weigh in on that arrest and report from the Office of the Inspector General.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, I mean they agree with a lot of the details that were inside the Office of the Inspector General report. They did zero in on a few of them, but overall they agree that the shooting was not justified. That was the finding from the Office of the Inspector General, and they also believe the charges were the correct course of action. Justice was Stephen Jones. Civil rights leaders, lawyers, and advocates reacted to the 53-page Office of the Inspector General report into the fatal shooting of Steve Jones. The report recommending charges for former Hartman officer Joseph Magnano of manslaughter.
SPEAKER_01He needed a helping hand, but what that officer gave him was nine bullets.
SPEAKER_08Jones was having a mental health crisis and was holding a knife when police surrounded him outside his home on Blue Hills Avenue in February. According to the report, Officer Magnano was not called to the scene, but heard officers might be in danger. Three officers were already on scene.
SPEAKER_02Doesn't matter if he wasn't called to the scene. How many of us show up to a scene we're not called to because you need to back up your officers?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And how many times do they say, don't clutter the radio with telling us you're there because we're going to need the radio? Right. Just go. Right. Right? Okay.
SPEAKER_08But you have to tase Jones and reason with him when a taser failed. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump says the body camp video and scene called to the scene, but hurt officers might be in danger. Three officers were already on scene, attempting to tase Jones and reason with him when a taser failed. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump says the body cam video and scene captured by bystanders tells the story.
SPEAKER_02So they went straight to a taser. Yes. And then they tried to reason with him. Fucking dumb motherfuckers. Fucking dumb.
SPEAKER_07So as a reasonable officer? As a reasonable officer, right? He's further away than everybody else. Exactly.
SPEAKER_01Right? Yep.
SPEAKER_07Okay, let's say I'm there. I'm one of those three, right? You're gonna walk up to where this guy is?
SPEAKER_02To where this guy is? Yeah. 100%. I'm not gonna leave you there.
SPEAKER_07No, of course. But I'm saying, like, you are you gonna interject the heated?
SPEAKER_02Probably.
SPEAKER_07Play it. Yeah, I would.
SPEAKER_02He starts talking to them and there's probably body cam of me interjecting with situations not, you know, like this, but similar. Yeah. Where we're telling somebody to put something down. Of course they're. Yeah. Why wouldn't you?
SPEAKER_07Because it's known that ten people telling me ten different things, and yeah, you can say, well, don't hold the knife. Okay, we get it. Don't hold the fucking knife. Yeah. But if there's ten people screaming at me and I'm going through some sort of mental health condition, right? I'm putting myself in that dude's shoes. Ten people are telling me 10 different things. Let's just say. Right? One guy's saying get the fuck down. One guy's saying put the knife. Sure. And he's not in the right mental. We don't know if he's on drugs, whatever it is, right? Just a random person. We know that this guy is just fucking out of it. It's not going to make sense of 10 people talking all at once. One guy takes command. We know that.
SPEAKER_02Here's the deal. You don't we don't know if he's out of it. We don't know what is fucking.
SPEAKER_07Oh, that's how I that's why you would want to approach a situation like that. Because one, you don't know if he's on drugs. Two, you don't know if he can even understand you.
SPEAKER_02All those things are not my problem. If you think about it. I mean, obviously. But if you think about it. You can't say that now, Frank. You can't say that now, but um, I'm being a realist. All those things are not my problem. My only issue is that he has a knife. Yes. And if he starts walking towards me or somebody else, or this is what the officers if he starts walking towards somebody with a deadly weapon, then you're gonna have to do what you gotta do if you feel it necessary.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Right? Yes.
SPEAKER_02I've had like I said, I've had situations where I didn't I didn't the guy came at me with the axe and I didn't shoot him. Yeah. But I didn't feel it necessary at that time.
SPEAKER_07But you know, again, this is Connecticut is a perception. Well, I get what you're saying. Yeah, we're gonna be able to do it. And if you and and and if this was such a grave danger, right? And people people don't know. This is like an everyday fucking thing. Right? People with fucking knives, people fucking running around like on fucking PCP.
SPEAKER_02This is an uh Yeah, but not with a fucking dude walking.
SPEAKER_07No, it's a normal thing.
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_07It depends on what shift you want. But then look at the lady, the the the author, officer. She's looking back, she's obviously not even paying attention. And that's another problem, but we're gonna skip that one. Yeah. But it's uh, you know, people could say, well, she's not even like she's not even looking at the guy.
SPEAKER_02The guy's standing there, not walking towards them.
SPEAKER_07He was before that.
SPEAKER_02Let's see.
SPEAKER_07That's why they tased him.
SPEAKER_02Let's see.
SPEAKER_07You know what I mean? This is only the perception of the magnetic.
SPEAKER_08Attempting to tase Jones and reason with him when a taser failed. Civil rights attorney, Betty. He's not walking towards the body cam video and scene captured by bystanders, tells the story. Drop the knife! Either the three officers, see now look.
SPEAKER_02Did you see that? It's right there. This is clear cut, buddy.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, but there's a video before this where they're the one where they're chasing him around the cruiser and they shot him with the taser.
SPEAKER_02Well then, here's the deal. That's their fucking fault for not doing what they should have done. And now they put him in this fucking position.
SPEAKER_07Yes. They should have fucking You can't say that. You can't say that they put him in this position because what the public They would have handled their fucking business ahead of time. What the public and the supervisors know is one, he wasn't called there. Let's just let's just like on paper, right? Black and white. Yeah. He wasn't called there. Whether that's the culture of you just go there, whatever, that doesn't matter. Right now is what happened. He wasn't called there. He interjected himself, automatically drew his weapon down. So he's got a good one. When he wasn't involved. Everything you're saying, he's doing his job. I agree, but this is the perception of the public. Okay, I got you. What the public and your supervisors are thinking, right? Like, why the fuck were you even there? Nobody fucking called. You know these conversations happen. And they happen and less and in events that require less than this. So here's why the fuck were you there? So nobody fucking why didn't you why weren't you?
SPEAKER_02Untrained people shouldn't be making decisions why a trained person did what he did. You're not, they're not fucking trained. Neither is this fucking Pizza the Hut judge. No, no, they're not trained. So he gets there, right? But watch this. He he I wouldn't give a fuck if they fucking did jumping jacks together. Sure. Right? Sure. That's not my problem. My problem, let's say he sh he shows up. If I was, you know, whatever. This cop's problem, if he shows up, he doesn't care what they did before. Okay. But hold on, hold on. When he's there, his only thing is now this guy's walking towards me. All he did was tell him to drop the knife. That's it. There's nothing wrong with that. He didn't say anything bad. He said, drop the knife. They went, he wasn't listening to them. So he's like, let me try, probably. Drop the knife. He wasn't, when he shows up, this guy's not walking towards these people. So that's why they're all standing there. Or they fucking at the low ready, fucking doing that's stupid. That's duh. I don't know how fast this fucking guy is. Yeah, that's duh. That's reasonable. She's looking away. She's a fucking idiot. Yeah. This dude's all the way in the fucking back. Who the fuck knows?
SPEAKER_07It's this guy isn't fucking Hussein Bowl and he ain't gonna fucking uh do a fucking 4-3 fucking 40-meter dash tweet. How do you know? Look at him. How do you know? How do you know? I don't know.
SPEAKER_02I'm telling you, he's gonna be.
SPEAKER_07How do you know for a fact I'm not gonna be faced down by this guy?
SPEAKER_02I believe you, but how do you know?
SPEAKER_07Training and experience. This motherfucker, I trained thousands of people in the military and I can tell you this fucker's not getting too much.
SPEAKER_02I could say and with my life experience that I work out with doing a CrossFit, there's a lot of big dudes that'll fucking run you down in a heartbeat. Okay? Like sprinting wise? Just run you down within that within that fucking distance.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, I mean, are there is there a chance? Sure.
SPEAKER_02How do you know? I mean, he looks fat, right? Yeah. How do you know he's not a fucking power lifter? How do you know he wasn't a power lifter back in the day and he's got them fucking quick legs? Right? I don't fucking know. Nobody knows. Yeah. But I'm not gonna find out. Okay. So when he gets there, when he gets there. Yes. But this he's not going after them. He starts walking towards him, and now he's gotta make a decision, which he did. If they would have done, how about what about this guy in the back? Why didn't he tackle him?
SPEAKER_07My thing is Why didn't he tackle him? Right? If if you're the if you're the fourth person on scene, and I'm not saying things seem calm, right? But does it is it necessary? Like this isn't Florida, right? This isn't Georgia, right? Yeah. Where where policing is a completely different animal, right? If everybody has their weapons out, but nobody's drawing on this guy because he's just standing there, let's be reasonable, right? You just showed up on scene. Yeah. Am I immediately drawing my fucking gun and pointing it at the guy?
SPEAKER_02Yes. He has a knife out.
SPEAKER_07There's three other cops there that are not taking it as seriously as you.
SPEAKER_02They have their guns out.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, but they're not fucking like they're not drawing out.
SPEAKER_02They're training stupid. They're not trained. They need to go back to fucking training. Who gives a shit? Then put the gun away. If you're not gonna point the fucking thing, then put it away. What do you need it out for? Is it to show force or is it to protect yourself? He's got it to protect himself. It's the same way. They have it just sitting there.
SPEAKER_07It's the same way where if the use of force continuum, you can fucking pull out your taser and spark it. That's just that spark test is technically a use of force. It's a use of force, but you're not using it towards them. You're it's more of a not a scare tactic, but you're trying to, hey, put the fucking knife down. That's technically in there.
SPEAKER_02The only guy so far that looks professional is the guy who's got the gun pointed at him to be ready when the guy with the butcher knife starts walking towards him. The only thing you have to worry about is a few seconds when he gets there, he's not walking towards him. I don't care if they did jumping jacks 20 minutes ago and they did a workout. When he gets there, drop the knife, the guy starts walking towards you. Boom. Okay. Done. I don't know what else. It's that simple. I mean, it's that simple. It really is that simple.
SPEAKER_07I think we I think you're seeing things very old-timey. You know what I mean? But that's the way it's not that simple. It is simple. Situations are never that simple.
SPEAKER_02It is that simple. No.
SPEAKER_07It really is.
SPEAKER_02No.
SPEAKER_07You can't see it that way, Frank. This is how we get ourselves into this position.
SPEAKER_02It is that simple.
SPEAKER_07It is not.
SPEAKER_02Yes. No. So the reason I'm not saying you go there and you just shoot him.
SPEAKER_07That's exactly what you just said. No, I'm not.
SPEAKER_02Okay, I'm gonna shoot you. No, no, no, no. That's not what I'm saying. You're I might be saying it wrong, okay? But what I'm saying is, if watching this video and you have to dissect it, it's very simple to dissect this and see that he's not. That's what I'm talking about. It's easy to see that he's not, he shouldn't be arrested for manslaughter. Because all you have to watch is the few seconds. Very simple. Sure. His training, our training, everything. They're both in fucking Connecticut. When he starts walking towards them, he has the right to defend himself by lethal force with because this guy has got that knife. Done. That's what I'm talking about. Simple. I'm not saying go over there and just fucking shoot the guy. I'm not saying that. But when somebody starts walking at you and you feel the need that you have to do it.
SPEAKER_07Because you have to explain as to why you felt the need to shoot him. Because the guy came at me with a butcher knife. If you were pinned in a corner, I'm not saying you have to be pinned in a corner. But what I'm saying is it is much easier to say I had nowhere to back up, so I had to shoot this guy.
SPEAKER_02As a police officer in Connecticut, you do not have to retreat.
SPEAKER_07Okay. You can stand your ground. We can say you can do XYZ. I can fucking do a bunch of shit, but we don't do it because of it's.
SPEAKER_02Well then they need to change the fucking rule. It is common in practice.
SPEAKER_07People don't get shot in Connecticut as much as we think. No, but I'm saying police officers don't shoot as many people as they can't.
SPEAKER_02We're talking about this right here. Sure. This situation. He doesn't have a duty, he doesn't have to retreat.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_02He is retreating, so he is de-escalating. But how far do you want him to go and this guy's walking towards him at a decent pace for being fat? Dude, this is clear-cut. Fucking, he's justified all day. All day he's justified. All 110% you gotta fucking see. The only reason why he's getting he had a fucking warrant is because Pizza the Hutt and and then Blacky fucking mayor over there, Blatchy skin mayor, had a political motive.
SPEAKER_07I don't Democrats that don't give a fuck about it. But but we have to see it as we know that the job doesn't give a fuck about you, right? I'm not saying as to whether case law supports what you're saying. What I'm saying is, right, do you want to be in a predicament where you're now fighting for your freedom? Yeah. You don't have a job, and now your family defeat themselves. I get it.
SPEAKER_02Because you didn't read the room in a sense, right? So now the officer has to jeopardize his life to worry about. You signed it.
SPEAKER_07You signed the pro you signed the paper saying I want to do the profession.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Right. Under these guidelines of the city. But you know Connecticut doesn't abide by those guidelines.
SPEAKER_07So you know that you're like, okay, I might get chased by a guy with a fucking knife before I have to fucking blast it.
SPEAKER_02And what you're saying, too, is what I've been saying.
SPEAKER_07I don't agree with it, but that's what I think that's the rules.
SPEAKER_02What I've been saying, too, it's gonna cause a lot of people to get hurt because of this.
SPEAKER_07That's like it, that's like going back to like the pit maneuver thing in Florida and here. Yeah. Right? We don't have it because the state justifies it as impractical. Yeah. Because you're causing more damage to the to the property. It's dangerous for the public. For the public, I agree with you. You might kill people inside the vehicle, you might kill yourself.
SPEAKER_02I'm not a fan of police chases. But in Florida or in Georgia, they're fighting. Yeah. So But we're not in Florida, I guess.
SPEAKER_07So just like this. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Right?
SPEAKER_07This. You could you could be in one of the sheriff's counties in fucking Florida and the entire fucking PDO black.
SPEAKER_02You can't train these people to do things and have laws to do things, and then when they do it, you can't say, no, you we don't want you to do that. And then make them and then send them to jail. You can't do that. I don't give a fuck. Don't train them that way. Don't make these fucking laws where he he doesn't have to retreat and all this other shit. If you want them to fucking try to de-escalate, then send them, uh you gotta have the fucking uh academy be another fucking year.
SPEAKER_07But that's because you pick where you go as a police officer is better.
SPEAKER_02But I'm saying for this, right here. Right. This guy can't pick anymore. That's it.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, he's done as a cop, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Nah, somebody'll take him. Because he's gonna he'll beat this shit.
SPEAKER_07Well, he has to wait a little bit, but he'll beat it.
SPEAKER_02Because this is fucking stupid. Don't train people to do things and then you say, I don't want you to do that anymore. But it's still the rule and the law, and that's how it's just trained. Yeah, but still everything we taught you, forget it. So I don't yeah, dude, I'm telling you. And then that's why I say Pizza the Hutt over there shouldn't be fucking making these decisions because he doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about. He doesn't know what he's talking about. I don't give a fuck. It's all political. He wants to fucking move up. See, that's why I always say they want you to do things when you do them, they're gonna fuck you over so they could uh further their political career. They don't care about you. They don't. And this is a fucking per prime example. So now I'm telling you, don't go to fucking Hartford, New Haven, any fucking city in uh in Connecticut, because you're fucked. They're gonna hesitate so much that your life is gonna be in jeopardy. I'm telling you, dude, you're fucked. Cops aren't gonna fucking do anything.
SPEAKER_07I I agree.
SPEAKER_02I don't think they ain't gonna do shit.
SPEAKER_07I think that's especially the older ones, they ain't gonna do fucking thing. I think right now, right, we were in a situation where the entire state of Connecticut, all the police officers, were waiting to see what was gonna happen. Yeah. Because this was the litmus test of does Connecticut have your back?
SPEAKER_02Nope.
SPEAKER_07That's exactly what the state just said.
SPEAKER_02And this is a prime example, like he's justified. And we know is it ugly? Would people do different things? Sure. But he's still justified.
SPEAKER_07And now and and this is people are in police departments because they have to, because of the economy. We know the majority of a police department nowadays does not want to be police officers. Of course. And this made it worse.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. They're fucked.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. They're fucked.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And I know police officers now in all different departments that are saying after seeing this, they don't want to, they might quit and leave. Yes. And do other things. I agree. That's what I've heard.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. And but but going back to like I'm not dealing with this. Going back to what I was saying, right? So Grammy Connor, right? Objectable reasonableness.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_07Does a police officer see this as reasonable? Right?
SPEAKER_02I would say.
SPEAKER_07We do not have to prove that. Like they're not going to call officer Frank to the stand and say, Do you think this is reasonable? What's going to happen is he's going to go to court and a democratic judging system, right? In the blue state of Connecticut is going to find them guilty, I think, because, like you said, it's a politically motivated, you know, case. And they're going to use Gram V. Connor and they're going to say, you know how we know that this is not objectively reasonable? Because there were three other officers there and none of them did what you did. Okay.
SPEAKER_02And you blasted nine rounds. So then your defense would be like, how is their training? What happened there? Okay, so watch this. So I'm just saying this is gonna be their thing.
SPEAKER_06Now or not. There's other cops there, and if we're gonna use Grammy Connor.
SPEAKER_02Let me explain. Nah, that doesn't even it doesn't even fucking matter. Because he could say that's their reasonableness. My reasonableness is different than I'm saying the fucking word box. But theirs is different than mine. It's way different. I get there and the guy's walking at me now with the knife. I have nothing to do with their shit. I don't know why they didn't do it. Did they hesitate? Did they uh know the guy? Did they know more than I did? Or they've poorly trained. I have no fucking idea why they didn't they made the decisions. I made my decision because he walked at me with the knife. That throws that shit right out the fucking That throws that argument right out the fucking window. Right out the window. I have no issue, no I no issue with what the fuck they did. I have to deal with what's coming at me. No, I I So that switches every for every officer it switches.
SPEAKER_07But then they're gonna say, well, if a reasonable officer thought that you were endangered, they would have Jesus. Bless you. They would have um taken action before that person got to you.
SPEAKER_02And again, my defense and what I would say is why didn't they? Did they not do their job? They should be fired for not doing their job because they put me in this position that I had to use my firearm now. When they could have done something else, that guy in the back could have done a ninja kick. Why didn't he do a ninja kick in the back? He could have snuck up on this guy, grabbed his fucking wrist. I don't know. But but this is something that you're gonna have to prove to liberal judges. He's gonna have to prove that I didn't have reasonableness. They gotta prove it.
SPEAKER_07And that's what I mean. It's it's it's the it's the scene, right? That's why you need a good lawyer. You got three cops that stand around and don't even have their weapons drawn. They don't have their weapons. Fire them.
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_07Hey, but this is not No, I see what you're saying. You can't have this argument, right?
SPEAKER_02Could be good.
SPEAKER_07I don't think so.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_07100% in Connecticut.
SPEAKER_02You're gonna say it'd be tough in Connecticut, but you have a good lawyer. It'd be very tough. You could definitely have this.
SPEAKER_07Sure.
SPEAKER_02There's awesome attorneys out there.
SPEAKER_07It is very hard to go. Like let's say he had uh I think he'd he'd he would have a better chance to have a trial by jury than a trial by bench. Because a bench trial, you go just with the judge and with and you presenting your evidence to the judge, uh trial by jury, you have ten people there. Let's just say, right? Or you can say, well, see, I'm backing up or whatever. Hey, if you go to a bench, right, and you tell, hey, well, you got to speak to the judge, yeah. Hey, I felt in fear, he's gonna you're gonna you're gonna get the rebuttal of there were three other cops, they didn't even draw their weapon. They didn't even think that it was the weapon was out. They have they have him drawn, but they don't have him pointed. So they're dumb.
SPEAKER_02You have to the training.
SPEAKER_07Oh, so you're saying that those three cops are dumb, but you're the only cop. You know what I mean? That's the thing.
SPEAKER_02It must have been that smart right then. I must have been the smartest motherfucker there. That's what that's what you're gonna have to deal with. If I was the attorney, I would grab all the fucking training manuals, fucking everything. Yeah. And pick them apart why they didn't do their job. Yeah. Why they didn't do it.
SPEAKER_07Well, we tased them. How many times we were waiting for the CIT team?
SPEAKER_02There's three people there. Why don't you taste them again? They can say Where's your spray? Did you use your spray? I don't know, dude.
SPEAKER_07It's gonna be very difficult.
SPEAKER_02And why did you let them walk around so much? I don't know. Why didn't you clear out the area? Why is your gun out but not point it at the guy?
SPEAKER_07But then they could then they can all say that why did you interject you weren't even called there?
SPEAKER_02Because it's my job to do that. You weren't called there.
SPEAKER_07There were three other cops already there.
SPEAKER_02That's that would that argument's fucking dumb. The judge wouldn't even fucking say that. Because he he or she would know better.
SPEAKER_07You would never think that they would prosecute a police officer. Oh no, I would. You know what I mean? Over here, yeah. But what I'm saying is these are very dumb little things that they're both sides are gonna bring up. Oh, of course they're gonna bring up. And the issue is who is he gonna have as a judge? Is he gonna have a jury trial? Is you know, is the evidence enough that he can say that he used Grammy Connor in lieu of three other officers that didn't think that they needed to draw their weapons and point it at the guy when the guy was walking towards another police officer.
SPEAKER_02But that the Connor is. Again, you're still on probation. Are you sure you followed the training correctly?
SPEAKER_06You know what I mean? They're gonna use these little things.
SPEAKER_02But you can watch a video and say that it did. It's easy it's right there. Body cams right there. It's easy. To you and me. It's easy. Oh yeah, but if you have a good lawyer, he's like, yeah, this is easy all day.
SPEAKER_07To to the attorney general and to fucking prosecutors that are. Bring them on a further development.
SPEAKER_02But there's only so much they can say. The video's there. The training that it there's I'm telling you.
SPEAKER_07Just charge them with manslaughter. There's not just, you know what I mean? Like, if they're pushing it to that limit of the water, dude, you know they write fucking warrants for it.
SPEAKER_02They always do that shit. They write warrants for fucking everything. They always like stack charges. They always do that bullshit. Well, I'm not saying they're stacking charges, but you know what I mean. They write warrants for fucking everything. Right. And then if you get a so here's another thing why that warrant got signed. They Pizza the Hut had that warrant written. I don't know who the fuck writes it, but he had that warrant written. Yep. Okay. Then he gives it to another judge.
SPEAKER_07I think, Elliot.
SPEAKER_02He can't sign it. He's got to send it to another judge.
SPEAKER_07I swear I saw his signature on it. Hold on. Um, what's his guy's last name?
SPEAKER_02He can't make a ruling and then sign the fucking. What's his last name?
SPEAKER_07Um not Prescott, the other guy.
SPEAKER_02Prescott. Oh, I don't know the other one.
SPEAKER_07The main the police officer.
SPEAKER_02Magnano?
SPEAKER_07Oh, Magnano warrant.
SPEAKER_02And then so when that warrant goes to the other judge, you think the other judge would be like, I'm not gonna not sign this, and then all of a sudden I'm the fucking guy who causes fucking riots. They just didn't want to see a fucking riot. They didn't want to look bad in front of the public and back up their officer, and now this guy, and then this guy's gonna be hung for fucking for nothing. Nothing.
SPEAKER_07See, former Connecticut Inspector General Elliott D. Prescott signed the arrest warrant that charge former hotel. Oh, he signed the arrest of Joe Pacific McDano.
SPEAKER_02So who in who uh investigated then?
SPEAKER_07His office.
SPEAKER_02His own office. That he's in charge of. Well, he's uh Yeah, I don't get how I don't know how their rank structure structure goes.
SPEAKER_07Let's see, let's see. So, yeah, Elyah D. Prescott is the inspector general.
SPEAKER_02And he So it doesn't get reviewed by somebody else. He is the top, he's the number one. He's the king's pizza the hut. Yes. Pizza the hut.
SPEAKER_07You're gonna tell me that so this so let's put it this way this guy finds you liable, right?
SPEAKER_02And then writes the warranty.
SPEAKER_07Gives you charges, writes the warrant, and you're gonna tell me he's not gonna sway the judging of this.
SPEAKER_02That's why you need a good attorney. Yeah, but if if you are a judge is not a fair and just trial.
SPEAKER_07If you are the judge, right, and I'm the inspector general, and I find a guy liable and say he's, you know, first degree manslaughter, right? And I'm the top of the top, right? You don't think that you, as a judge, are not gonna take the previous knowledge of the inspector general finding you after the.
SPEAKER_02It depends. Here's the deal. If that judge it, if that judge can't stand them, let's say let's say Pizza the Hut banged his wife. That's possible. You know what I'm saying? Or let's say Pizza the Hut took the other judge's job where he should have got it. Oh, yeah. It's possible. You never know, dude. You know how it is. You never know. Let's see. Maybe, hey, the who the fuck knows? He slapped his wife on the ass, and now he doesn't like Pizza the Hut. At the fucking uh but he couldn't do anything at the fucking judge's ball. You know what I mean? Yeah, at the at the at the judge's ball. I was gonna say that. And now he let me see that knife. Is that it? Yeah, it's that fucking thing.
SPEAKER_07Pretty big knife.
SPEAKER_02Fucking butcher knife. Yeah. Fuck that. Dude, I'm telling you, this is I know nobody likes it here, but it's a clear-cut, fucking, very simple video.
unknownSee?
SPEAKER_07Uh Officer Joe Josue Charles stated that with the knife still in his hands, Jones proceeded to walk from the door to the gate where I stood. I relayed over my department-issued portable radio. He's walking towards me with a knife. I had unholstered my department-issued firearm and was at a low ready position. I shouted verbal commands, dropped the knife to Jones numerous times as he continued to approach me. I observed Jones to be unresponsive to my lawful commands as he continued walking towards me in a slow staggered movement with a fixed stare. So he was staring at him and was walking slowly towards him. This is the other officer. Okay. Which one? One of these dipshits? I walked into the street from the sidewalk around a mound of snow which was grassy in the par west of the curl line, blah, blah, blah, blah. Jones exited the front gate. Because technically, using your judgment, he could have shot him right at his fucking front front lawn. Should have. Jones exited the front gate entrance and walked into the street. Jones continued to chase me around with the knife in hand.
SPEAKER_02So what does that show you? His lack of fucking training. Some he's chasing you with a knife.
SPEAKER_07Because just well, you fucking nuts. He said, because Jones posed an immediate threat to me, I created distance so I could deploy my Taser 10. I unholstered my department issued firearm and un I holstered my department issued firearm and unholstered my department issued Taser 10. I pointed in my Taser 10 at Jones.
SPEAKER_02Can you pause this for one second? Yeah. Okay. Everything, I would have fucking fired this guy. So you're gonna tell me, you're gonna tell me somebody's chasing you with a knife. Chasing. So that already shows you that the guy could run some type of distance, right? He's chasing you with a knife. Well he said that he would walk and like stagger. No, he said chasing. Sure. He said chasing. Yeah, he said chasing. Yep. But before that, he said he was staggering. Chasing's in there. Sure. So he's chasing you with a knife. Yep. You put your firearm away and grab a less lethal. Then when you shoot the less lethal, what happened? Nothing worked. And he continues to fucking chase you and be a threat, and you didn't use your firearm to do what you had to do, I guess. You need to be fired. Because this guy didn't do his job to contain this guy. Now Magnano is fucked. He put Magnano in that position. Because what are you going to think? He's not going to show up to a man with a knife call that's chasing officers? Come on. That's full of shit. This who is that officer? What's his name?
SPEAKER_07I forgot the name. Well. I fucking skimming. Whoever wrote that report.
SPEAKER_02Josui, you fucking suck and you need to fucking quit. You need to quit because obviously you can't do your fucking job. I'm not saying just shoot everybody.
SPEAKER_07So he here's the still shot of him getting shot. Okay. Because you see the smoke coming out of the right uh the pistol. So this guy's here. These two cops are closer to Jones than he is. No, look at the other thing. Everything's farther away. You can see right here. He is farther. No, he's not. Yes. What the female is versus he. The female's closer to him than he is.
SPEAKER_02No way.
SPEAKER_07Yes, way.
SPEAKER_02Okay, they're both the same distance, let's say, uh, from left to right. Okay? They're both they're both lined up right there. And she's got that extra distance because she's another five, six feet away. Look. That's way farther. No. Oh, yeah, 100%. They're making a triangle. All right, we'll say they're making a triangle.
unknownLook.
SPEAKER_07This guy, look at where he is standing on the white lines, and look at where she's. She's in the middle of the crosswalk, whereas he's at the back of the side.
SPEAKER_02Where's this picture?
SPEAKER_07It's in the report.
SPEAKER_02Hold on. Watch this. I want to see something. I'm going to try something. We'll see. I have an app here.
SPEAKER_07Look, these guys here are close or just as close as the officer.
SPEAKER_02Let me try something. Hold on. I want to see if it works. Let me share a phone. I'm going to measure. The Apple fucking measure.
unknownYou might be right, but I don't know.
SPEAKER_07You gotta measure the feet. Not the guy.
SPEAKER_01Oh two inches.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but I gotta reset that was two inches.
SPEAKER_01I don't know. But she's farther away. I don't give a fuck.
SPEAKER_02Either way, it doesn't really matter. She's so so I have to base. So what you're saying is he has to base. If he's justified based on what other officers did that don't know what they're doing?
SPEAKER_07Look, for page 28 of the report, if you look at these four look right here, these officers How'd you get to this fucking can you send me that link?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Airdrop it?
SPEAKER_07This is the final report from the inspector general. These guys are just as close, if not close as well.
SPEAKER_02I can't see you guys send it. Send it. Send it, y'all, send it. Go to the uh the sending and do airdrop.
SPEAKER_01No, you just do airdrop like that.
SPEAKER_07Jesus Christ. So these guys are closer to him. These two officers are closer to him than he is to Magnano. Okay. Look. No, I see you. I see. Yeah. So again, if somebody was gonna f if if it was that much of a fucking thought process that this guy's gonna fucking murder somebody right now, you think that three other officers would have also shot.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Here's the deal. It shows the lack of training Dipshit has because he said he was being chased with a guy with a knife and puts his gun away.
SPEAKER_07This but it's not a I guess. Yeah, it's more of it.
SPEAKER_02So I shouldn't have to base my training off of these motherfuckers who don't know how to do their job. And now I gotta go to jail because they're fucking dumb and didn't do their job.
SPEAKER_07When you go to the academy and they teach you that domestic, you know, uh incidents are more the most dangerous incidents, right? You treat them differently when you first start than when you're there like five, ten years, right? So if I go to a domestic incident, I'm not fucking super hyper as I would have been when I first started. So because I'm used to doing the job. Okay. This guy just started on the job. He is, you know, if I'm putting myself in his position, he's still at the fucking 10 all the time. Okay. So you're gonna go and do your so at the you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_02Here's what here's what happens now. That's not the fault of the officer. Maybe FTO needs to be two years. Maybe it needs maybe you need to ride around with somebody for two years.
SPEAKER_07But then again, you have five people applying for the job. You know what I mean? Like, what are you gonna do?
SPEAKER_02What hire people security? Because every job, somebody's gonna be new and make rookie mistakes, even though he didn't make a mistake.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And what are you gonna do? I don't know. All right, so okay, he's new and he fucking he's hyper. Okay.
unknownI don't know.
SPEAKER_07Vigilant. More vigilant than somebody that's been on for 10 years.
SPEAKER_02You know, so these I would think these assholes, which I don't blame him for being scared to shoot this guy. Yeah. I'd be scared to shoot him too, with all this political shit. You're right. But they actually they put him in this position now. Somebody that wasn't scared.
SPEAKER_07I'll tell you, so they these are the findings, right? So they it says that they wrote the report and that in the affidavit of the chief inspector Rachel Kane accompany accompanied the report of the room. Who's the Kane? In the revelant um the actual findings are contained in the affidavit of the Chief Inspector, she's the new chief inspector, Rachel Kane, which accompanied an application for an arrest warrant for Joseph McNanum, which Press got signed. Those findings are incorporated by reference into this report. And it says that by law the use of force by a police officer is governed by general statute 53a dash 22, uh which started in January 30, 2025, and provides the following. A police officer is justified by using physical force upon another person. Blah blah blah blah. Uh he can use he's justified in using deadly physical force upon another person for the purpose of XYZ subject. He she is reasonable bel reasonably believes such to be necessary to defend himself or herself or third person from the use of imminent use of physical deadly physical force, or uh there's no other available, reasonable alternatives to the use of deadly physical force. So that's where they're gonna get. Is the Okay are no other available reasonable There were no more. He didn't use his taste.
SPEAKER_02This is what they're getting him on. There were no more.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, you know.
SPEAKER_02Nah, they that's uh I see what you're saying, and I see what they're trying to do. They're all full of fucking shit, they're all fucking liars, they're all fucking out for their own political fucking thing, and they're just throwing this bullshit out to throw it.
SPEAKER_07So he says that according to a police officer is justified in using deadly physical force upon another person when his or her actions are objectively reasonable under their circumstances, and he or she reasonably uh believes that such force to be necessary to defend the officer or a third person. So, I mean, they're gonna get 'em on the and.
SPEAKER_02Nah. You know what I mean? Oh, they could say and all day, but you could you could chat that shit up all day.
SPEAKER_07It says that the un So there can't be and.
SPEAKER_02There can't. And plus there was a state there is. And there was and. There was. Other cops used it already. That's it. It was used already.
SPEAKER_07So it says that under uh Connecticut State versus Smith, uh, under this test, the first question is whether, on the basis of all the evidence, a police officer in fact honestly believed that deadly force was necessary to defend himself or herself or a third person.
SPEAKER_02A guy walking at you with a knife. Yes.
SPEAKER_07It is determined that the police officer honestly believed that deadly force was necessary. The second part of the test asked whether the police officer's honest belief was reasonable from the perspective of a reasonable police officer in these circumstances.
SPEAKER_01Yes, he was.
SPEAKER_07And the um the Supreme Court objectified the reasonableness of a particular use of force.
SPEAKER_02I think, you know what I do think? Yeah. That this should be clarified in training for officers. Clarify it. I would think that there needs to be another, yeah. Yep. An attorney needs to come in and say what has to be done. Yes. Okay. And like I said before. What needs to be done? Yes. Okay.
SPEAKER_07And then I don't want to be sued and I don't want to be fired. I want to go to jail. When can I tell me exactly when I can feet? Okay, nine and a half feet? No, okay. Ten feet. I can't. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_02So then once they give that, see how many people fucking leave. Yeah. Because that's crazy. You expect me, somebody's coming at me with a knife or or some kind of dangerous fucking weapon, you expect me to use a spray or a fucking taser. Get the fuck out of here.
SPEAKER_07After a play, legal standard to the totality of the factual circumstances of this officer-involved shooting. I conclude that Officer McNano was not justified in shooting and killing Stephen Jones. Because you're a pizza at the hut and you have a small penis. The basis of this conclusion is set forth on the warrant issued for the arrest of Officer McNano, which I have uh attached as exhibit beat to this report. Elliot D. Prescott. Let's see, let's see the actual warrant. See, I told you he signed it because I saw the fucking giant. So it says Um, let's go to the bottom.
SPEAKER_02How the fuck can he fucking do that and then sign his own war like that?
SPEAKER_07What is it, King? Here we go. At the time McDano shot Jones, none of the other officers were pointing their firearms directly at Jones. See? McDonald did not seek cover from any threat posed by Jones, even though there were two police off vehicles behind where he could have sought protection. McDonald did not attempt to use any lethal force.
SPEAKER_02Dude, I'm telling you now, any fucking smart fucking lawyer, million-dollar lawyer, would tear this shit apart. They'd be like, really? So you're gonna hide me. There's no cover. Yeah, there's no cover. He's standing right there. There's no cover between him and the other fucking guy. So how about this? He could have ran to the house across the street. Why didn't he do that? How come these other fucking cops didn't run to another? How about this? He sh haven't he? He should have knocked on the door and went inside.
SPEAKER_07To the extent that Magnano subjectively believed that Jones follows up his physical uh serious physical injuries to bystanders in the air, McNano made no effort to move bystanders out of the way.
SPEAKER_02Because he's busy dealing with the guy with a knife. You fat fucking pizza the hut motherfucker. How much shit do you want him to do? Oh, wait a second, hold on. Oh, so you want him to do all this shit, but you want extra cops to go there. That's why more cops show up to help out. He wasn't even supposed to be there. How about these three fucks? Did they do anything? Why why aren't they fucking a conspiracy to commit manslaughter?
SPEAKER_07Officer Charles was present at the scene interacting with Jones for five minutes and five seconds. During that period, he did not conclude that it was necessary to do to shoot Jones, but Magnano was only present at the scene for 34 seconds before he shot Jones. Doesn't matter. Only interacted with Jones for 26 seconds before he shot him.
SPEAKER_02Doesn't matter. It is a fluid situation. Every time you go to a call, it switches like crazy. It switches like crazy. So what? It switched in 30 seconds.
SPEAKER_07So he's saying that at the time McNano did uh discharge his firearm, Jones did not pose an immediate uh imminent threat to bystanders because but bystanders were walking Jones and no longer in close proximity to him. Magnano had ample space to continue to walk backwards. And maintain distance from Jones to the extent that Magnano was concerned with his own safety, the presence of the other three officers near Jones and He just said it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. He just said that he was concerned with his own safety. Did he not say that? Or did I hear it wrong?
SPEAKER_07Magnano had ample space to continue to walk backwards and maintain a distance from Jones to the extent that Magnano was concerned with his own safety, the presence of the other three officers near Jones, I'd pause that.
SPEAKER_02So, Judge, what are we talking about? Are you saying that he did not fear for his safety or he did? You're contradicting yourself. What are we talking about? Dude, I'm fucking retarded and figured that out. You get a fucking great lawyer.
SPEAKER_07He's saying that the presence of the other three officers near Jones with their firearms drawn mitigated the risk to Magnano.
SPEAKER_02No, they didn't because they're obviously not doing their fucking job. It didn't mitigate the risk. Because how about this? When they saw him walking towards Magnano, why didn't they shoot him? He's walking towards another officer with a fucking knife. That's what they shoot him.
SPEAKER_07That's the objectable reasonableness standard. Why is if it's if there's four officers, the reasonable thinking is that their training sucks. I'm not saying to shoot everybody. It's not to fucking blow him out of the wall. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_02No. Their training sucks. They were scared, and that's what it is. I'm not saying go there and shoot everybody. That's not what I'm saying. I'm just talking about this video here that I'm watching.
SPEAKER_07It also says that Magnano fired four shots while Jones was also on the ground.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_07Alright. So it says uh Magnano fired at least four shots after Jones.
SPEAKER_02That can be explained too.
SPEAKER_07Several gunshots.
SPEAKER_02All day. All this shit can be explained. But if Pizza the Hutt was a police officer at one point instead of being a fucking politician, he dude, he's I guarantee Pizza the Hut is gonna run for some office. I guarantee it. I fucking put money on it. He's gonna run for some office.
SPEAKER_07So so uh it seems like it was a suicide by cop because it says for uh they they went initially uh for a suicide attempt. Okay, and that the dispatcher received the report that a suicidal male had uh a knife and was cutting himself. Yeah. So you know that he wants you to shoot him. Okay. So now he So you have that in the back of your mind, you're like, all right, I'm not gonna fucking shoot him. Like that's what he wants. It's obviously some sort of mental crisis.
SPEAKER_02You don't know what he wants.
SPEAKER_07Suicidal male had a knife and was already already begun began cutting himself.
SPEAKER_02Okay, but you don't know what he wants. Do you know what I want right now? He wants to die. He's cutting himself with a butcher knife. At that second. Right. Right? Now, uh, is he walking towards you because he's mad you stopped him? Is he walking towards you because he saw you last week and you yelled at him and killed him? And then then now he wants to fucking kill you, right? I don't so now fat fuck over here, he knows that if you walk towards a police officer, if he wants to die suicide by cop, he even knows that if you walk towards a police officer with a knife, you're gonna get shot. He knows this and he's retarded. Yes or no? Yes or no? Thank you. What do you mean? Okay. I was reading, I'm sorry. So fat fuck. Yeah, he's retarded, let's say. Okay, he's got some mental health issues, or whatever it is, whatever the fucking thing. I'm being funny, but what is his name? Jones? Yeah. Jones. Yep, even he knows. Right? So let's say he wanted suicide by cop. Even he knows, and he's mental health. He knows that if you walk towards a police officer with a fucking knife, you're gonna get killed.
SPEAKER_07Right. That's what he wanted. Okay.
SPEAKER_02So how the fuck can Jones know it? Yeah, and none of these other motherfuckers know it. Boom! Mic drop. Well, they they did know it. They they No, no, no. I'm talking about the politicians. Whoa. The politicians. Uh Pizza the Hutt. Yeah. He wrote this warrant. Sure. Right? So I'm going between Pizza Hut and Jones. Yeah. Pizza the Hutt says, no, he shouldn't have shot him. But Jones, even though he's mental health, he had the wherewithal to say, if I approach this guy with a knife, he's gonna shoot me and kill me. And that's what he thinks. If that's what he wanted. If that's what he wanted. Sure. So even he knows. So how can Jones know that he would be justified in shooting him? And Pizza the Hutt doesn't know. Because Pizza the Hutt used this as a political fucking game for himself.
SPEAKER_07Well, he's well, Jones is gonna do whatever to get shot. It's not a good thing.
SPEAKER_02And then he chose to walk towards a cop, knowing that the cop's gonna shoot him.
SPEAKER_07Well, he doesn't know if he is. He wants to. He knew it. If he wants to. If he was doing that, he knew it. We know in Connecticut that it is a very unlikely in these situations which we've all been in, right? In my situation, right? He I could have, but I didn't, right? Yeah. And then I waited 10 seconds and he dropped the fucking but he didn't drop it. Every situation is different. But what I'm saying is the majority of those situations that are like this do not end up in someone getting shot in the state of Connecticut.
SPEAKER_02But it doesn't mean that what he did was wrong.
SPEAKER_07It doesn't mean it. So, all right. You go to a domestic, hold on. Because the issue is, okay, on paper, right? It's not we're not saying that he's wrong, but if we use like we can say, well, it's you don't have to back down if you're a cop, right? Sure. We get we understand that. Of course. But which he backed up too, though. Right. But if you're using the objective reasoning, right, of a reasonable police officer, right, in the state of Connecticut, that's not usually, that is not usually what happens. So you know that usually that is not that it is fair to say that they back up. That you back up and you have no-that's what he did. No what I'm saying. He backed up. He didn't back up. Nobody backed up. This guy took two steps back and then stopped. And that's what they're saying in the warrant, right? They're saying that he backed up. That he had plenty of ample space in the back, didn't seek cover. How does he know? How does he know when he's video footage?
SPEAKER_02Okay. The video shows this. Yeah. How do you know that that officer knew how much how much distance he had behind him, who was behind him, what was behind him, what obstacle was behind him? Is there a crack in the fucking floor in the ground? Is there a pothole? Is there a fucking grate in the ground? Is there a fucking sheet of ice? He doesn't fucking know.
SPEAKER_07Well, just because he gave it to the city. All this shit that they're saying is fucking garbage. Well, he gave he they wrote his sworn written statement into the warrant, which is how they know what he knew.
SPEAKER_02He's fucking stupid. Well fucking dumb. He said Jones. I bet you was coerced into that shit, and he better fucking get a good lawyer.
SPEAKER_07Magnano stated that as Jones was still armed with a large knife and continuously ignored commands to drop the knife. I drew my farm and pointed it at Jones. I yelled at Jones to drop the knife. Officer Torres asked me if I had a taser. I responded no. So he had no taser.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Why didn't he have a taser?
SPEAKER_07I responded with no and continued to yell verbal commands to Jones to drop the knife. Okay. It was at that time that I observed Jones turn his body towards me, locked eyes on me, and began walking directly towards me. Which he also did to the other officer. Okay. Initial officer. And deliberately didn't do his job towards me. Jones uh clinched the knife as he advanced. I observed Jones tighten his grip on the knife. I yelled clear verbal commands for Jones to drop the knife, which he again ignored. Due to Jones' consistent non-compliance with multiple orders to drop the knife by Jones approaching me with the knife in hand, and a steady blank stare, I began to move backwards in order to maintain a safe distance. I warned Jones that if he continued to walk toward me, I would shoot him. Jones continued to walk towards me in an attempt to emphasize my warning. I repeated commands to drop the knife. I yelled the final command last time to drop the knife. As I was walking backwards, I was able to observe numerous, numerous civilians to my left, which Jones was also coming close to. I also knew I was getting close to my cruiser behind me, which he was not. He was not even close to his cruiser. Okay. But in that situation, sure. I knew that I had limited space behind me, which again, I mean on video, sure.
SPEAKER_02But which would be a good idea. He wasn't even in the right frame of mind to give this fucking statement.
SPEAKER_07I also knew the more I moved backwards, the barrier I created between myself and the citizens would be removed. I feared Jones would cause serious physical injury or death to the citizens, officers on scene, or myself. I don't know what the problem is.
SPEAKER_02Oh, good job, Charles. I fucking turd. So I think there's nothing wrong with that. What's the problem? What's the problem? Stop thinking like a Connecticut fucking politician. Well, we can't. Sure, you could. I'm not thinking like that.
SPEAKER_07I'm not thinking like a politician. I'm thinking of how is this perceived by by the public, right? And well it matters because you knew that running from your cruiser up to the scene, that you taking five, ten steps backwards, you weren't gonna get to your cruiser because you still had plenty of space.
SPEAKER_02With tunnel vision and everything else like that, you could talk to fucking combat veterans that are fucking say, I don't know what the fuck happened. I don't even know how I got to the scene. Right? I couldn't tell you how I fucking when the guy was chasing me with the axe or whatever, or when a guy pulled a gun out on me and it was fucking cruising.
SPEAKER_07So you're saying that you weren't in the right mental status when you weren't.
SPEAKER_02Probably not. Doom, right there. Probably not. You know what I mean? Probably not. Maybe I need more training. Maybe I was fucking overstimulated.
SPEAKER_05Yep.
SPEAKER_02So maybe he shouldn't have been a cop. Maybe he shouldn't. But they passed me and now I'm there.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But you see what I'm saying? Yeah. I know what you're saying, but I don't remember every fucking step I took. All I remember is that this guy was coming towards me and that was it. And I made the judgment to not have to shoot him, and then that was it. Nobody wants to go out and shoot people.
SPEAKER_05No, I'm not saying that.
SPEAKER_02I think my I'm gonna end this quick, but I think my closing thing is that you should if you're gonna be a cop, it's gonna be a problem now because they're gonna think of the politicians before they think of safety of the public and themselves, and it's gonna cause injury or death. Believe me, mark my fucking words. It's gonna happen. It's gonna happen. It's once this happened it's been saying we've been saying this for a long time. Yeah, but this is a fucking fighting on nail in a coffin.
SPEAKER_07I don't yep. I think you're gonna see it. I think it's gonna continue. I think it's gonna continue, and I think it's gonna be like Seattle and these states that they're gonna implement like these like therapy people that's fine.
SPEAKER_02But still, I'm telling you, it's still gonna cause people to get hurt. Because this stuff isn't gonna change.
SPEAKER_07No.
SPEAKER_02But it emboldens the fucking shit handles.
SPEAKER_07What's gonna change is nobody's gonna nobody's gonna fucking shit.
SPEAKER_02Nobody's gonna do it. No. Nobody's gonna do anything. No.
SPEAKER_07And let me clarify watching people uh drive by in a stolen car. We kind of have to wave at them because we can't really do anything.
SPEAKER_02So let me clarify, I'm not pro shooting people. No, no, no, no, no, no. I'm just talking about this case, so I don't want to hear no fucking shit.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I still think that the mayor has blotchy skin and he's an ugly dude who has no life experience, and Pizza the Hut shouldn't be uh the end all be all and writing fucking warrants and investigating shit. That's what I think. I don't know. It could be full of shit.
SPEAKER_05Somebody has to be the top, just not us.
SPEAKER_02Even the president has somebody else with him to make decisions. At the end of the day, he makes it. Not really. Well, either way. Let's not go there. Yeah, that's a whole nother fucking problem. Alright. What should we call this one? Hot virus. We survived. We should call it something that has nothing to do with the fucking show. Cruising. Cruising. The Bahamas life.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, we need to get to the Matthew losing the text. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02We'll get back to it. We'll get to that to that next week because I guarantee some more shit will come out. Oh yeah. Hi, motherfucker. I'm out of here. See yourself. I got a fucking headache.
