A New Definition of Burnout
Burnout is traditionally defined as something that is only experienced in a work environment, but we are dynamic beings! The lines between work, identify, and our general life responsibilities are blurred or sometimes completely absent.
In this episode, I give burnout my personal definition and discuss why stepping back is not always the answer, especially for high achieving women. With this in mind, I give you the 3 simple things to start the momentum you need to begin to rebuild your confidence and energy.
