 Hey guys. I thought I would share a class that I taught. It was called Wealthy Worthy Women, and I taught it I think over a year ago. And I wanted to share it because I was going through my music and it showed up and I thought it's really powerful. I was listening to it. It's talking about feeling worthy, um, manifestation.

It's talking about. Um, raising our vibration. All the good stuff. So I thought I would share it with you and I hope you enjoy, and if you do, I would love it if you took some time to leave a review, subscribe, leave a review. It means the world to me to grow this audience and enjoy. Okay.

Welcome to week three of Wealthy Worthy Women Workshop. This week we will cover worthiness. We will cover fully loving, forgiving, and accepting ourselves as well as the are and worthy for the week three is Raising Your Vibration, and we have a workbook on raising your vibration. We have an exercise. I'm gonna share my screen, but first I wanted to say that I set the intention for this group, this class, to be teaching us to love ourselves a little more, be gentler with ourselves a little more.

I feel we all have a program. We're all. Conditionally loving ourselves. If we look a certain way, if our body's weight is a certain way, if we achieve certain things, but the reality is we're worthy for just being alive. It's a gift from God. Every day we're miracles for waking up. We're alive and it's a gift, and we have to prioritize ourselves and notice the thoughts and just start with ourselves in loving ourselves.

And it's just, it's a definite something you have to practice. Something that's easy because we have been beating ourselves up for a very long time, and we have been our worst critic for a very long time. Let's just start with a deep breath,

and we just wanna remind you that you are a soul inside of this physical body. You are not your mind, you are not your body. There's a force that woke you up today. There's a force that's creating your heart to beat. It is not ego. The ego loves to limit. Teach us limitations when we're really these limitless beings.

So I drew some cards from my razor vibration deck, Kyle Gray's deck, and I'm gonna read those. Living With Purpose brings me prosperity. So this is the saying that when you do what you love, you don't work a day in your life. This is like what I, strive to be doing every day. Living with purpose brings me prosperity.

The second part is my light attracts light. My light attracts light. We are constantly manifesting 24 7. The law of attraction is on. We're always manifesting. Everything's feedback. So whatever you are seeing is something that, everything happens twice first here and then in the reality.

So this is powerful. Believing is seeing. So this is not the saying, oh, I'll believe it when I see it. You have to believe it first, and then you will see it. We can reprogram the negative and start feeding the positive. And once you start believing what you're saying, you will see it.

It's universal law. Manifesting is my superpower. We are manifesters, we're creators. We co-create with the universe. We are creators and we're manifesters. We don't have to work hard to manifest. We can literally just be. Like I said, things are created twice. First in the mind, then in the world.

Okay. I i'm a light in the world. You are a light. I'm a light. We're all ray of the sun. It's like we're all one. It's a oneness. The collective, and I really think the biggest lies we've been taught is separation and scarcity, but also with the separation is like that we're a body.

We're not a body, we are a soul, and we're all connected. We're energy really too. And then, so these are cards that I pulled before this class from the Razor vibration, oracle deck by tile Gray. And feeling fear is a call for love. Feeling. Fear is a call for love when you are feeling fear. It's absolutely the ego, and it's absolutely a time when you need to pray.

Go to your spiritual tools, meditate, get out in nature, connect to source. Shift your vibration because fear. We're gonna open, I'm gonna share my screen and we're gonna go to the emotional scowl and I'll show you. And then the last card that I pulled outta the raise your vibration doc is you are worthy.

And that's what this entire course for six weeks is about. It's not just we are worthy, but it's also we're gonna do the, what do you desire? All the things right open to receive, raise your vibration. And then, so those are some cards. And then I also drew a little bit from that how to love yourself.

And my past is part of the richness and fullness of my life. Without my past mistakes at all, I would not be here today. I love myself or my willingness to learn and grow. I am a free person living in a world that is a reflection of my own love and understanding. I'm a, I am precious and I cherish who I am, so that's like the ultimate that I want us to all take away from the end of the six weeks is that we should be cherishing ourselves.

I will give you an example. Yesterday I had a podcast interview in the afternoon. It was somebody that I wanted to interview, but I couldn't do it. I couldn't do it. I had a meeting earlier in the day and I just wanted freedom. I just wanted the afternoon to myself. I didn't wanna race back and prepare for another interview.

I was like, I just don't want to. And I sent him a message and I said, I'm sorry, and I couldn't do it. And that, we could reschedule and I felt so relieved. It was honoring, it was like honoring. And that was such an example of me practicing what I'm teaching here. And I've been doing that each week.

 It's really powerful. Because we talk about,  being in alignment. That's what it is with your soul, . It's being in alignment. And so it was so good.

The book had to love yourself in less than a week and for the rest of your life. The author was interviewed with, she'd say, what is the next most loving action I can take for myself? She would ask herself that throughout the day. And it was always rest. It was always rest stop.

Enough. We have this do program. And this, as women especially, we're always like, check the box. Check the box. I know that we've heard this many times, but  it's like we feel  we have to earn our worth. We have to prove ourselves. And I am queen of this queen my entire life, and I'm just now going, no, I don't have to.

And every one of us is worthy of a man taking care of us and being wealthy. I say that because I used to have this thing where. I don't need a man and all these things, and it's true that I want financial freedom by myself, but I also now realize I'm worthy of not having to work. I'm worthy of a man taking care of me or whatever, winning a lot, whatever I'm worthy of not having to struggle and hustle and chase and live in poverty or live in mediocrity or settle I am worthy of all the things that I desire, that I can think of, that I can put on a vision board this is like real stuff, so it's not like.

I'm a victim or because that, I guess what I'm saying is like when I see another woman and she has, you know what I desire, it's not for me. I don't have it. We all have our own journey, but it's one, it's either driftwood, it can happen to us or we just don't know the circumstance. But I guess one of my clients was saying to me on, that her friend was on a date and she was like slightly sad for herself or jealous or whatever she was.

And I said to her, you're allowed to desire. A partnership and a wonderful, date. You deserve that. You, of course you are. But right now, in this moment, you're learning to fully love and accept yourself as you are so that when you are to meet somebody that you're so whole, that you're not like dependent, you're not codependent, you're not controlling.

Nobody's gel. Like you wanna be healthy. But ultimately we get to desire those things. We get to put it on our vision board. We get to have it if we desire it, but  everything's temporary too. I wanna share like next week I could meet the love of my life.

Nothing is permanent. I think we all just have a lot, like I myself especially also have these this is it. This is it. It's not it. We're growing, we're healing, we're evolving, we're becoming, I forgive all past experiences. I forgive everything because everything is created to who we are today.

But I wanna share, I'll share the screen. Anyone has questions? Put it, put something in the chat. I'd love that. I. So this is the emotional scale that I wanted to show that everybody, Abraham Hicks, they all reference this.

This is like science. This is, the thing. And sometimes I'm an overwhelm. I'm an overwhelm and I'm sure a lot of you guys, but down here is the lowest. Up here is enlightenment. Like when you're in absolute empowered and free and I don't know if anyone listened to this week, I had a badass on spiritual entrepreneur.

She wrote two books. She was abused, she was all these things. And she's from Vietnam and she's amazing. And she, but she has different, she's a little different, but she talks a lot about power and victim consciousness and, all these things. She's a practicing Buddhist too, 

But anyway, the point is. We can shift very quickly from here. We can absolutely shift, but this is a nice little measurement that we can use when we're feeling different things. Maybe you're worried, maybe you're disappointed, maybe you're bored, or you're, but it's really a nice tool.

Everybody uses this. And gratitude could shift you very quickly from a lot of this stuff. Just getting into gratitude.

 This week we're talking mostly about raising our vibration and that's exactly what that emotional scale is.

And feel free to put a one in the chat or to, comment unmute if you have questions or anything. It's so much fun to practice doing these things and prioritizing fun in your life. Even if it's I'm buying myself flowers once a week. I'm taking a bath three nights a week, I'm gonna turn the phone off.

I'm gonna have handle whatever. I know, but, and the other thing, like my, I don't know if anybody heard it, but, so her name is Pauline Winn, the one,  and she's self-love isn't just champagne and bubble baths and chocolates, although those are good.

She's it's about boundaries. It's about never betraying yourself and like I love all of that. But today we're specifically talking about raising the vibration. So because we're talking about our frequency. Yes. The next best thought. Absolutely. I can still relate. Oh, that's last week. I thought maybe.

Okay. Yeah. And so to consciously, this is about living consciously. This is about living mindfully. This is about not being in on the automatic. It's setting yourself up to win, doing your morning practice, going to the gym, working on yourself, whatever it is, your goals, your vision for your life is. But you guys can look at this.

I'm not gonna go through all of it, but, yeah, it's fun doing these things, like I know Christina's great at it 'cause she'll go out in nature and take pictures and post it on social and I do the same. And it's like the quickest thing to snap out of this 3D, this fear lack, whatever's going on.

Overwhelm is going into nature and being in peace with, the abundance and the beauty. And the calm. The calm. , There's no pressure, there's no, deadlines and all this like stuff that we put on ourselves.

It's all an illusion. It's really all an illusion, everything anyway. But when we sit still and connect to source, which we all tend to have sometimes problems with sitting still and finding the time and doing it. But when we do it, it really does allow us to zoom out of the minutia of the like of the, just this.

It allows us to just zoom out and realize what's truly important and just, shift. And then, yeah, so I dunno if anyone's looked at this, but I created this. It's kinda showing, eating healthy. I personally, I love to eat things like, I don't love to eat things like chicken because it's a dead animal, but the taste I enjoy.

But when I do it in 24 hours, I have depression, I have fear, I have all kinds of, it affects me. But when I eat like this, it's really better for me. Nature. Oh my gosh. Look at these gorgeous pictures. Wow. What a universe. We're so blessed. And then of course, moving our physical body is so powerful for many reasons.

It affects here. It affects, its endorphins. It's just gets us, it's, our bodies are housing that soul, that spirit, and do it. Do something that you enjoy. And it doesn't have to be a big sweat or a big hour. It can be 20 minutes, it can be five minutes of yoga in the morning and then bed, and then going on a walk and doing some hand weights when you watch tv.

It doesn't have to be this huge deal. It could be like, I'm going to the gym for 20 minutes. I'm gonna go and do something for 20 minutes. I like I'm over trying to like, make it such a big deal. I feel like. Absolutely. I feel like when we, put pressure. I think, like I was saying, before that instead of saying I should go to the gym, I should, I could I can choose these things, like that's a freedom and an empowering statement versus I should, so I just wanted to share that.

And then treat yourself, tomorrow's not promised book a freaking massage. Do something to get excited, get excited for something, and believe me, I need to do this myself, but I like when I have something to look forward to, and maybe it's going to a movie or maybe it's, you know what, I'm gonna watch Sex in the City on Netflix with my popcorn and my dog and turn my phone up whatever it is that makes you happy.

So yeah, this is really fun. And no more shrinking to fit. No more dimming your light, not hanging out with people that are not on your. 'Cause if you work to raise your vibration, I can't say this enough, but if you work to raise your vibration and protect your energy and do all this inner work, and then you hang out with people that have a different program running and they're negative and they're critical and they're gossiping, it brings you down.

It absolutely brings you down. Yes. Small, consistent actions. Absolutely. And then there was an exercise I wanted us to do where we grab a piece of paper and pen and we write out five sentences about our current life. We can do it now or we can do it, you can do it on your own if you want. Because we don't have a lot of people on the call.

But it's just basically that words are very powerful and it's all like for example I've done this before, so I'm not gonna write any disempowering statements about my life. I know, say I'm not in the best financial situation, I might say I'm creating new money every day, or, blessings are coming my way.

I'm excited about, the future and opportunities and, or, my current challenges are temporary, whatever. I'm very mindful of the words I choose because words are power. But somebody else might say, I'm struggling, I'm in debt. Whatever they could write, right? They could say these things.

They could say, I'm single, I'm lonely. They could say, I'm in renting an apartment. I want a house. I'm, I have painting neck, whatever. You could say these things. And then it's about choosing. New words that you want to have, and this could be, just choosing.

So I have some examples here. I have cherish brilliant passion, creativity, like I'm attracting more passion and intimacy into my life. And beauty and adventure is all around me. I'm excited for the future, for new adventures, new friendships, that are coming, whatever. And I'm doing my passion and purpose work.

Because it's number one, we create our realities. Act number two, we are powerful. What you think you will create what you think about yourself. Everything. It, it just, you have to accept that you are awesome. You are awesome, and you have to know that, we have these limitations.

Self-awareness is key. Self-awareness is key. And so when you know, oh yeah, that's, there was a part of me that wanted to cancel today because I was like, is anyone gonna show up? But the reality is I love this work and I'm happy to do this. And I'm excited to teach and it's my passion and purpose work, and it's for, I love it.

Now, this is really powerful, where we talk about visualization. Spend some time imagining what your experience of life might be like if the energy of the newers were incorporated, where would you go? What would you build? Who would you be? What would your life look like? We have to take time and focus on what we want.

It's really easy to look at what's not working. It's so easy and I invite you to. Look around and say what is working, what is bless? What is a blessing? I have dogs. I have a dog, I have a home. I have the ability to, if you work a nine to five, you could say, I could take the day off. I could. I could go to the movies, I could go shopping, I could go, it's like we have to give ourselves permission to.

Do what feels, I'm not saying to be irresponsible and all the time or any of that. I'm just saying tomorrow isn't promised and we get to enjoy our lives. God wants his children happy, and we are here for joy. And part of being more joyful is learning that we're not here to do it alone.

So the opposite of depression is often purpose or serving like someone that's focused on themselves, they are. Miserable, like me, when they could go walk a dog at a shelter and feel purposeful, feel useful, or they could mentor a child and they're, there's so many things that you can do to help others that will get you out of here, so that's something I wanted to share.

And yeah, we're very blessed and so no dimming our light for anybody. No shrinking to fit. Claudia has a podcast called Don't sh don't Shrink to Fit. And she was on my podcast. Oh, I started to tell you guys I made a decision around my podcast. For now. I'm not gonna take any more interviews. I am only gonna do maybe some solos or just pause because I have, I'm writing a book, I'm doing real estate.

I'm in some other things, and it's it's too much. I want to schedule in more joy. I wanna go play pickleball. I want to. Maybe start dating. It's this podcast is awesome and I got it, you know where it is. But I just feel like I'm paying attention and I'm like, you know what? For right now, no more interviews.

I have one more that I'm gonna put out there. Brian Mirabella, and if the Jamie guy wants to, you. Reschedule. I will put his out there too. 'cause it's important. But I just, and I could change my mind tomorrow because guess what? We can change our mind every single day. I can change my mind next week, I can tell you something different and I don't really care.

And I can wear a wig and I can wear a blonde wig tomorrow and I can wear whatever the hell I want because I don't care. And I went live on Instagram today earlier. I think I took it away after, but, and one of my friends poaching friends was on there and she's I love it. And 'cause I was like, yeah, why do we care what other people think?

What does it matter? I am over it. I wanted to, show you guys that I'm practicing what I'm preaching here, and it's so fun. But yeah, the emotional scale is huge. You can absolutely, like Christina said, shift by choosing a better feeling. Thought. That's it. Notice the thought change, forgive yourself for having it and choose a better feeling thought.

We have permission to change our mind. Yes. I can say I'm not doing the podcast, and then next week I could be full out. And literally that's all I'm doing is podcasting, coaching. That's it. Anything. It's I can tell you guys I'm vegan, gluten free, and then tomorrow I could eat a piece of chicken.

Like whatever. I'm like, I'm a flexitarian. I don't have to, we don't have to be rigid. And it's that song they said, it's your prerogative. I can do what I wanna do. It's my prerogative. Yeah, it is. I used to be this person that like couldn't, I was always a worrier.

I was a giant worrier. I still have the little bit traces, people pleaser, big time. And I'll tell you with that, canceling that interview, I was like, the people pleasing to me was like, oh my God. And it was kinda short notice and I just, I was very sorry and. It was like so freeing. I felt so free, and it's not even a big deal. Nobody's paying me. It's like I'm not, it's but I felt oh my God. But then I was like, wait, did you make a mistake? No, it's okay. Everything's okay. There are no mistakes. Actually, I'm teaching my course in Miracle Study Group on Sunday evenings, and it's so powerful because it's a lot of what I teach here.

But I just wanna read this to you guys. I found this today in the Razor vibration. Kyle grade book and it's 111 practices to increase your spiritual connection. And I just wanna read this because it really resonates with exactly what we're discussing here around unworthiness. And it says today I realize that no external experience or achievement can determine my self-worth.

My only truth is that I'm an expression of the divine as I'm an expression of the divine. I'm a being of unconditional love. I accept that I'm always doing the best I can. I honor myself in my journey. I recognize how far I've come and I'm enjoying the view right now. I'm enjoying the view right now today.

I know that I haven't lost my way because I have found myself. And so the reminder here is that no experience or achievement can determine my worth because love cannot be measured. We love to, judge ourselves even, oh, you sold a house, you're great. Or, oh, you didn't like, you're not good.

It's no. It's not it. You're good. Always. You're good, always. You're worthy, always. You're beautiful, always. We all are. We're all worthy. We're all queens and we don't have to know the how's guys. We don't have to know the how's. We can have desires and dreams. The first week of this course, we wrote out what we desire, what we want.

We created vision boards and we have to. It's good. We can adjust those every day. We can change, just like we talked about, we can change those. You can have, you know what I want? I wanna live in Italy one day, or I wanna live in Mexico. Whatever it is, I wanna part, you can change it up. Every day we can have different, add to it, subtract to it, and just focus on it and spend a little bit of time doing that.

And gratitude is huge. And so I'd love to open it up for some questions if anyone wants to ask anything or talk about anything. Oh good. There was another person on here. That's awesome. Does anyone wanna ask a question or talk about shared experience? Or maybe do you have anything that happened this week or last week where you honored yourself or you maybe didn't honor yourself and something happened?

Like for me, whenever I say yes, when I wanna say no or say no, and I wanna say yes, any of that, I always, big lesson happens each time. So if anyone wants to speak and share, I'd love to hear anything they wanna talk about. And the other thing is, there's so many books like guys, why are there so many books like the Joy Diet Raise Your Vibrate.

Like, why? Because we as the human condition, these spiritual beings living this human condition and human experience, we are so like we, we tend to. Be negative. It's it's just the way it is. And then the more people you're around they're generally that way too. When I meet somebody who has great energy, I just love it.

I'm like, oh my God, she has great energy. And is that Angie or Galena? I don't know who's on, but if it's Angie, she has like the best energy and I don't know who is that or is it Ginger? I don't know who the phone person is. Anyway, but the point is good energy is gigantic and I'm actually working with an energy healer.

I've been working with her for. Two months and it's definitely helping me with the real estate. It's definitely helping me. And then guess what else guys? I'm around people and I look at them and go, they need an energy healer. I literally can spot it because, one of the, one of the guys that was in my course in Miracle Study Group last night, like he literally was saying like, negative, it just comes, it's like the first thing out of him.

It's negative. He has the program. It's like in his DNA, but that's why I'm like, he could totally use an energy, but I didn't really bel know that it really worked, but I think it absolutely has been working. I have another month left and it's really powerful. We're all vibrational.

I don't know if you guys are completely aware, but, we're mostly energy, we're mostly water. We all have these fields and we can, when we're around others, it's very possible that. You're getting the, especially if you're an empath, which most of us are, we're sensitive and we allow others, people's energies, negativity, whatever, get in.

And I was listening to something today that was really powerful and it was talking about, how we are told to feel our feelings right? To heal. We cry and, feel all these feelings, feel our positive feelings too. Let's celebrate the good, huh. And we don't do that enough.

It's I sold this house today. We closed, basically. It's a whole story with the Heller of different things, but. That's a giant achievement. And it's not a lot of money and I didn't really need to add that, but I'm saying it because, but it's still, am I gonna, I know I'm gonna, we're gonna go to dinner and celebrate the buyer myself.

But I could feel that for a little longer than three minutes. Feel that, 'cause there's a lot of moving parts and a lot to it. So to get to the closing table is not a small feat. Let's feel the good too when there's a birthday, when there's a, somebody compliments you.

I was telling Christina her hair is gorgeous. She has beautiful blonde, long and thick and straight and all this, beautiful hair. And she said thank you and all that. But it's celebrate that, walk around going, yeah, I do. I have gorgeous blonde hair, freaking feel it, so yeah, I think this is just reminding us that we are here, we're only here temporarily and we get to enjoy our time here. We're not here to struggle. That's a program. And I just love this work. I've been doing it for so long. I've had to work on my mindset for years, being in real estate, being in sales, coming from negative, critical people, judgmental all the things, everyone's out to get you, and it's all, everything's doom and gloom and bad.

And, and then you go out in the world and you, that's what you find. You find the same people because that's what you're vibrating at. That's your vibration, your frequency. So once you get somewhere better, which I'm doing, and I am. You're attracting much different and it's so amazing, guys.

It's so amazing. I love it so much. Yeah. From that energy aspect, like attracts like, and then the opposite happens too, is the opposites will repel each other. So if you are working on increasing your vibration, you are going to continue to attract that. But like you said, if you're, when you start, when you get to a certain level.

Negative will start being away from you. So sometimes I think we even question like, why are these relationships aren't working? Let them go, let the relationships go because they're not serving you anymore. They're, that season is over and if we try to force it, that can bring our vibration back down. And why would you wanna do that?

Exactly. And in the book, were they, that I know that most of us have, she says, God, she uses rejection as not that the person's rejecting you, but it's always a gift usually. But she says, God hid your value from them because they're not. Part of your destiny. They're not part of your future. And I commend anybody out there that's in these different trying relationships and stuff.

After, it's just noticing how you're feeling and if it's serving you or adding to your life or not. And if it's not, you can just say, I'm gonna take a break because this doesn't feel good. Like I've gone online dating and sometimes you have a communication and you think it's good and then they disappear completely and you're like, whoa, what happened?

And it's so disappointing. It's just, you just have to set yourself up with expectation. But it's definitely, worth trying. Of course. 'cause so many people meet that way. My new thing is when I'm out. At an event, and I see these couples, I'll always ask, how did you guys meet? How did you guys meet?

And then they always say it, and it's usually not mine or something, but it just gives you hope. And it's and then I'll say, do you know any single people? I think it's like, why not just ask? They might and give your card or whatever. But yeah, I mean I love that. Yeah. Energy's everything. And I'm certainly not paying all this money for an energy dealer and then I'm gonna be around somebody that's gonna lower my vibration.

No. And it's just interesting. It really works. And, just being in my class last night or that, hosting the Course of Miracles group, where this one person and he kept saying, and it wasn't affecting me. This is like a beautiful study group where we're studying this powerful, beautiful text and we're reading and extracting and there's no judgment, but like he's just saying all these things.

And I'm like, okay, I get you, dude. I wasn't, I get it. I think we just, judgment is really just judging yourself. There's so many similarities. The Buddhist teachings, of course, the miracle teachings, this teach, all these spiritual things that we're talking about.

Learning to love yourself is not a selfish act. It's really the key to the castle. It really is. Because that way when you go on dates, it's gonna be, am I even interested in this person? Do I really, is this person gonna add, that's the deep reality is if they're not gonna bring something more like you're here.

Then they're either gonna elevate, like add, bring more fun, bring this, not where they're gonna you don't wanna support somebody. I'm not, it's not about money, but it's just, so it's just, yeah. So we have about 10 minutes left. I'd love to open it up to questions and we'll talk about next week is so next week is trusting your intuition.

There'll be a workbook and then. Following will be the final week. We're gonna shorten it to five and it'll be healing. And Christina's gonna do her breath work for part of it, and we're gonna combine the last week of you, meaning you are worthy in pri prioritizing yourself. So a lot of, it's a lot of repetitive, but I think it's just great, right?

We want to remember this stuff, and realize that anyone out there that has things that we want, it's available. We're all con, we're all, a wave in the ocean. And. When we celebrate someone else, like I'll never forget when Gabby Bernstein would share how she wanted to get pregnant, and she would, all these people were like sharing oh, I'm pregnant, and the babies and whatever.

Instead of being jealous, she was happy for them. And then she got pregnant saying we can open up social media. Oh, they're engaged. Oh, they're dating. Oh, she found a boyfriend and be like, jealous. But it's no, it's coming to me. It's coming to me. That's what it means, right? Yeah, I love all that.

And, and I'll tell you, in my life, in my real estate stuff, I believed in scarcity. I believed there was a pie and you get a piece and if someone else had it, you didn't have it and there wasn't enough. And that's my belief before. Now I realize, no, there's plenty of business for everybody.

There's plenty of you open social media, we're both in the coaching industry, a lot of us are. And there's a coach, another coach, and oh, look at her. Comparison is like the worst, but the reality is there's way more people that need help. We're just seeing a handful of coaches and we're like comparing ourselves and stuff, and it's no, there is, how many people in the world?

Billions. I think I forgot. 8 billion or something. And in this, everybody needs help. But I think it's just teaching yourself that no, it's an abundant universe. There's enough for everybody. And. To be happy for each other and help each other. And, I was in, and the other girl, one of the girls that was in my course, miracle Study Group, she was saying that we were talking about becoming kinda the observer of our lives.

And she would wanna judge somebody or like in an interaction, whatever, and she'd say she literally checks herself and she switches, changes. And I just love that so much. And then the other lady in the group was saying how if she gets a parking space, she's, thank you, God, if she finds this, she's, thank you.

She's all day long noticing and thanking God. So gratitude throughout the day. That's really good because the more you are thankful, the more you see. I found a dime on the ground the other day, and I always think it's, we, it's the universe saying, money's coming. I do, I think that way. I truly believe that.

I find feathers on the ground. I know there's angels around. I know that there's there's divine support and we can also call in the angels if you believe that stuff. If you believe you can say, angel guides are the highest truth and compassion. Come forward now. Help me with this. Or thank you for all your guidance and help and support.

You can definitely call on them, ask for help. Thank them. I think there are angels out there. A lot of teaching is that, when you die you're really just leaving the physical, but you're still here. But anyway, we got four minutes left. Any questions or comments or any experiences that happened to you in the last week or two where you maybe did honor yourself or didn't and then you, anything like that?

Yeah, so it was funny. I was actually being very activated, very came up almost like a trigger. And. Instead I was very aware of where my thoughts were going and I'm like, okay, I have the tools. And then that was funny because I'm like, why am I going through, Nope, we're not gonna go down that road.

We're gonna be aware. We're gonna use our tools, we're gonna do what we need to do. And then I realized, I took a moment and I did a breath work session. Like I went through and did one of my recorded breath work session, and I took the moment to breathe. And I had all of these thoughts, like these, this awareness of ideas of things that can go down.

And I'm like, I'm journaling. I'm like, okay, this is the direction I need to go on. And then I was also very intentional. You know what I'm feeling that very overwhelmed. I'm feeling like I have too many things. So non-negotiable. I'm gonna go to the river today. That's what I'm gonna do. And how much better I felt the next day, even later that day and the next day, is that I didn't honor myself and tried to push through how I would've felt.

Ugh. I love that. That's so good. That's just like me. Yesterday I was just, my soul was saying, you're free. Why are you like gonna be on a timeline and race back? Like for what? It's like it's not. And there is a distinction between oh, I don't feel like going to the gym, and I sh you know, I could or I should, because you want, discipline or these things.

There's a distinction in honoring yourself and doing what you want and doing what you know. There is a distinction, but you honored yourself or you would've been an overwhelm and miserable and depleted. I felt depleted. That's what it was. I was depleted. I was bagging. My soul was saying, take a day, be free.

Enough. You don't have to, and I just, we are, we're human beings, not human doings. Let's switch our mindset and really start tapping into that, our bodies and listening. What is our soul craving right now? Not what our mind is saying. All the things that are on our list to do, most of the things that are on our list can wait.

What is our like, and then if you get present grounded the top into that present grounded, what is my body, what is my soul? What's gonna light me up right now that creates this space for us to propel and get all those sort of things done so much easier and so much more joy. Yes. I love that.

And I just think it's it's an act of self love. It's an act of self love. We gotta stop that self abandoning ourselves. Yes. And stop. Yes. And never betray ourselves. And Pauline was just saying, she's like having boundaries and communicating like. You will not come to my home unannounced. I will not answer your email after 6:00 PM when we're together, you will not speak negatively about this person.

These are her boundaries. And she says, when you communicate it's a positive thing. It's not negative, it's positive because it's, this is what my boundaries are so that we can have a thriving, a good relationship. So I love that. I just love that. And it just makes life better. It makes it better.

So I think a lot of us need to have these conversations. So people, it's setting expectations. We can't read each other's minds. We're not mind readers, so I'm so grateful to have this opportunity. Wealthy worthy women. I know I changed it to worthy women, but it's like the wealth part has to be in there because this is what makes us wealthy, and this is what makes us create and attract the lives that are abundant.

Because we're worthy of. So with what you were just saying about the whole wealthy part, I was listening to one of Suzy Moore. Do, are you familiar with her? I know who she is. Okay. So I was listening to her podcast this morning and she was making reference how she was hanging out with her sisters.

She's over in Paris this month. So she was hanging out with her sisters and they were having conversations and somebody made reference to them growing up. They lived off of public assistance. They were in DV shelters, all the stories. And her mom always reframed it and said, we're not poor.

We are wealthy, we are abundant. We have our lives, we have each other. We have our minds. We are wealthy. You don't need like completely reframe it from when she was a little one. That money does not equal worthiness. Oh, thank you for sharing that. Yes, I agree. Oh, I love that her mother knew and that they are, you're wealthy, you have eyesight, you have arms and legs.

You can walk, you can, you're not in a hospital. You're not in, you're not. Yeah. I love that. There's, it's so true. And they have each other. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. Yeah, her mom was smart. It's, it is true. It's all perception. Everything is, yep. I love saying that. Like I live in an apartment and I could feel super abundant and blessed, and then someone else could be in their million dollar house and be worrying about money being in scarcity and lock.

It's just mindset. Or even being in appearing to have it all and be the loneliest person and not enjoying what they have because they're not enjoying what they do to get that wealth. Or they're so hooked to the expectation that all they're doing is working and not actually enjoying and yes, like I'd rather.

Be comfortable in my little house or in my apartment or wherever. I'm loving everything about it than working myself to death and being miserable, but appearing to have everything. Oh, I love that. Yeah. I'd rather have time in my, I'd rather have time freedom and live, like not have as much financial, than work hard and not have any time to myself.

Like time is valuable to me. Like gigantic time is huge. Yeah. And time is non-renewable. Money is, you can always make more money. You cannot create more time. Exactly. Yes. Thank you so much for sharing that. It's been beautiful conversation and I hope you guys gained some value from today.
