Welcome back to Worthy and Abundant. Today I'm sharing something a little different with you. A while back, I created a class. It was called the Joy Method for Abundant Living. And I recently came across the recording again and realized how relevant these teachings are. So many people are searching for more happiness, peace, abundance in their lives, but often we forget that the energy we bring into our daily lives plays a huge role in what we attract and what we experience. So in this teaching, I'm going to walk you through simple but powerful practices that have helped me and many others shift our mindset and raise our vibration because we live in an energetic, vibrational universe and everything is energy. So I'm covering things like gratitude, affirmations, visualizations, decluttering your space, protecting your energy, and setting intentions for how you want to live each day. The joy method is really about remembering that joy isn't something we wait for someday in the future. It's something we can choose and cultivate right now. I hope this episode inspires you to reconnect with your joy, shift your energy, and begin creating a more abundant life.

Hey everyone. So I created this course to help myself and others. Well, I've done the work, but it's something we continue to do to help others feel better, be happier in their daily lives, be more grateful, attract and more abundant, create what they're looking to create, attract what they're looking to attract, raise their vibration. Ultimately, it's to raise your vibration. So I am going to share my screen and open the course. So in week one, you will see a couple videos from me. And we are talking about gratitude. Gratitude is so powerful and so huge in everyday life, in the spiritual world. You get more when you are grateful for what you have. If you're giving cookies to children and they were grabbing them and not really thanking you, and then there was one child who took his and said, Thank you, and helped you clean up, you would give more. So we get more when we are grateful for what we have. So every morning we are spiritual beings having a human experience. That's my true belief. So every morning when I wake up before I even get out of bed, I'm thanking God, universe, higher power store spirit, thanking God for a new day. I'm alive, I'm here, I'm blessed, I'm grateful. Then I have a journal next to the bed for every single day in the evening, even when I travel. I've been doing this for over 10 years. I am thanking God, the universe, for different things that happen throughout the day. It could be, I'm grateful for a delicious cup of coffee. I'm grateful for the sun shining. I'm grateful for a great conversation with a friend, a new client, or an excellent whatever. And I had a great dinner last night with my son. Thank you, God. Thank you, God. I made it home safely. So gratitude is huge. We start doing that. If you can't find something to be grateful for, you can say, I'm grateful I have eyesight. I'm grateful I have electricity. I'm grateful my bills are paid. I'm grateful I have a roof over my head. I have food. I have lead. Not everybody has these things. So we need to focus on what we do have and be grateful. And then a bonus assignment is list out 10 things that you love about yourself. The reason I bring up this is because so often we struggle with self-love and even liking ourselves. It's really important to love yourself, work on loving yourself. If you are trying to elevate your existence and become a happier being and enjoy your life and create relationships or money or whatever it is, it's a lot easier when you love yourself and you're confident in that. So write out a list. So next week two, we are doing a journal exercise. This course is supposed to be really fun, exciting, fun, and a lot of writing, but it doesn't take very long. You're going to write out everything that brings joy. It could be going for a live with the dog, it could be going to the ocean, it could be getting a manicure, pedicure, playing with your dog, swimming, volunteering, having a cup of tea, and reading a book. Whatever brings you joy, you're going to write this down on a list. And then every day you're going to do something. It can be going to Starbucks. It can be happy, or whatever makes you happy, you're going to do it once a day. After this, you are going to feel, you will feel a shift. You will feel a shift. So again, this doesn't have to cost money. Week three, I'm going through this very quickly. So week three is super powerful. It's on affirmations, positive affirmations. It's ways to reprogram the negative programming. So we're all programmed by age seven from our parents, people who are imperfect beings. Because we are all imperfect beings. And I use words to create a new reality. It absolutely works. It's all about energy, okay? And energy attracts what you desire. So we want to raise our vibrations. We want to feel better. So we're going to say things to feel better. We're going to parent ourselves. You can also do mirror work where you're looking in the mirror, saying it. Saying, I love you, Linda. Saying I am amazing. I'm powerful, beautiful. I love and approve of myself. I'm healthy, wealthy, and writing. All works out for me. I'm the best ambassador of money. I am a super attractor. There's so many things you can say. Whatever you can use, mine, you can use yours. I always make the right decisions. And then I have book recommendations in my course as well. And one of my favorites is Gabby Bernstein's Super Attractor. She is an amazing mentor of mine. Now, these are not all in amazing orders, but no, you don't have to follow this order. You can do each thing. But clearing space is our next week, and it's super powerful. So everything in the course is really powerful. I have an amazing recommendation. It's a book, Declutter Your Life as Modern Alchemy by Denise Lynn, Davina McCall, and Carrie Richardson. Carrie Richardson is a former therapist, amazing coach. She is all about decluttering your life. And it's not all physical clutter. Okay. She talks about procrastination as being clutter because whatever's in your way is clutter. And then I talk about when you're purchasing things, when you're shopping, because a lot of people shop to bring themselves joy. They eat to bring themselves joy. They eat, they shop composively. And oftentimes we're buying things we don't need, we don't love, we don't have space for. So make sure you ask yourself, do I have space for this? Will I use this? So I talk about choosing one room to clean, to declutter, to donate one room to one drawer, one closet. It's so powerful. Creating space is it just opens up the energy to bring in new things. It helps so much. And then I also talk about the people you associate with and clearing space there because often we stay connected to people that don't serve us and they do not support us in elevating our lives. You are you are the average of the five people you associate with. Your income is the average of the five people you hang out with. This is a fact. This is something that has been talked about. Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, all the big coaches. And my lad has an amazing book, The Power of One More. He talks about it. It's always talked about. You take your five closest friends, add up their income, and divide by five, and that's your income. It's important to associate with people you want to be like that inspire you, that you know, have great help, great financial abundance, whatever it is you're looking to do. So choose your inner circle wisely. I recommend the other book I recommend is Marie Kondo. She's amazing. Books out there on decluttering. She talks about everything you touch in your home should bring you joy, like in your closet. If it doesn't spark joy, let it go. I'm a little different. I'll definitely see is this something that I use, I love, I need. I hope this course is serving and supporting you. I just decided I'm gonna give away this mini session to help others. The fifth week is meditation. You can do it in the morning and the evening, both find a quiet space. Focus on your breath, close your eyes. If your mind, if thoughts come in, it's okay. Really powerful tool to reprogram your mind. Jared Spenza talks about it, Jay Shetty, all the spiritual leaders, deep deep back chakra. Everybody, everybody meditates. Meditation, it helps to relieve stress, it helps to get domain ideas. Kathy Heller says, if you don't people say they don't have time, you lay your head on the pillow at night, don't you? Listen to a recording for three minutes of meditation, focus on your breath. I need to do more meditating and I will because it's powerful. And then week six, we're talking about visualization. Imagination has no limits. If you can visualize it, you can have it. If you can think it up and visualize yourself with it, it's available. It's available. You can visualize five minutes a day where you are visualizing the relationship that you want, the body you want, the job you want, what car do you drive, all the things, it really does help manifest in reality. Focusing on what you do want in itself is just extremely powerful. We need to make time to do this. This is the inner work. You make time to focus on the good because we are programmed negativity, lack, fear, around money, limitations, limited beliefs, constant. It's really important to pay attention to what feels good. And we're all vibrational beings, we're all powerful beings, and we are able to control here. We don't think we are, but we are. We get to control here. You think a negative thought, choose a different thought. Acknowledge the thought. Say, hmm, interesting. Thoughts are temporary, thoughts are not who we are. Thoughts come and go. Notice the thought. Forgive yourself for having the thought. Forgive the thought and choose a better feeling thought. That's Gabby Bernstein work. She is amazing and has written many books, but we are all madness, and you are you attract who you are. I have so much more on that. But again, we're just in a limited time. We're gonna do vision boards, which is so fun. Okay. I always have a vision board. You can go to the dollar store and get a poster board and pick out some magazines, words. You can cut out, you can write on the board. Um, there's a famous check. Jim Carrey wrote a check for$10 million to himself for acting services runner. You can Google it if you don't know about it. And he manifested the money. It's a fact. And I have manifested many things that are on my vision boards. You can have a digital vision board on Canva, keep it on your phone. I'm gonna show you examples of vision boards down below. Right here, there's an example of one. There's another one. Some people put the date or the year, they put a picture of themselves. I have this one where I pick put a picture of me and my son, a picture of money, a picture of abundance, my dog, myself, happiness, joy, beautiful things. That is that week, and then we have final week is then creating boundaries, which is a bonus because it used to be a seven-week course. And boundaries are really important in life to protect your energy, to have uh best relationships, to be more assertive. You've got to do what feels good. Improves communication, increases your competence, less conflict in relationships when you set expectations. My son is a king of boundaries. Can't worry what other people think all the time. That is not why we're here. We are not here to people, please. And then our final week is there's some bonus content and setting intentions. This could be in the beginning of the course. Setting intentions is extremely powerful. These are four questions that are in Gabby Brinstein's work that you can ask in a journal. You could have a journal designated specific for setting intentions. And every morning you're gonna write out how do I want to feel today? Who do I want to be today? What do I want to receive today? What do I want to give today? If you're an entrepreneur, if you are self-motivated, if you work alone, this is so important to set the intentions for the day, how you want to feel. You want to feel amazing, you want to feel powerful, you want to feel strong, you want to feel confident, happy, abundant, wealthy, healthy. Who do I want to be today? I want to be a confident, beautiful, amazing queen, empowered, transformed, spiritual being. What do I want to receive today? Money, love, joy, abundance, divine wisdom. You know, you can write anything you want to receive. Good news. What do I want to give today? I want to give inspiration. I want to give happiness, joy. I want to give love, I want to give money, whatever you want to give. So that's the summary. It's really important that we work on our mindset. This is all mindset. We want to focus on what we can control. We want to focus on having fun, being in joy, being present. It's easy to worry about the future. It's easy to live in the past and have old beliefs around what happened in the past. Come here, Lucky, show yourself. Come on, Lucky. I'm gonna show you my dog. He brings me divine energy. That's not what I planned to do. Stop sharing. Okay, so screen share, and here's lucky. Lucky or yourself. Okay. This is energy divine. Makes me so happy. Brings a lot of joy.
