Hello there. Welcome back to the podcast. I am sitting here back in Florida after spending several days in Sedona, Arizona. And honestly, I don't even have words to say how my experience was, but I knew I had to record something. This trip was years in the making. I actually had multiple trips planned, and they were all canceled for one reason or another. And so finally I got there, and even before I landed, I was feeling something because I've been wanting to go for so long. And let me tell you, it exceeded every expectation. The beauty was incredible. The mountains, the energy, just driving down the road and seeing the mountains, the red rock, it's magical. Honestly, being there was so powerful for me. And if you have not taken a solo trip, you want to feel empowered, go on a trip by yourself. And it wasn't 100% alone because I did stop in Scottsdale and stayed the first night with a friend and her home and with her family and her grandbaby I got to meet was, and he was just so incredible, six months old, so beautiful, so sweet, such a perfect baby. And I had so much fun with her, and we walked to breakfast and we walked back, and it was just fun connecting and hanging out in Arizona. And then the next day I drove to Sedona and spent three full days and nights there, and it was just so beautiful. Everything was aligned, everything flowed. I felt so supported, loved, and guided. All the people were so nice. Um, I did a trolley ride and I met two lovely sisters from Florida, and they were so kind and so lovely. And I also did a pink Jeep tour and got some incredible pictures. So definitely go check out my social media because the views were crazy, and the Jeep pictures that the driver created for us was so fun. And honestly, I really want to just share that this trip awakened me emotionally. There were moments where I was very emotional, and you know, I moved through the emotions instead of stuffing them away. I moved through them, I noticed them, and honestly, healing does not mean you never feel feel stuff, you know, it's it's not linear. You're just unpacking and unlearning and peeling the layers, like they say, the onion, right? So there's layers to heal peel back, but I did have some emotions, and I noticed the emotions, and I moved through them. And I'm actually reading a book called No Bad Parts, it's all on IFS Internal Family Systems, and it's really, really powerful. Um, when you feel your emotions, you don't want to abandon yourself or shut them down, you want to get curious, and it's powerful. Anyway, back to the trip. The trip reminded me that life gets to feel good, it gets to feel expansive and aligned, and the people were so nice there. I truly believe that everyone should take a solo trip at least once in their life if they haven't. There's something so empowering about choosing yourself, trusting yourself, navigating life on your own, and realizing you are capable of creating beautiful experiences for yourself. You know, if I waited till I met the right person or you know, had a group of people, I think it was more powerful going on my own. And it just, yeah, everything lined up for me. Everything was so perfect, you know, from the first night in Scottsdale with my friend and her her husband and grandbaby, and to the three, you know, days in Sedona and meeting such nice people and the energy there. And I mean, the first night, my whole body was like I felt it in my body. That's how powerful it is over there, you know. And my biggest takeaway is like I'm not forcing anything anymore. I am building my businesses from an aligned, ease and flow place, not from fear, hustle, chasing, proving, or scarcity. I am choosing to trust. And honestly, I think that's where true abundance lives. Even this podcast is becoming more intentional. I'm gonna continue recording solo episodes when I feel called to and genuinely share. But as far as interviews go, they really have to be of value to you, my audience, because this podcast is a vessel for service, and it has to be aligned with my message here on Worthy and Abundant. And if you're wondering where your abundance is in your life or your business, ask yourself am I truly bringing value? Am I truly serving? Am I coming from authenticity? Because this podcast is a vessel for good, it's a vessel for me to share with you, it is a vessel for me to bring amazing souls to share with you, to help you grow, evolve, heal. And I really believe that in order to receive, we have to really be giving. And you know, this podcast happens to be my one of the ways that I give and share, but I just really had to share about this trip because it was so beautiful in every way. I did a lot of shopping, I will say that, which I've never allowed myself to do on a trip, really. And I had fun. The shops, the uptown shops, were so cool. And you know, I didn't eat that much while I was there. I didn't feel hungry, which I actually love, and I felt just safe and secure and grounded and just driving down the road and seeing these red rock, these mountains, like it's so unusual. I grew up in Michigan my entire life, you know what I mean? And then um now I'm in Florida, and I've been in Florida, and I love Florida, I love the water, but I will say I will be back in Sedona. It was so beautiful, and I'm going back. I already feel like planning it for next year, but I think I'm gonna wait. And I guess my biggest takeaways is that I'm no longer forcing, I'm only going to live from alignment, and I'm gonna, you know, choose me and trust that God loves me unconditionally. I don't have to prove my worth to God, I don't have to prove my worth to anyone, and I am supported, and I teach you guys that my audience, my clients, that you are supported, guided, and loved. And it's true. And there is a loving force that is happening, and if we are not receiving, it's because we're blocking it, we're blocking it with our beliefs, we're blocking it with our programming or negative beliefs or limiting beliefs, and I just felt like everyone in Sedona seemed so calm. And the men especially, I met a really I forgot to mention on my flight down there, I actually met a really great guy. He was listening to my podcast, he's married, but he was so nice and so interesting to talk with, and I just the flights were amazing, the flights were good because I actually had a connection, and I've never had a connection before, and I had a connection in Atlanta, and I met a guy in the airport from Atlanta to Phoenix, and he was super great, and he lives in Phoenix, and it was just like so interesting, right? Um, everything was smooth the ride back, the flight back, but you know what happens when you go on a trip, or even when you do anything that's out of your comfort zone or out of your normal routine, is like the things show up like your old patterns or your people pleasing or your limiting thoughts, right? And it just shows up in this and you like notice it. Like, am I taking this action from abundance and love, or am I taking it from fear and lack, or fear and limitation? Like, it's just interesting. Let me give a quick example so you know what I'm talking about. So, when I got to my hotel the final night in Phoenix before I was flying home to Florida, I had in my mind that I wouldn't be able to access certain things, and that was because of my hotel in Miami, I think. Anyway, the point is I ate something that I didn't exactly wasn't perfect on my way to the hotel, and I mean not the salad for lunch, but like the dinner I had an early dinner, and I think I would have chosen differently if I didn't have these, like I guess it's the security in me that wants to make sure I'm fed and make sure I'm taken care of, and like it's just interesting. Uh, I'm not making this sound very clear, but I guess what I'm saying is like I got to this hotel in Phoenix, and it was like everything was clean and everything was nice, and there was available, you know, there was a microwave there and in a fridge, and everything was so available, and I could have just done something a little different for dinner, and instead I had this like kind of little bit of lack thinking, which is probably from my last experience at a hotel in Miami that I thought was going to be a decent hotel, and it was okay, it just wasn't that nice, and I think it's because Miami is expensive, and you know, if you know what I'm talking about, I was in Miami about two weeks ago for David Guillam event, which was phenomenal. And I study Kabbalah and I am always soaking up information so I can share it with you and give to you and bring value to you, and yeah, so it's been an incredible trip, and I'm back and I'm ready to live in alignment and choose myself and choose service I'm giving to receive, but I'm giving with authenticity and vulnerability and truth, and I want you to also look in your life. Where are you forcing? Where are you chasing? Where are you hustling? Because that's a belief and a program, and it's not facts or truths. There's other ways to make things happen in your life, especially when you choose to trust yourself and trust God in the universe. So have a beautiful rest of your day. Happy Monday, happy Mother's Day, belated. And I hope that you're doing amazing. And if you would like to connect with me, you can go to lindabrandcoach.com.
