In this weeks episode of Growth Fridays, Rebecca returns from her SKI trip and has plenty of stories to share, how she became home sick and left early! While Rebecca was away, Matt Kept the house going and looked after the dogs and celebrated his 20th Birthday!

We also dive into a few recommended BOOKS and have a chat about our minds and how we are learning to overcome some of the lower VIBE voices inside our heads! IT is all a work in progress but we can really see the growth coming.
