Four questions for every trial. Defense questions at every trial. Washington State Prosecutors, Seattle, King County. The evidence for these questions concerns Washington State versus Malcolm Frazier, defendant. Case number 12-1-01886-0 KNT. King County prosecutors of Washington State have been or will be deleting evidence of their corruption. However, overwhelming evidence is located at www.enumclaw.com or www.consider.info. Note, the level of corruption associated with this trial is literally overwhelming. To this day, prosecutor Lisa Mannion and others have refused to deal with these illegal actions. See the prosecutors persecute, detective setup, hate crime, prosecutor Lisa Mannion refuses to correct corruption post. Given that individuals such as Prosecutor Lisa Mannion and the Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys endorsed the grooming of allegations by City of Enum Claw Detective Grant McCall to a minor woman while sitting alone, turning the recorder on and off at his discretion. Deleting evidence, formulating accusations that the alleged victim refused to agree at first, while refusing to investigate the actual allegations in question because this was a setup hate crime. Here are some essential inquiries that every defense attorney should pose to police and prosecutors at every trial in Washington state. Besides the setup of a hate crime by the City of Enum Claw policeman Detective Grant McCall, there are other notable corruptions. For one, Mr. McCall pulled guns, including a shotgun, on other officers while angrily making clicking, locking, and loading sounds as he stomped around at the front desk of the Enum Claw police station. Yet even such violent corruptions are whitewashed by the City of Enum Claw police chiefs, and he was promoted. The four questions to determine Washington State's court integrity are as follows. One, do you support police officers who sit alone and assist in crafting, grooming, and spelling out accusations? Two, do you endorse police conduct that involves planting evidence, such as drugs, or grooming individuals to make accusations that align with their agenda? 3. Do you believe such actions are illegal or reasonable? 4. Since King County prosecutors and judges fully employ such tactics, please provide the court with situations where you know of such actions by other law enforcement individuals. After these questions have been submitted in court, feel free to reach out with such related information. If a judge refuses to permit these questions, then relay that information.
