I also chat about the emotional toll of parenting, the struggle for equality in shared responsibilities, and the exhaustion that comes with daily life. I also chat about things I do when I am feeling particularly overwhelmed or honestly, kind of fed up with daily life including gratitude and journaling practicies - all with a healthy dose of rants!
