Okay, welcome back. First of all, Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. recording the day after Christmas, got a little bit to talk about. Episode 32, by the way. Yeah. We had our first edition of the new college football format. Well, man, play off. I got to say I love this ship. Yeah. Playing their first, it's for a lot of teams is their first time playing at home. Those all those home teams. Yeah, first time playing at home in December. December. December 90s or something like that. No, I think it was Ohio State ever. That was the first time ever. I know some of them was for a while though. That was really cool to see though. We will, uh, I don't know, I also like the fact that we have a college football playoff game at a home stadium. I mean, I mean, like how it was at Notre Dame, Notre Dame's first time ever having fireworks. Yeah, too. That was cool. That was cool. Night game. That was really cool. I like the setup too, because it's like literally nothing else around there. It's just a packed just a stadium. That was obviously the schools around there, but it was just all dark, and then you got the stadium. And you said it was a, it was a pretty big crowd too, right? Yeah, they could fit what 74,000. Yeah, but they had more than that. Well, yeah, all together, but they packed that, they packed it up. Yeah, they did. Yes, they did. And while we're talking about it, that was the first game. It was game to you. So recap of it. Notre Dame, obviously, I mean, the first half was all Notre Dame. I, I think, you know, they set the tone pretty good. So I mean, I, I don't think I, you, and then you said it was a pretty, I didn't see the beginning of it, but it was a pretty crazy start. A little start was insane. Yeah, when I was freaking Notre Dame through a pig, and then Indiana was marching on the field and then through the pig round the goal line, and then we have a 98 yard rushing touchdown. Crazy. And saying good way to start. You probably have work with a couple of IU fans, so on Chris, or do you probably work with more Notre Dame fans? Actually, actually, I work with more Notre Dame. Great day for the hour. Legendary matchup. Hopefully we'll see you again. Moving into Penn State and SMU, like I said, I think like all three of us agreed, Penn State are them dogs. Yes, SMU had no shot. So, yeah, I'm excited to see actually Penn State the rest of this playoff. I know it was just SMU, but I think they're a sleeper team and they've shown, you know, they can they can do some shit. I still think I'm still glad SMU got it. People are saying, no, I hear speculation, all that would have been Alabama, instead of SMU had been a better matchup. I don't care. SMU deserved to do there. So yeah, it definitely would have been a better matchup, but like you just said, I don't, wait, I don't care. Yeah, I don't care. I would rather the team actually deserve it. You're going to really punish the team for losing their championship. Losing the ACC championship. Yeah, that's over a team that didn't even get into a freaking championship game. Yeah, kind of crazy. They still had one less loss than fucking Bamba did. So, nope, I think like you said, like we also, I think it was a great pick, great college football bracket. So, it is what it is. Yes, they just got, they had to play Penn State, you know what I mean, it is what it is. So, next game, Clemson at Texas. Good game. Good game. Clemson, kept it close. Clemson just couldn't get it going to be getting, yeah, they just behind floor to the gate, but Texas had some pretty crazy stuff too. They're running back. Had that big run. Yeah, so, they're going to have that shit the next round, though. So yeah, they're going to be playing a lot tougher defense. So, yeah, I still think Clemson, they were starting to put it back together towards the end and they were getting together towards the end. So, I think if they would have just been able to do that the whole game would have been totally different one, but still happy. I will have Texas on that pick, though. So, Texas, that lose. So, the next round, Texas will have Arizona State. That's right, go. So, which should be a good one. In the last game, definitely the least entertaining. Tennessee, now I was just, you know, how they say last but not least, definitely the least involving Ohio State. You thought honestly looking at those four games, you had thought maybe that would be the game of the lead, but no. Texas, you should be able to do anything against them. I don't know. Yeah, and I like, I know, you said that people are thinking Ohio State just played a great game, but dude, Tennessee looks bad. Yeah, it's really bad. So, Brad, one of the best defenses and still in giving up what 40-something points. That's bad. They made Ohio State. They made Ohio State look good enough now that people think that actually they're going to be working. So, another favorite against Oregon somehow. I think that they got a root awakening coming again. So, at least I hope so. Fuck, I don't want to win. Yeah, that was sick. But, they runs up the college football first round of the playoffs, going to the second round. Obviously, we kind of have an idea of what it already is. If you pay attention to it, it is Texas versus Arizona State. Ohio State versus Oregon, Georgia versus Notre Dame, and Penn State versus Boise State. We will see. Come Boise. New Year's Eve. New Year's Eve. There's one game. There's three games on New Year's Day. So, that would be a great New Year's Eve/New Year's Day for Penn State or Boise State. Yeah. Damn, they got a place. 730 on New Year's Eve. That's crazy, man. Well, look at, yeah, and I still feel like Notre Dame's yet to play at almost 9 o'clock. I mean, or the late game. Be grateful. I know. I'm going to be as long as they would. Be grateful. Yeah, we'll see how it runs up. But, side note, Oregon being dogs against Ohio State in the Rose Bowl, it's kind of crazy. That's an crazy talk right there. Yep. Yeah. And then I also would say, Georgia being favored is an crazy talk. It's just because they won the SEC. That's one reason they're favored. It's all the reason they're favorites because they won this. Notre Dame, I still think it looks a lot better, but we got to show up. So, our defense got to step up because if our defense shows up and steps up, that we dig in Cindy Anna from the most that game will be fine. All right. I think you guys started preparing for for Georgia half time. Yeah, that's what they were doing. So Freeman already, they were already talking about that. They got to get a good, they got a good, what, 11 days off. I don't know. I really hope you guys fucking beat their ass. So, I got to stuff. You better do it too. I don't know if you saw, though, Chris, for one of the bowl games today, the Toledo and Pittsburgh won women's six over times. Really? Yeah, the one I was playing at Ford Field. Yeah, six over times. Toledo underback two. Oh, Toledo took it, but I didn't realize it was that. Damn. Six over time. That'd been crazy game to go to. Good money's worth, third. Yeah. Take us for chief too. So, I bet they weren't that expensive at all. Toledo had to be underdogs, too. Yeah, they were six and a half point underdogs. Yeah. Yeah. Pittsburgh was going to buy a tuddy. Nice. Yeah, those were those are the funnest ones that go to, especially at the college level. Yeah. That's still one of my tops was a Western and ball stage back in mid-2000. I think we didn't get home for another hour and a half later or something. That's crazy. Now, showing up, they're like, oh, they probably looked it up by that they were like, oh, shit, yeah, was that on like a Tuesday night with that called plate on Tuesdays? Or was that that was a I want to say that was a Thursday or Friday night for some or two. It's probably a week. It's probably different back then. I thought the backs still played on like sometimes during the week. They do in the late of the season they play on Tuesdays. Yeah, but I looked mine up. This was a later season game, but that was a that was a phone game. You see it was raining too. Oh, no, I think it was just colder. I think it started on Wednesday. It started snowing potentially. Another game to talk about was the Cardinals and the Panthers game. The Panthers playing spoil to the Cardinals. Cardinals, no, no, no, no, that one, the whole geno smith. Spoiler. But yeah, the playing spoiler to the Cardinals, because they're out, right? Yeah, they're out. They don't have a chance either, really. In what they won was Seattle winning and Ramon winning. They weren't really going to have a chance still. Yeah, but they still had the they had like a one or two percent chance. But yeah, they think I can probably knock out with that loss in the care line up game right below that moving on to it. The bangles. They still got a shot. Yeah, very very low. Look. They need some games that go their way, right? They got to lose charge. So that they need chargers to lose this week and some other AFC team to lose this week. Every who it is. Mostly we'll see. Remember they have to beat Denver this week. I understand I mean, Chargers also need to lose for them. But Chargers ain't dangerous. Other than that, the other again that was close one was the bucks and the Cowboys. Honestly, that was I so thought that Baker was going to bring it back. Man, he had the opportunity to do it too. Like he's not going to be getting back sure he needs that. Well, dude, that was a pretty gruesome injury. That was bad. Well, you look as whole freaking knees turned to the other side. It's bad. Someone was doing a like a researcher. They did something on the set. It's actually a super serious like, he could have lost his leg. So he's not going to be back for a while. It's going to be a little different. That's a bummer for Houston, man, because they kind of need is out there. He's used to what I'm picked up the anti-john, so I'm pretty sure that's the anti-johns of the 13 this year, no? See, he started with the panthers, went to the Ravens and now he's on Texas. So yeah, they have a good luck this year. But it's probably because I got stuff on Diggas on our team. Who's also off for the year? Oh, is he also off for the year? But-- And I believe that wraps up our picks. Yeah. Looking over my picks, I'm actually not mad about it. I think these are all good. I think I'm about to go into theater again this week. Psych! So it's either going to be three seed or five seed to form a problem. But they say they're going to be paying Texas first ground, which if we play Texas first, we're not too worried. Next right now, if it ends up today, buff will be playing Broncos. Yeah. Which I think you guys would be playing Broncos instead of Sinci and Addy somehow sneaking their way in there. That'd be bad.
