Heather Lewis is a Mental Health Researcher, managing sport projects at the elite and regional levels, she has served and serving as an advisor at the Rugby World Cup. She authored Brave, a children’s book on human trafficking. With a background in education, community engagement, and elite sports, Heather excels in public speaking, team management, and trauma-informed practices. She is passionate about empowering individuals to overcome adversity, working with integrity and empathy. Her research explores mental health within the Rugby World Cup context.
